I have owed Paul a good review for over a year now! (I know, I am the worst person ever, right?)
Anyway, Paul is simply the best! After all, how many people remember the name of the guy that sold them a mattress a year and a half ago? I’d guess not many.
Paul did an amazing job of being extremely patient (even when I came in several times before purchasing), and was always super helpful.
I ended up purchasing 2 mattresses from him. I left feeling like I got a great deal and received the best customer service possible! In this day and age good customer service is surprisingly hard to find (which is sad), so I only enjoy giving my business to places that know customer service.
I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a mattress!

Paul is an awesome sales person. I was not too excited about shopping for a mattress. Paul did not hover, harass, bother, annoy or do anything else a sales person can do. He seemed comfortable allowing us to look through the store and when we were ready with questions, he made himself very available and patiently answered all questions. They delivery was hassle free and prompt and the mattress is awesome. My daughter has the mattress at her apartment and her roommates hope that she goes home on the weekends so they can sleep on her mattress. We had an excellent experience and I am guessing that you will too.

Paul is very knowledgeable and super friendly. Me and my boyfriend were sleeping in a size full mattress set. We saved up some money and decided that it was time to buy something more comfortable and spacious. Paul provided such great guidance as to what we were looking for. We tried out a few beds but we found the one that we were definitely settled for. Paul helped make that happen! We are both so happy with our choice. Thank you Paul! I don’t feel any aches waking up anymore. Great prices also and free delivery. I think free delivery depends on the area you live around. Also, Jay and Kendrick were the ones who delivered our mattress. They are quick and efficient in setting the mattress, box spring and bed frame. You guys are awesome! I 100% recommend Aladdin Sleep Center if you’re looking for a good mattress and great caring customer service.

Paul and Irene were both great. I found the mattress set I was looking for, and several months later, it’s still a good investment. I wanted a locally made product, because I had previously bought from a Long Beach company that was no longer in business which had produced their own mattresses, so this store was a good option because it carried the brand I was looking for. I got a great price and good service!

Mattresses for a great price. The sales manager there, Paul Westhoff, was a great help as well and was very friendly.

My mattress and box were heavily damaged while in storage. So I was frantically looking for a place that had a bed and can deliver it ASAP. I looked online and all the ones I found were only able to ship in 1 week and NO WAY was I going to wait a whole week.
The guy that helped me was helpful and it was fast. They had an affordable mattress and box set.
Shipping and disposal is also free to switch out the my old mattress and box.

KISS (keep it simple stupid)
The showroom is as simple as the Starbucks strip-​mall it’s located in, and Paul and Irene seem to keep it very simple too. They have a good selection of beds, and their prices without any haggling, or last minute, «wait a second» deals, were signifgantly lower than a few deals I was offered as I was pushing through the exit door in a few other stores. Basically Paul and Irene had a very relaxed, take your time, attitude, and none of that, «if you buy now,» crap.
I tripped, with my girlfriend, all the way to Long Beach, because one of my previously favored beds was available there for $ 200 cheaper than another salesman (in another store) reduced the price to as I was exiting the store empty handed… And when I didn’t bit at that, he was going to through in two pillows, a frame and a box spring too…
However, once at ASC I found two beds I LOVED even more, at what I felt was a great price, and after I bought the mattress and such, Paul gifted us with two pillows. AFTER.
Now, I may change this review if there is any difficultly receiving my new bed, but everything up to this point has been aces.

Here’s my own advice… To get a GREAT MATTRESS FOR YOU, lay on a lot of differnt beds, several times… It even helps to try the same bed on different days, in different showrooms… Find out about the return policy and the warranty, as well as price… Then spend some serious awkward time on each one. Serious time… Lay. Flip. Get up. Move. Chat. Bounce. Figure out what type, what firmness, and what qualities, you’re looking for. And also know that when you make for the door you may be offered a better deal than if you just take the first bed you chose to lay in. Also in my research I found that it’s pretty easy to make a bed softer, by adding an additional layer on top, but to make one firmer, may not be as easy…
In summary, what my father told me, always, take your time, and always research.

