Patch Pros

I can’t say enough about how happy I am with Lance and his Patch pro team.
I had spent four months doing a re-​wire in my historic home and after putting in 65 holes and after a lot of consideration I decided that I wasn’t going to just let anybody do the plaster and texture work on my walls. I had quite a few people come by to bid on the job. The guy who came highly recommended by a fellow bixby knolls resident wasted my time and never followed through with a quote. Another guy had a good price but did not convey a good sense of trustworthiness. Finally I put a post on
and Lance was recommended by 5 of seven people. Once I met him I realized why he was the neighborhood favorite. I could tell right away that he had the experience and the meticulous nature to re-​infuse some well needed craftsmanship into my 1930’s home.
He knew how to reproduce the «cat face» texture to perfection. He even made a sample for me of different textures on a blank piece of drywall. He and his crew fixed all the cracks on the walls and ceilings and I am 100% confident that they will never come back (unless maybe there’s another 1933 earthquake). Lance was clean, respectful of the home, on time, straightforward and most of all HONEST! If you see him work and get to know him you realize that he is definitely not your average contractor. I would say that he takes a meticulously skilled and artistic approach to what he does.
So at the end of the day people will spend lots of money on fancy countertops and floors and tile but you’re going to stare at your walls for as long as you live in your home. Oftentimes we overlook how importNt the walls and ceilings are.
I took the advice to go the extra mile with the walls from a friend who went with someone cheap. Unfortunately on his walls you can still see the tape through the mud and paint! That’s not the case with Lance’s work. All the walls and ceilings are perfect!
They look like they never had holes in them.
