I called and asked for pricing on printing some photos. They quoted me a price about three times what the online price was to which they then said ok to after I told them the online price. I also asked them if I could email in pictures to print to which they said I could and gave me an email address. When I showed up they then told me you can’t email in pictures to print. And there is ni way to print photos off your phone. You need a flash drive or something. Seriously is this 2008? Just a few days ago I showed up to print a pdf file and guess what, their printer was broken… really??? Your printers are all broken at a FedEx? And you can’t even email in pictures to print?
So after being given inaccurate information about both pricing and printing I went back home and put pics on both a flash drive and an sd card. I then go back and it STILL doesn’t work «you can’t have your files in a folder»… «don’t you think you should have told me that before?». to keep this review not too long I end up getting the files out of a folder and it STILL won’t work on either flash drive or sd card.
The only reason I ever came here is cause it’s closer that Staples, but this place has wasted my time twice in a row. I went to staples to print last time and this time I had to go to CVS to print photos which was extremely modern and easy and could connect to my phone via Bluetooth and I could even edit in the software. Considering they also are more expensive than both usps and ups I don’t think I will ever be stepping foot inside a FedEx again.

The employees were reasonably friendly but indicated that the photo printing machine consistently has problems reading USB cards. There was no indication that this problem would be fixed at any point in the near future.

If you know how to change the print setup to a 4-​up you know that charging $ 7.50 is a joke. Here, let me click the mouse 4 times for ya and you go back to staring into space. Kinkos or whatever it’s called now is not the only place that I used to work at where customer service is even worse without me. I remember doing a rush job at no extra cost because a woman needed a few things for her sons funeral the next day. Or all the time I’d spend out from behind the counter to help people with the «self service» machines essentially doing their entire job for them and not once did I even think to charge them what it would’ve cost if it wasn’t self service. What the hell is wrong with companies these days? Where do they find these mindless drones incapable of stepping outside of their corporate overlord policies. Customer service here is, even for a kinkos, frustrating. I’ll make a copy of my brain for ya, no charge.

I use this fedex to pick up packages that I have a hard time getting shipped to my house. Fast and efficient customer service leaves me happy and content.

Had no issues when I went here. Quick and friendly service and never had to wait for a computer.

The star is so the application can accept the review. The most annoying thing in the morning is when you go to a place of business and the employee shows attitude. I mean seriously you have chosen a customer service job and that means no attitude or pointing fingers or telling the customer I CAN NOT SHOW how to use the machine just read the directions
I asked SELENA if she could show the usage of the lamination she was very pissed and rude and not helpful
Having a FEDEX uniform comes with smile and courtesy not early morning bullshit and whatever issues this employee had
An advice to all you employees if you can not handle customers get another job because we like to be treated the way you wanna be treated when you visit a business establishment with respect and smile not attitude
This is why customers have preference to visit a particular FEDEX

The staff here simply blow my mind. Ask for anything self-​service can’t do, and you’ll just end up staring at each other for five minutes wondering if they’re really this stupid or you’re the idiot.
In the end, if you can successfully train their employees on how to print something and don’t go away until they know you’re serious about expecting them to do their job, you can get something printed, and waste twenty minutes pissing off an arrogant lazy employee.

Ridiculous prices! On hold for over 6 minutes then transferred to different managers who offered no customer service. Save your money and buy a printer!

Horrible experience. It always takes over 30 min to ship something, but that is not the worst part. I always pack my own boxes to send clothing to my retail store and use Fed Ex regularly. I try to save money and I always pack my box tight. Twice now the guy said I have to add filler because it was not full enough. I guarantee you it was 99.9% full. He argued with me then I agreed to pay the $ 4 for adding a tiny bit of paper to the top of my box. Instead of charging me the $ 4, he charged my account $ 16.99 for just adding paper to my box after I already packed it myself! Such a rip off! $ 16.99 for paper? How could you rip your loyal customers off like this? I have since STOPPED using fed ex altogether because of this. Do you guys teach your employees to rip off the customers?

Stopped in to print 6 photos I had on a USB flash drive, was directed to a Sony self-​service photo print station, after inserting credit card and attempted selecting photo size, machine indicates it is out of that paper size, patiently waited for 15 min for attendant. Attendant spent the next 15 min trying unsuccessfully trying to open machine with various keys, finally suggesting we could try using the neighboring color printer/​copier if we were willing to cut 8.5×11 sheet down to size after printing. Again, inserted credit card and this time the machine couldn’t read USB flash drive. After an hour and several unsuccessful tries, I wasn’t able to get any photos printed and finally left the store. During time spent in the store, I witnessed several other customers experience problems with what should be fairly simple tasks. I would not recommend visiting this location.