I have been putting off buying a mattress for about five years now, so decided that I needed to get serious about it over this 4^th of July weekend. This was the second store I went to and I found the bed of my dreams… but I still wanted to shop around, so I got a quote and took Paul’s card and off I went to six other mattress stores. So, after seven stores and rolling about on probably a 100+ beds, I came back and bought my mattress from Paul. Not only was he the most low-​key salesman I met, but he was knowledgable, friendly, no pressure, no nonsense, and gave me the lowest price by FAR on the bed I wanted. He even threw in a box of dark chocolate See’s Candies… nice touch! Anyway, I would highly recommend stopping by this store if you need a new mattress… it was SO much better than any of the chain stores I went to!

They simply have great deals and amazing service. I recently purchased my mattress and box spring for one low price and it came with a free metal frame and free delivery. I forget the name of the man who helped me but he was so sweet, kind, and knowledgeable. After my mattress was delivered, I received a thank you card in the mail from them. It’s those little things that count!

A colleague recommended Aladdin Sleep Center and I am so happy with my purchase! Not only is the staff friendly, they are very knowledge on the different products in store. Irene listened to what we were looking for and patiently helped us find exactly what we wanted. I am much more knowledgeable about beds then ever before! I have already recommend my friends and family to get their beds there. Aladdin Sleep Center is the best.

Paul was so helpful! He did everything he could to help us save on our futon. It is a beautiful piece of furniture that goes great in our home. Would definitely recommend in the future :) support local business!

Super excited about this store!
After consulting with one of the guys working the floor I was able to make a final decision regarding a new mattress.
Since I have a bad back and being that I have been wanting a memory foam for a while, I decided to go with the Vergo mattress which is their version of the memory foam.
This mattress is perfect for me as it felt great when I checked it out at the store and it totally fits my budget. Plus they offer local delivery.
Can’t wait till I get my goodies!

Checked out this place after wanting to get a new bed for quite some time…
The employees who work here were super helpful when it came to choosing the bed. They went over the different types, firmness level, etc. I was looking for a memory foam bed and that’s what I decided on. Paul then helped me out with a frame and box spring.
The bed, frame, EVERYTHING was delivered the same way. They set everything up which was awesome too. Overall price was way less than what the nearby stores were going to charge me. Definitely the place to go for beds and frames.

I bought a tempurpedic mattress here last week and I was very impressed. The rep was very thorough and accomodating so I felt confident in making my purchase. Their quick full service delivery was SUCH a huge a plus, and I was so relieved their delivery staff was careful and respectful with my new mattress. My whole experience was such a breeze and most importantly, I lovvve my bed! It’s PERFECT. Highly recommended

I decided to check out Aladdin Sleep Center because I was in a dire need of a mattress. The store was well kept and the sales people were nice and they took their time. I hate shopping for big ticket items since the sales people are always pushy so I was surprised how the sales people treated me here. I decided to go with a memory foam mattress since it was at a great price and very comfortable. I was so blown away by the quality and price that I am considering getting a mattress for my parents. I would definitely recommend this mattress store to anyone. Thanks!

I recently bought a full size mattress here and service and price was great! Sales person was very nice to answer all my questions. Many types of mattresses were available for me to try. Would definitely go back and recommend to others.

I bought a bed recently from this store and it was fantastic experience. The owner was great and so was the salesperson they could have up sold me but I asked for a certain price range and
d they kept me within that range I got their top of the line château brand and it is by far the best bed I have EVER owned. Please try this store if you are looking and keep our mom and pop shops open. These guys, are the real deal no wonder they have been around for so long and have the such a thriving business. We just got our bed delivered this past weekend. We got a great deal on a new Tempurpedic queen bed. Paul is the man! He is knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We had gone to Sit n Sleep before and we weren’t happy with atmosphere and prices.
Aladdin’s seems to be an independent store and felt great giving business to smaller businesses.
We love our new bed, …partner is very happy now that the bed helps with severe back issues.
