I was referred to Jeff when shopping around for a sign contractor for my new business. He is very knowledgable, experienced and has a great eye for design. From start to finish, he thoroughly answered all my questions and addressed any concerns. Jeff completely handled everything with the city as well as our property managers– from trying to get us as big of a space as possible for our store front sign to pulling the permits needed. He and his team had the sign up and installed for us even sooner than he had estimated! I am very pleased with the sign and have already hired Jeff for another couple projects for inside the shop.

Working for a marketing company, it is a great asset to know a company that can make beautiful signs and graphics. Extra Condensed has a way with making signs that really represent a companies focus. The website is what drew me in. I’m used to sign and graphic companies specializing in only 1 field but it looked to me like Extra Condensed Signs & Graphics is a 1 stop shop which makes it easier for me when getting multiple jobs completed at one time. The less vendors to deal with the better. I’m always very happy with their finished product and appreciated all the creative input as I’m not the artsy creative type.

Jeff is one of the most professional dudes I’ve worked with. We had an idea for a sign, he gave us some tips, reformatted the art file we provided, got it to us in a timely manner. We took the sign out of state and before anyone had even seen it, it shattered in transit. Crushed, I told Jeff what had happened. We decided that it would be best to a) never check-​in a neon sign, and b) make sure it’s got a more protective acrylic face, and a reinforced metal frame to protect it from any more unwanted wear and tear. Suffice to say, it came out great and it’s still not broken. Extra Condensed really puts in the work to make sure yall are happy. And we totally are.

I would highly recommend this company if you need signage for your new business. This company provides great quality work and good customer service. Professionalism, precision, and details all make or break the job and I can tell you that they will definitely exceed your expectations. Had a led sign made and installed for our street signage and couldn’t have been more pleased! Also had vinyl lettering and logos printed and installed and everything came out flawless. They are professionals in every way you would expect.

They did an awesome job at a very reasonable price

Every up-​and-​coming company deserves a chance in their craft, because if they aren’t given the opportunity, who would even know they exist, or the quality of work they can present?
That’s why we went with Extra Condensed. I had heard about them through a friend, and decided to give them a chance to work with my company.
My company wanted to redo our company logo in the front lobby, because we were hosting an open house for our clients, and for lack of a better diction, our director wanted the place to look «spiffy.» I told my director about Extra Condensed, and she agreed that she would at the very minimum, get a quote from them.
Turns out they were one of the best deals, and she liked how professional Jeff was. She set up an appointment to go over what she wanted done, and from there, well, The lobby definitely looks «spiffy.»
The truth is, these smaller companies always seem to be the better choice, because they take extra time and care to get the work done right, so its perfect for you. They aren’t trying to half-​ass their way to do as many signs as they can… because customer satisfaction and rapport is what is most important when growing. When word of mouth gets through that they did something GREAT for you, then that’s all a business needs to thrive.

My company has been doing business with Jeff and his team at Extra Condensed for quite some time. During our build out phase they came out to work directly with our designer and contractors on everything we needed to be «code compliant» for signage.
