Edwin has a diverse background including a Bachelor’s in Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Cal Poly Pomona. His understanding of data and interpretation of company procedures and policies from working for large companies allows him to understand how large institutions, investors, and consumers respond to markets.

Edwin has been our realtor for the past four months and has walked us through the whole process with professionalism second to none. We faced so many unforseen problems ranging from IRS issues to quality control issues but each time he calmed us down and led us through the process step by step. I think the biggest advantage is the connections that his whole team has in the background backed by one of the most prestigious realty team (Darryl Jones Team)
Edwin has personal connections with so many brokers and loan officers that you have a massive advantage over other brokers that is not as well established in the area. If anybody is looking to buy or sell in the Brea or Placentia than I would highly recommend you call him.

We were referred to Edwin at Darryl Jones’ open house. Edwin was not pushy at all. When we were ready to buy we set up a meeting with him. He was very knowledgeable and honest. Since he used to be an engineer, my engineer husband immediately clicked with him. He did not have any of the typical «greasy» real estate agent/​businessman personality.
Once we were in escrow to sell our old property, he spent weekends taking us on showings in Brea, Yorba Linda, and Placentia. Throughout the search he was very responsive and honest. Since he lives in Brea, he is very knowledgeable about the community and kept our priorities straight. After seeing 25+ homes in a span of 3 months, we made our first and only offer (yes, we’re picky) and after some negotiations it was ACCEPTED! :-) Even during escrow Edwin went above and beyond to follow up with all parties and ensured that everything was ready for closing.
If you want an honest realtor who will work hard for you, go with Edwin!

I just completed my 2nd property purchase that had every other imaginable hurdle involved. There was a cloud on the title, the home needed repairs and the HOA property manager was unresponsive. To make matters worse, the listing agent on the other side of the transaction (who I initially called before contacting Edwin) did NOTHING and couldn’t return a single phone call. Edwin literally did the job of two agents and never complained about it. Edwin went above and beyond his duty of properly representing me in a transaction.
In the end, I’m glad I hired THE BEST guy for the job who explained how title insurance works, seller responsibilities in the contract, and if my deposit was at risk. Thanks a million!

If you are looking for a knowledgable and reliable realtor in the OC area, look no more! Edwin does a great job in informing you of all the major specifics, but also the small details which could sometimes get forgotten or overseen. He know’s the OC area well and can give you many useful tips and insights about neighborhood, pricing and other important information necessary when buying your home. I have dealt with several realtors in the past and Edwin has to be one of my top picks when it comes to quality, staying on top of your goals, great customer service and quick response. From begining to end, he stays right next to you, working with you to maximize your time and efficiency. What i admire the most about Edwin was his rules to only take in a few clients at a time, to ensure that the clients he does have gets his utmost attention. As well as his running average of finding you a home around the 3 offer mark! In our case was right on the mark since he was able to help us find a house only after 3 real offers.

I’m a first time home buyer and I was so glad to have Edwin as my realtor. He doesn’t just rush into anything. He really took the time to sit me down to explain the whole home buying process and what to expect. To approach my search for the perfect home, Edwin told me exactly what I needed to do and I always felt like we had a game plan/​agenda.
What I appreciated the most was how Edwin really took the time to focus on me as a client. He only takes a certain amount of clients at any given time so it was really nice to know that my realtor was always a phone call away. Edwin was there every step of the way and never failed to explain any sort of questions I had (especially with the paperwork!). He is honest and open to sharing his opinion on certain aspects. He is also very brilliant when it comes to the little details. Things like which rooms get the sun rise/​set, which windows face north/​south to get the wind, which models would have a better resale chance, etc. This to me really showed that Edwin was looking out for things in my best interest.

I have to agree that Edwin is the best! He is a reliable professional.
Although he does help people buy and sell homes, he did also happen to help me and my husband find out first apartment because we weren’t ready to buy our first home. He asked me our budget, area, and how many bedrooms and baths were were looking for. He sent us a listing to us right away. My husband did his own search on the internet, but we found our 1st place we search was too expensive for a 2 room apt. We looked at a place off of Edwin’s listing and it was a sure winner. Edwin asking us our needs and budget helped us find our 1st new apartment home when we got married.

Edwin is the BEST! We, unfortunately, had to short sale our home, but thank goodness we had Edwin helping us on our side. He is incredibly knowledgable and professional. He gave us a timeline and always let us know what to expect. He made a difficult situation for us, a lot easier.
Beware of short selling, with any real estate agent. You really need somebody who knows what they’re doing and who’ll be your advocate and middle man with the bank. There is no person better for the job than Edwin. I HIGHLY recommend him!
