Corinne is amazing. My fiancé and I just went through the painful process of buying a house in a market such as the one we are in now, and she made it so easy and pain free. She was available all the time for my insane amount of questions. She was there when we needed her. We wanted to close on a house asap and she did everything possible to make that happen. If you’re looking to buy a home anywhere within (at minimum) a 20 mile radius of Livermore, do yourself the favor and contact Corinne. She has numerous years of experience in the field, some of which were on the banking-​end, making her SUPER knowledgeable on all fronts to the home purchasing process.
My husband and I were fortunate to stumble upon her via a review from Unilocal.Corinne made herself available to us ²⁴⁄₇ throughout the entire process — She answered our many questions (sometimes via email, but also many telephone conferences — even on the weekends). She also met with us in-​person, well after work hours, twice! She was there on «signing day» to review all of the millions of signature pages at the title company. She has expressed a sincere interest in helping us out, including long after the sale, by providing us with ideas about funding much-​needed renovation work we wanted to do on our new home. In fact, she continues to respond to my questions regarding financing and related subjects — we bought our home nearly eight months ago!

I don’t write reviews often, but this one is very much deserved. Corinne walked us through the process every step of the way and was instrumental in the closing; she is everything we hoped for in a mortgage advisor.

We recently worked with Corinne in purchasing a home in Manteca, and I could not have asked for a better coach, cheerleader, and conscientious guide through the sometimes baffling and frustrating world of mortgage and real estate. I had a VA loan and was going to go through USAA who’s usually very competitive in this field from what I’ve read. But certain circumstances with the sellers wouldn’t allow the deal to happen with USAA’s criteria so Corrine was referred to us to «make it happen» and at lower costs and a better interest rate (0.25% better). She crushed USAA’s loan offer and made sure she locked in great rate immediately since they were so volatile at the time.
She is very knowledgable with VA loans which can be hard to come by. Trust me, you want someone who knows how to work VA loans, it’s not something you want your broker to «learn as they go» with. She also knew what needed to be done to get the loan approved within her own firm. Without Corrine working the loan the way she did and coming in with such a great rate, fees, and credits, I doubt we would have been able to buy our house.
I think that Corrine is the best person to contact first to see where you stand in getting a loan or even refinancing. She knows her stuff and has very competitive rates and credits to offer.

Corinne is a very collected patient person. We have been trying to figure out how much we can afford to buy a house for and what the mortgage is going to look like. Every time we like a house, we make an appointment with her and she accommodates and makes us a whole plan with different scenarios.
I like the fact that she always is willing to err or the side of worse case scenario, cause if you can afford that you really can afford this house. She will email us forms and sheets to help us figure out things on our own too.
