Born in Orange County, I am a native to California and know all the Golden State has to offer. After finishing high school I continued to the University of Riverside where I completed a degree in Biology. Shortly after I did graduate work in Theology at St John’s Seminary in Camarillo. After finishing school, I followed in my dad’s footsteps and went into sales where I exceeded in providing professional service while completely satisfying my clients needs. Now in real estate, I use my skills to provide strong negotiation skills to get my clients the best deal possible while ensuring a smooth transaction and complete satisfaction.

I don’t think we can say enough great things about Matt. My husband and I met him at an open house and talked with him a bit about what we were looking for in a home. My husband and I kept seeing him at open houses and there was just a feeling that he just «got us» and knew what we were looking for. We hired Matt and immediately we were on our way to finding our new home. He never tried to sell us on a home just to «make the sale», he wanted to make sure it was what we really wanted and would be happy in for years to come. It didn’t take long before he found us the perfect home. He walked us through the entire process from looking for a home to handing us our keys.
Matt is knowledgeable, smart, polite, responsive and professional. All the qualities that you need in a person that is helping you look for a new home and is in fact going to represent you to the agent and seller of your new home.
I would recommend him to anyone that wants to find that special home. You can’t ask for a better Realtor than Matt.

He is extremely knowledgeable about the market and knew exactly what we were looking for – and so hands on! Our questions were always answered in a timely manner and he kept us grounded especially since the Orange County market is so difficult to predict. Matt will come anywhere anytime to help you see a property! We called him to drive two hours to show us condos for our friends and we ended up buying one! Got the best deal ever! I would absolutely recommend Matt if you are in the market to either sale or purchase your home. His attention to detail was impeccable. This was my second attempt at selling my home. The first attempt obviously did not result in my house being sold. After meeting with Matt I decided to give it another shot. He came with an action plan on how he was going to sell my home. Followed through on the action plan and We had an offer the first day the house was listed. Matt was not only our Realtor but our friend. If I am ever in the market he will for sure be my first call.
