it’s ok but ALWAYS packed in like sardines. not the greatest area either SO I hope your insured

I get hit on a lot at this gas station. It makes me uncomfortable. It is not in a good area. I also got into a screaming match with some little imbecile who laid on her horn for a few minutes because I wasn’t moving when I had nowhere to go. I will ONLY pull into this gas station if it’s not packed. Other than that it isn’t worth it. I’ll take my pony elsewhere!

Ok I have use the laundromat the minimart the Chase ATM and the gas station all of which are perfectly fine. Customer service has always been very good security at night has never been an issue. Gas prices are good usually $.10 cheaper than elsewhere. I’m sure there are Arcos in other areas that are larger more modern and offer more convenience. That said if you want to donut, you want to do your laundry at 3 AM, or you need gas on Redondo in Long Beach this is a good place to do it.

so me and my friend walked into am pm about 4:00pm to grab snacks. we both wanted a donut but there was 4 flies flying inside of the glass case. my friend let them know there were flies in the glass case and they said ok I’m going to tell the guy to change the donuts. I’m just letting you all know. don’t eva eva eva, eva eva eva, eva eva evaaa… eat there (Craig Voice)… and if you do. tell them to hold the flies. IM JUST SAYING, that was gross

Crowded. But good on the go gor cheap gas and coffee. Snavks of coarse. Line inside and out. hard to ecit to street somtimes. Pumps can be slow and card readers work most if time.

I don’t know what everyone is always hatin’on this gas station. Even though it does get crowded, most people are very friendly. I’ve been coming here for about 3 and a half years, and have never had a problem with personnel or the people that go to this place.

I’ve been to this arco many times and have always had horrible customer service but today when I went I was openly insulted by the cashier. She must have assumed I didn’t speak Spanish. She yelled out «cabrona» at me. I was nothing but nice to her and in English she was saying have a nice day with a big smile on her face until she started insulting me in Spanish. I just walked out but this is something that needs to be dealt with. This woman knows nothing about my life, what I do, or how hard I work. I already hated this place and avoid it at all costs but today I had it. This was the last straw. I hope that others will avoid this place as well until that can get their act together and learn about customer service.

It’s always packed but lowest price compared to local gas stations.

I usually go to the Arco on 7^th Street right off Obispo. It almost always has better prices, it is always clean, not as crowded, and there aren’t a bunch of thugs hanging around the entrance smoking. The only reason I went to this Arco is because the one I like is having repairs done. Here is just one example of why I don’t go here.
I got here a bit before 11am today and the place was packed with cars in the pumping stations and waiting to get gas. I waited my turn and pulled up to the pump. The pay stations that are supposed to make it quicker to get in and out were not accepting cash, so I had to go inside. I waited about 10 minutes to pay because there was a line and only one lady was working the register. Once I told her the amount and pump ($ 60 on 5) I was out the door. I tried for a few minutes but the pump would not work. I went back inside to find out the problem. She said I told her pump 6 (I didn’t, but whatever) so she switched it and I was back on track, or so I thought. My gas pumping was going fine until it inexplicably stopped flowing. I put my key in the ignition to see if it actually was full only to find that I still had ¼ of a tank to fill. I tried manually holding the gas lever down to fill my tank, but it would only put about a dollar more of gas in at a time. I didn’t have time for this, so I went back in to get my change. As I was walking back in some fat old guy started yelling at me from his car because I was taking too long. This is the kind of gas station we are dealing with. Once I got inside and asked for my change, I told the lady working the register that pump #5 didn’t fill up all the way and there might be a problem. She just shrugged her shoulders.
I don’t necessarily think this review will improve this Arco or will slow down their business, since it is on the corner of a busy street, however maybe someone will read this and decide that this is not the place to get gas. Oh, and one more warning: you DO NOT want to be here at night. It gets really ghetto and kinda scary. I made that mistake once. Two guys were completely blocking the entrance to the pumps because they had struck up a conversation so they got out of their cars, RIGHT THERE and decided to hang out. When I asked them politely to move, they told me to «F off». The people working at Arco obviously did not care that people were ruining business. STAY AWAY!
