Your search is over for a Realtor. Brad gives you back half of his commission after the real estate transaction is done. This is NOT too good to be true. Although this sounds outrageous, it’s true, it’s legal and it’s a really nice touch to get a sizable check after you’ve just made what is probably the largest and most important purchase of your life. By having Brad serve you as your Realtor you don’t compromise in any way, Brad is honest, up front, not pushy, knowledgeable about the business, punctual and will steer your decision in the right direction. Brad saved me from over paying for a house that ultimately did not satisfy my «wish list» and also saved me from purchasing a home that was way too noisy. Brad is perhaps one of the most knowledgeable professional in the OC market — plus, he is a great guy with a unique business model:
1. He wants to GIVE A PART OF HIS COMMISSION, BACK TO YOU! We used it to pay all our closing costs– so we had to pay zilch — nada — not a dime towards our closing!
2. He is not only «not-​pushy» but he will PULL YOU BACK FROM making a bad deal. Come on, Brad — who does that! Don’t you know, no sale = no pay for you?
3. He does not charge you extra $$/​hr for the for the CONTRACTOR HE BRINGS ALONG to every house tour. No, there isn’t an additional person — Brad himself is an ex-​contractor and that gives you a huge advantage in negotiating the price or in assessing how much work there may be if you wanted to make changes to the house. This is educated stuff — don’t drift in the hot air other agents will blow just to make the sale.
4. He is so HONEST and EASY GOING he will sneak into the family pretty quickly — just make sure your uncle isn’t writing him in, on the last will and testament
All in all — BRAD’s BUSINESS MODEL IS GREAT NEWS for all of us. Why else are all these other people also raving about him? Brad is the real deal — he knows so much about the OC market — you will have to search pretty extensively to find someone that knowledgeable.

Brad was super easy to work with and was quick to answer any questions I had. I first called him up to tell him what I was looking for and we were looking at houses the following week. What I really liked was is knowledge of the real estate market, and I felt that he had our best interest at the end of the day. As we would see different houses, Brad would assess the house and literally tell us why we should move on. The house I bought was a bit far from where I was living so unfortunately cannot speak in detail of what it was like to attend every appt, etc. since I had help in the process. I found Brad through Unilocal.I wasn’t completely convinced by all the reviews here but I called him to see if we were a good match to work together.
At the beginning of property search, I was looking for a condo in the 10-​mile radius from work. By being a first time home buyer, I had no idea how to maintain a property so purchasing a condo was my choice.
I met Brad for the fist time at a condo for sale I found online. He was honest about the property and told me it wasn’t worth the money. Besides, he gave me an advice to look into a house (instead of a condo) in another area not too far from there.
I’m glad I listened to Brad. After a month, I found such a beautiful house in the area he suggested. I called him and he immediately started to work. Then again, he gave me many advices to make sure I get this house over other applicants.
We worked closely about a month and finally closed the escrow. If it wasn’t for Brad, I never found this home I truly love and probably had ended up living in a small condo with no backyard.

We were introduced to Brad (We Help U Buy Realty) by one of our frnds who had bought their home with Brad. The business model of giving half of the agents commission is great and that helps greatly with most of the associated closing costs. Typical agent commission is at 3% and getting half of that (1.5%) back as a rebate is awesome.

For us, we had pretty much decided on the home to buy after extensive internet search and Brad got us into the the place — although I am sure he would have taken us around places if we wanted that. I just moved the the Orange County area and my Boyfriend and I decided to buy a home. At first I thought we should go the traditional route since we didn’t know the area very well or even what to look for but I have to admit I was wrong.
Brad helped us through every step of the process. He was willing to take us to look at places and gave us his opinion without making us feel any pressure to buy. Once we got the house Brad continued to help us through the home inspection and contingency removal process with little fuss. If I ever had a question he was always willing to help and responded promptly.
All in all it was a great process thanks to Brad. I don’t know why anyone would go the traditional route. I dont feel that we compromised on any of the service and we got 1.5% back which helps tremendously when you are spending so much on a house and still need furniture and appliances!
