Jimmy John’s

I am very partial to their veggie sub with a generous layer of gaucamole and provolone with other good stuff. 6 inch can fill you up for longtime.

Never even placed my order. I had to call 3 times and was hung up on 3 times. No call back they have caller id I’m certain this place did not want my business … Complete waste of time sat. 6:00 pm ⁷⁄₁₈

Every once in a while people surprise you in a good way. I was working last Friday open to close at the mall and thought I would order my favorite sandwich. When it was delivered, the girl who delivered it was very nice and friendly. I ended up not being able to eat right away because I had a customer in my store. About half and hour later I was now starving. I took a bite of my sandwich and didn’t pay attention until about the third bite when I realized it wasn’t quite how I ordered it. Somehow my sandwich and one similar got mixed up. I went online and filled out the comments about it. Within half an hour Lauren, the manager called me. I was busy so I had to call her back. She was so very pleasant and apologetic. She offered to send me out a new sandwich or a gift card. I told her I would take the gift card since I was starving and had eaten the sandwich. She was sweet and said she hopes that I will give them another try. Being in an extremely customer service related industry, I was happy to see that someone took the time and takes their job seriously enough to ensure the happiness of someone else. I will definitely order from Lauren ‘s store again.

When I think of Jimmy Johns I always think NASCAR. Not ever sure why but they have a strange association with me. I digress, the thing about Jimmy Johns is just how organized they are. They whip out some amazing sandwiches super fast and always are delicious. Bread is freshly made and everything is made right in front of you. Today I got the «slim» which is pretty much just the bread and meat with no veggies or sauces. I had just flew in and was not in the mood for a full meal and I was all messed up with the time difference and all.
Ham and cheese were tasty but the bread certainly overwhelmed the sandwich with it’s delicious aroma and fresh taste. Overall good place to drop in for lunch, especially if you are in a hurry.

The bread tastes like sugar. There’s only 1 or 2 thin slices of meat. Mayo on every sandwich. All in all, the opposite of what I want in a sandwich. The lettuce wraps are the only good thing

Quick service. Never busy. The employees are friendly and I really have no complaints.
