CrossFit-Forging elite fitness…
History
Established in 2013.
Having been residents of Downtown Long Beach for over a decade we were thrilled with the idea of bringing the community CrossFit to heart of the city. Fortunately we were able to secure an incredible location at 501 Pine Avenue, as an Architect I was enamored with the potential of the 4200 square feet, 20 foot high ceilings, structural steel supports and brick bearing walls all added to the fact that this was the perfect location for a CrossFit box, not to mention the fact that there is unlimited 2 hr. free parking across the street!
The most important part of the formula is you! Your results are the absolute measure of our success or failure… The goal is to not just get you into the best shape of your life, look great, become your own car jack and out run a Cheetah but to bring you into the fold of a community that creates lasting friendships. You too can be the annoying friend that can’t stop talking about CrossFit!!!

The moment I walked in the door I could tell this was something completely different than what I imagined. Step one was called a baseline workout which assessed my physical fitness, very challenging but the workout was short all be
