I met Michael today and although he was late opening the store(I had to wait 30 minutes) he was also very apologetic. If you’re coming early in the day I would suggest you call first. He fixed my broken necklace and cleaned my wedding band in 30 minutes flat. My engagement ring looked like new and he shined up my necklace for free! I will be coming back if I ever need anything else fixed.

Wife had a Swiss Army Victorinox watch that needed a battery replacement. We originally went to a jewelry store in the Bixby Knolls area but they could not remove the battery cover. Wife found this place on Unilocal and we went to check it out. They were able to change out the battery without any hesitation. Happy wife, happy life!

I had a new battery in my watch in less than five minutes, on a Sunday afternoon. Fantastic service and price — $ 5. Then, Michael repaired and cleaned a gold medallion and chain for me in under two hours for half the price that others had quoted. I’m recommending this business to all my friends!

At first I was a little worried about the looks of the place but by the end(we refused to leave my engagement ring) we were very comfortable and pleased with the service. I had a prong loose on my ring and it needed to be resized and the worker did it in less than 20 minutes. Fast service. I would recommend if you want something done ASAP.

Fast service! Went in for a watch resize and was out in about 5 minutes. Also not a bad price for $ 5. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Had a GREAT experience! I dropped off 3 items and picked them up the next day. I’m SO pleased I’m going to bring my Ray-Bans in and see what miracles they can preform! !!

Went in with 5 watches that all needed batteries. One also needed a band. And another also needed a new clasp. All weren’t placed in under 15 minutes and the time was set on each watch. I love the work that was done and now have a new watch repair place. Great Work!

Ok so I brought my engagement ring in to be sized… a week later I lost stones, not happy. Place only accepts cash… major deduction. Wouldn’t recommend for expensive diamond jewelry.

Had the batteries changed for 7 watches and it literally took 10 mins and very reasonable pricing. They even set the time and date for all of them. The guy seems genuinely nice and has awesome customer service. I can’t believe I’ve lived in Long Beach this long and never knew about this place. Definitely recommend.

Outstanding, profesional service, fast! Dropped in because my battery wasn’t working on my panarai and the owner showed me how to wind it correctly. The other two places wanted to charge me a mint or wouldn’t work on it at all. I was in and out in about 5 mins. Will definitely be back!

They have a NEWPHONENUMBER: 562−477−6977 and they NOLONGERACCEPTCREDITCARDS – cash only. I like to call first because he’s not always there when he’s supposed to be. But all I had was the old phone number which is no longer working so I took a chance and went down there anyway. Luckily he was there and able to wait on me right away. It only took him about 10 minutes to fix three watches: changed a watchband, replaced a battery and repaired a watch stem. And it only cost $ 15. I pulled out my credit card and that’s when I found out he only takes cash now, even though the credit card sign is still posted in his shop. His work is excellent and his prices are great! This was my third experience and I will continue to go here for watch fixes. The four star rating is due to the shop not always being open during business hours and not taking credit cards anymore, otherwise it would definitely be five stars! I’d also like to mention that there’s a small parking lot behind the shop which is on the corner of Magnolia and Willow. His shop door is the third one down from the corner.

I search for a watch repair shop and tried Rush-A-Fix a try. Small, quaint shop along Willow Street. If you manage to snag a spot at the front along the street, you’re fortunate. Give a knock on the door for him to buzz you in(Or read the sign on door), if still applicable when you head on over. It’s sorta of amusing for people to not see the sign on the door and people look in the window or continue to pull on the door. Nonetheless, Mike,(the owner), was friendly and greeted with a smile once you managed to get pass the entrance. I was there to replace the watch batteries that I had attempted to do-it-myself but failed miserably because they are too small. Within approximately 10 minutes, he replaced the watch batteries and I was out the door. Conveniently, he accepts card so much more flexible for those who don’t carry cash. No specials for watch battery replacement during my visit but still inexpensive comparable to other jewelry/watch repair shops within the city. I’d definitely give Mike another visit if my own watch repair shop doesn’t succeed in the future.

First time here… needed a new watch battery and a link taken out of my band. Less than a mile away from my house… so I stopped by… I walked in. He was with a customer. he still stopped to acknowledge and greet me. Once he finished with his customer he told me it would be $ 10 for a brand new battery and for a link taken out. He did it right then and there in less than 5 minutes and he gave my watch a good wipe down… AND he takes debt card. A lot of small businesses don’t. So the fact that he was nice, greeted me, price was cheap, service was done fast and took debt card. Why not 5 stars. No issues
