Tri Valley Insurance

When I bought my home in Lemon grove it was my loan officers company that found and helped me set up my home owners insurance through this company. In the past I had adequate customer service… But when I call the other day no Larry only a man named James. couldn’t answer my questions about the policy I was sold couldn’t help answer any of my concerns had me take pictures to show the issue I was having sent him the pic gave him my situation and was told «I will talk to my partner and call you back» …I called 2 more times after that never an answer no returned call so I went directly to Safeco My problems are now being handle no thanks to this office and when I called again today after speaking to Safeco I simple told him how disappointed I was in the fact that my call was never returned and that I felt he was a huge let down… he then replied with a lie and said I did call you back and I left a message… lie no messages on my landline or cell we have a thing called caller ID now too you know and then he said «Oh I must have dialed wrong» Really… thanks for making my issue worse and losing a day and a half to get things going and started with my claim :(

I myself along with 6 other family members go thru Tri Valley Insurance and have for a few years now. There’s not a bad thing I could say about this company or James Davis. Any questions asked, he’s always been able to help and answer. Very professional!

I have been a client of Tri-​Valley Insurance for many years. I was so impressed with their knowledgable service that one by one all of my family members and many of my friends have switched over. I love having a local agent that I can call whenever I have questions. I never have to deal with the automated, impersonal service of my insurance agency. Tri-​valley handles all for me! I also like that they are brokers because they are constantly shopping the best prices for me. I seriously can’t say enough about their friendly, professional, trustworthy service! WOW! This review is long overdue. I was referred to Larry Goltz Insurance several years ago when we were shopping homeowners insurance due to a large rate increase on the policy we had at the time. We worked with James and went with Nationwide, offering a very competitive rate for a reputable, stable company. We switched our auto policy over, too.
Last year, my husband’s auto was totaled by a DUI driver. This is when you really find out how good your insurance is (or not!). The claims process was smooth and easy with Nationwide.
We have not had any homeowners claims so I can’t speak to that process. I can say the few years we have renewed our policy cost has remained consistent without any crazy rate increases.
We have specifically worked with James for several years now and highly recommend him. He is always responsive to my calls and/​or emails (this is always appreciated!). Excellent customer service, great insurance products, local to Livermore, convenient to downtown — all you are looking for!

I had an issue pop up in my home and called Larry Goltz on a friday night after-​hours to check on my coverage through my insurance policy. I wasn’t expecting a call back until after the weekend and the long holiday. Larry personally called me back the very next day (on a saturday mind you) and was extremely helpful, professional and friendly. He answered all my questions super quick.

Great agent! I called, Larry himself. Was spoken to friendly and got factual information and all of my questions were answered.
I had gone online and called 2 places before calling Larry Goltz. I was ignored, put on hold, told my car was to old or sent 4 spam E mails within 3 minutes. Larry took all of that stress away for me!
On top of all of this, he found me a better rate that I found anywhere else, payment options I could deal with easily and he gave me great information about what I needed and did not need for my situation in a realistic way instead of trying to scare me into overkill insurance. Great choice!