As you can tell by some of the other reviews, fed ex needs to do some house cleaning. Some of the employees have no customer service skills whatsoever. I guess corporate needs to take a look at Unilocal to know what is going on in their own stores. I have the same thing happening to me over and over when trying to ship my items, as some of the other reviews. They simply are rude, give you attitude and then of course lose the location money as they will not even take your packages to mail them for you, for whatever reason they choose that day. I do not need to buy their boxes to ship my items. Stop trying to pick apart my boxes to sell me yours. This has been going on for at least a year or two or more that i personally know of at this location and at another fed ex office on 5591 E 7^th street. If they can find any fault in your box, they will. I am actually going to call & write to corporate right now and talk to them and tell them they need to send in secret shopper’s to these 2 locations to see how their customers are being treated so poorly. I refuse to go to either of these locations as I am not going to be disrespected and treated so poorly again. I will never give them a dime again. I take my business to where they respect me & do a professional job of shipping my products out for me.

Always takes more time than you expect but the staff is patient and helpful especially Maria who stayed well after her shift was off to help me and several others.

Worst Fedex Office in CA!!! Emily refused our boxes with tons of reasons and tried to make us buy the FedEx boxes! We shipped those boxes to this location for our trade show, and now they refused to ship them! Don’t try to ship boxes their! Go to UPS!

Every single time I come here there’s a problem with my shippment and the Associates always give me bad attitude. Today when I went there this thin black gay guy gave me attitude and told me my box was unshippable when it was packed perfectly! I already had a shipping label and all I wanted to do is drop it off for my business. I smiled and thank him and told him I take my business elsewhere… right down to the FedEx on 7^th Street where the woman helping me was amazing and gladly accepted my business.

I printed a shipping label at FedEx today using self service. After printing the 1 piece of paper (13 cents) I pressed End Session, cut and pasted the label & left. However, I just checked my banking to pay a bill and noticed that FedEx charged my card $ 15 — how can they do that WITHOUT my card and me being physically there to swipe it? Time to get a printer. FedEx has lost my trust & my business.

Worst service ever!!! Tried to up-​sell me on a box stating that had a dent in it and it could collapse.

Worst experience ever! One person to help 10 people not good. I didnt get the service I wanted as the machine kept saying error, and all I wanted to do os get out of there due to frustration. Never coming back!

I needed some documents printed and I needed them all gussied up and fancy like the professionals do, so I stopped here on a busy Saturday afternoon.
First off, I learned that you can set up a print job online and take care of most things from the comfort of your home. I should have done that because it saves waiting for the full-​service desk to process your job, you just come in and pick it up when the internet tells you it’ll be ready. Instead, I walked in and stood in line at the full-​service print station, gave them my document on a USB stick, and was given a receipt with the time that it was going to be ready. Didn’t take more than a few minutes and they helped me choose the right paper color and weight and everything.
Luckily, I had plenty of time on my hands and spent my hour-​long wait doing other errands. I’m sure the wait depends on the job and how buy they are so I think I lucked out with an hour. The timing was right on and my stuff was ready to pick up and pay for when I came back exactly an hour later, not a minute more (lucky timing, I am not that punctual). I assume that means it was done early, which is even better.
The price was less than I expected so I would say it’s reasonable, and I picked up a portfolio for a decent price as well. Everyone who helped me out was fast and nice and got everything right.
There was a short line for the self-​service copiers and printers and the workstation area was almost full, just to give you an idea of what a random Saturday is like.

This review is for their excellent customer service.
Although it can get pretty busy and you might have to wait a little for help, the workers here are extremely helpful and patient. With all the potential issues a customer can have (printing problems, faxing problems, workstation problems, etc.), its a wonder how the workers never looked annoyed.
Portia, Deondre, and Marsha are great. They always greet people at the door and they are just so patient. Portia was supposed to go on her break but finished helping a customer first — which she could have easily handed off to another employee but didn’t.
I did have a little problem using my debit card due to the older system, but that was handled without any further issues.
Their customer service is worth the wait.

Mahsa was polite but it took her 40 min to ring up one envelope and to ship it. She was obviously upset with having to help us and heavily sighed with each key stroke.
We got there 10 minutes before the last FedEx pickup and were not finished until 30 min after the FedEx guy left.
It was frustrating watching the FedEx guy wait for Mahsa to finish and then leave because she was taking too long.
I commend an establishment who employs the mentally disabled. I just don’t think putting Mahsa on the register to ship/​ring things up is a good choice.
