Hi, Fillmore and 5^th is a great store, very helpful employees. The manager Jen is great! If you have cloths or accessories you don’t where anymore, bring it to Fillmore and 5^th and let them sell it for you. Check it out.

Love this store! Super friendly service. Just bought a Prada bag for a great deal + have a few pieces consigned to the store. No snobbery here. Even if they can’t take your items, they don’t make you feel bad. I even got a tip on a leather guy to take my new bag too. Nice;)

I walked in there for the first time with my boyfriend and we were the only customers in the store. Two women were working and they didn’t say one word to us, let alone acknowledge us. They were discussing product placement but if they were smart, they would be discussing why there weren’t a lot of customers in the store (probably because of poor customer service). The prices weren’t ridiculously high or anything which was a surprise to me because they sell designer items. I didn’t end up seeing anything I liked so we left (still not getting acknowledged).

Love these ladies! So warm and welcoming to shoppers and consigners alike. What a refreshing interaction!
I have been in twice and started my first consignment, which was a lovely experience. I will be sure to update after the consignment experience has ended and (hopefully all) of my thing a have sold.

Such a cute boutique that can be easily missed when walking along 2^nd St. I happen to stumble upon this store. Upon walking in, I was greeted warmly. All the clothing were displayed by color. Cute accessories such as purses and hats can be found throughout the store on the shelves above the clothing.
I like how the store isn’t overwhelming and prices seem to be fair for these «high end» items. Some items are more trendy, but most I feel are classic items. For example, there was a Louis Vuitton Speedy purse for $ 400. It was gently used and seemed authentic.
The staff members were really nice. I asked them to explain how their process works when you consign. For the most part, you don’t need an appointment unless you have bags full of stuff. You get 40% of the price. If an item you’re consigning is $ 100, you get $ 40 if sold within the 1^st month. Then it’ll get marked down 20%, then by the 2^nd month, it’ll be marked down 40%. After 3 months you don’t go pick up your unsold items, then the items are donated. They’ll mail you the check when an item sells.
I can’t speak about consigning items, but as a shopper, a great place to look for nice things without making your wallet cry.

So the quality of clothing is obviously good. They take only higher end brands. That is not the issue. I have found some nice pieces, bags in particular, and some dresses.
The issue with this place is that although they claim they discount items after a certain amount of time, they never actually do. On the rare occasion they discount anything it is about 20%. The stuff sits there way longer than what they claim is needed to add the discount. I am a bargain hunter, so I will stalk something I like down to the lowest price. I watched a number of items there just hang since when they opened, without any reduction.
So I don’t really get their consignment model. Most consignment stores discount after 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and donate. What they do is just revolve inventory between their stores in other locations. This leaves me feel cheated.

Super store, delightful staff. Have found a go to shop for fashion and accessories.

Designers such as Louis Vuitton, DVF, Tory Burch, Gucci, Robert Rodriguez, Kate Spade, Theory… the list is long. Quality is top-​notch and in many cases, brand new! Recently opened and I live blocks away… whoa! I can’t believe how lucky I am. The staff is friendly and up-​beat too which is great! Check this place out and spruce up your wardrobe for a fraction of the original cost. You’ll walk out grinning from ear to ear.

I don’t like consignment shops for fear of out-​of-​date, worn-​in clothing… needless to say, Fillmore & 5^th is my new FAVORITE store with amazing deals, TRENDY clothing, and TOP designers. I walked out with a Parker leather skirt and Catherine Maladrino Yellow Label dress (both were originally over $ 300 and I paid about a ¹⁄₃ of the cost –the original tags were still on the items… aka never worn!) Helpful, friendly staff. I’ll be back!

Ok YES! Finally a resale store in Long Beach that I don’t have to dig through junk to get to the gems! This isn’t like Wasteland (with it’s small designer section) or Buffalo Exchange (where you have to go piece by piece browsing for designer)…this store has carefully selected high-​end, fashion-​forward pieces that don’t appear to have been work more than a couple times previously. Most of the pieces are pretty current… from the past 2 – 7 years. The price points are on-​point and the staff is super helpful. I am OBSESSED. With brands like All Saints, Derek Lam and Chanel… you can find a piece for any occasion in your budget. Not a huge fan of the cream of the crop brands and need something in your budget? They also have middle-​ground brands like BB Dakota, Marc by Marc Jacobs and J Crew. They have a small mens section– I am planning on selling my husbands APC’s here although I’m not sure what the buying process is. I already called all my girlfriends that live here to let them know! Ecstatic!

Stopped by on Saturday and I am officially in love with this store!!! Got a new pair of Yves Saint Laurent heels and a new dress (unworn). Great customer service as well! I will be stopping by again this week!!!
