Went to Zepp Signs for a banner and was greeted by George who was very informative and polite. Got what I needed and very pleased, will use them in the near future for all my banner and design needs.

This ended up being a waste of my time. I drove over here from Gardena, possibly passing numerous sign and banner businesses and they are not open. I know you are thinking, Why didn’t she call first? I did, but there was no answer and I double checked their opening time and it read 930am. That is a Lie. I am sitting here, about to search for a different sign company, because this one is CLOSED. It is 10:50am and this is ridiculous.

We have been working with this place for 3 years now and they never disappointed us. Great quality and fast turnaround, even on urgent orders. I definitely recommend them for any print job small or large!

Zepp’s sign in the window advertises computer repair and I live right around the corner, so I went to see George about an old Sony Vaio all-​in-​one computer that turned on but wouldn’t do anything, no-​way-​no-​how. He takes computer repairs out to his son’s business somewhere and returns them promptly to his shop, but there is a minimum overnight turnaround so make sure you’re not in a big hurry. My machine came back working just fine, rock steady and fast. Cheap deal, about 40% less than the more upscale places. I would definitely consider them for any PC software related issues. Don’t know about hardware repairs.

Great service! I spotted their promotion for 1000 business cards for $ 50. I needed them before the weekend. They were ready in 3 days as promised! I’m excited to go back for my next project.

I started off by needing business cards only. I wanted them made in the USA and from a Downtown Long Beach Business. Not only did they help fix my files (saving me from printing mistakes), they delivered beautiful cards quicker than anybody else could do.
I have since then had more business cards made, shirts made, signs made, and a really, really nice trade show booth (complete).
If printing is mission critical to your business — Zepp Signs is the only place to go. They actually appreciate your business and the pricing is very fair.

Zepp Signs and Banners is located in the heart of Downtown Long Beach on the corner of Elm and Broadway. I have worked across the street from this business for 7 years and I always wanted to stop in to see what this business has to offer.
I needed a banner made and my first thought was to order one on line. As a busy mom of two, I find on line shopping to be convenient and much easier. But, I also believe in supporting our local businesses. Well, I finally took the time to see what Zepp Signs and Banners has to offer.
I spoke to George the owner, who is friendly, informative and passionate about his job. To my surprise, I realized they do have a lot to offer our community. They do graphic design, logs, banners, magnets, retail signs, outdoor signs, menu boards, screen printing, billboard design, decals and vehicle lettering and much more!
I got the personal one on one time I would have missed if I bought a banner on line. George provided me with tips and recommendations regarding the banner of choice and I got to feel and see the quality of the banner.
When I received my banner I was thrilled. The quality is much better then I expected! It is thick, sturdy, well put together and I know it can withstand the durability I need. It’s important to support our business and I’m thankful I choose Zepp Signs and Banners.

On Monday, we came in and asked them to do a vinyl banner that we needed printed for the California Science Teacher’s Association Conference that started THAT Thursday. They seemed pretty swamped with work, but said to call back on Wednesday for a status update.
Turns out, THEY called us the VERY NEXT MORNING saying the banner was already ready for pick up. That’s an amazingly quick turn around! The banner looked flawless and they gave us a deal that we couldn’t beat anywhere else.

Went to Zepp Signs & Banners because we needed a banner made for our business. We went because it was very close to our location. George the owner was very courteous & knowledgeable. We told him what we needed & the next day he sent us the proof. He did a great job & we gave him the go ahead & the next day we went to pick the banner up. It was perfect! Exactly what we wanted & needed. Very reasonably priced, which was awesome! We are currently waiting for flyers that we just put an order in for today, so I will write a review about that as well. Incredible experience. Banners three times as big as other vendors for half the price. Fast turn-​around (24 hours). They warn you if your graphics need to be a higher quality. They always try to accommodate my needs.

i needed banner for new biz, i went online found lots of deals for around $ 210, but decided i want to support local small biz people like myself, found george (zepp signs) who i still think is a nice guy, we agreed on a price of $ 300. simple design took 2 minutes to create. i paid half up front. he said he was going to email next day for approval, he never did or call for a week and a half !!!, till i stopped by his shop, he said he didn’t have my phone # when it was on the banner design itself, he admitted he was wrong… nice guy, but business is business. you cant take paying customers for granite, especially these days… i don’t enjoy writing bad reviews, but i had no choice in the matter…

George is the sign, banner, business card GOD! He’s very fast, is very creative, has great ideas and is very prompt with orders.
I went in to ordere a couple of banners and really didn’t know what I wanted. I had emailed him my logo and with in 4 hours, he emailed me back a proof! I replied to his email with my changes and 3 days later, they were done!
I love his work so much that this week I went back for new business cards even though I didn’t need them. lol

Another unsexy review. At this rate, soon you’ll be hearing all about granny panties, Costco, and major appliances. But first thing’s first: banner printing.
I used to do all of my signs through Fastsigns, but I was never too happy with their printing, and, despite their moniker, they weren’t all that fast… or cheap. Zepp, on the other hand is all of the things I love in life: efficient, fast, cheap, & friendly. Kinda like a well-​performed wham-bam-thank-you-ma’am with a smile.
They let you deal with everything via email, and take care of resizing and bleeds and all that jargon for ya. They’re perfectionists too, they even printed my sign twice before I got there, just because the first one didn’t look like quite the right color to them. Love it! Then you just show up, pick up your sign or banner or whatever, pay the really great price they got you, and you’re on your merry little way.
