Sue Pearce was licensed in 1996 and Amy Finnegan joined the team in 1999 as a licensed agent and marketing specialist. Since then, the Sue Pearce Team is consistently a top producer and works primarily by referral from past clients. Our goal is to provide the highest level of service and always treat our clients with integrity and honesty.

Since that time, Sue has been a consistent top producer and has also earned the Certified Negotiation Consultant designation. Sue’s emphasis has always been on client service, and enjoys working with the friends and family of previous clients as a result.
