Michelle and the team have been handling my home and auto insurance for quite some time now. They are professional, friendly and always respond promptly when I need help. They have moved me to new carriers on several occasions to save me money. Easy to work with and very trustworthy!

First off, let me start by stating how frustrated I get with automated voices on big 1 – 800 numbers. Choosing the right car insurance is hard enough as it is. Add talking to a robot? Too much for me!
After a frustrating morning of talking to robots on big insurance companys’ 800 numbers, I did a Unilocal search for insurance agencies in Livermore and came across this one. And I am so grateful I did! Diane helped me and I’m also grateful for her patience and sensitivity to my needing SR22 insurance. I spent a total of maybe 20 minutes in the building and walked out with the proper insurance that I’m happy with. Literally, I walked out with all the printed and signed documents I need!

When my previous agent’s business closed, we moved over to Gene Morgan Insurance. I have two businesses, the house and cars with them. Michelle has always been extremely helpful, professional, prompt and works with us on any question or change we need.

I’m new to Gene Morgan and I have to say my experience has been great! Ofelia Lozano — my agent, was efficient, professional, AWESOME, and saved me money on my auto and renter’s insurance with better coverage.

They continue to pull through for us again! My husband had to contact them about an insurance that a client of ours requested from us for our business. My husband spoke with Ofelia and was very impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable she was. She explained to him in detail why the client was requesting that type of insurance from us and suggested which parts of the insurance might not be necessary for us to have. I’ve been with Gene Morgan Insurance Agency since 2005, with the exception of about a year when I was talked into switching to Farmers (big mistake). When we switched back, The amount of my monthly bill only changed by about $ 20 but I was getting a much better policy!!! Deanna is amazing and I will continue to recommend her to anyone I know looking for better insurance.

As a young 21 year old, I did not know what insurance company I should make alliances with. As with anything else, I asked my sister for some advice and she gave me 3 different insurance agencies. I got a quote from all three and like my sister had predicted, I got the best price with Gene Morgan which is GREAT because saving money always makes me happy. Karla was the agent that was recommended by my sister. She was very helpful, very very very patient, prompt, and understanding. I would recommend her and this company to everyone.

Gene Morgan Insurance Agency is a great place to do business — because above all else they have excellent customer service. I know that anytime I have a question or concern, I can call them up and talk to a real person, instead of a machine.
The agents are always willing to work up a quote for me, and their response time is great.
Also, it’s worth mentioning that I’ve never spoken to an unfriendly person at the office. Everyone is really pleasant.

I came to Gene Morgan Insurance after my previous agency raised my rates after a car accident. I felt the rate hike was way to much and decided to shop around for new insurance.
I first hit up some of the big names companies seen on TV and got my quotes and a lot of unnecessary SPAM email. I also decided to try out Gene Morgan Insurance.
I called in and spoke with Michelle who was very friendly and helpful from the start. She took all of my information and told me that she would need some time to build a quote and that she would call me back with the details. Within one hour Michelle had called me with a quote that was $ 100/​mo less than my original company and $ 50−100/mo less than that of the other companies I researched.
Needless to say I have gone with Gene Morgan Insurance for any insurance that I might need. Quick response time, low prices, and great customer service.

My experience with Gene Morgan Insurance Agency has been nothing but great! I needed health insurance, and called to let them know I was coming in. When I went in, they already had plan options printed out and ready for me. They explained what they thought the best plans were for me, and kept in mind the costs that would be coming out of my pocket.
I got the application that day, took it home, and took it back into the office the next day. The staff was so helpful; Marnie and Linette were immediately available to go over my application with me to make sure everything was filled out correctly.
My health insurance application went through quickly. Any time I’ve had questions about my insurance policy, I can just call and will get help quickly.

Best Insurance company I have dealt with to date, hands down. I actually stumbled upon Gene Morgan Insurance through my wife’s parents. I had an internet insurance company before, and was used to dealing with people on the phone and MAYBE getting a response every now and then, but after dealing with this agency, I’m not sure I’ll ever go back to those impersonal agencies ever again!
My wife and I recently got married, and she had been with this company for a while – and though she recently had an accident, Michelle (my primary contact, I’ve also worked with Marnie who is excellent) bent over backwards to get us the best savings. We also have our renters and ring insurance through them. With the multi-​coverage, we are easily saving a lot of money and getting excellent service at the same time. I definitely shopped around through a few different online agencies, but they couldn’t match the pricing, and for SURE couldn’t match the service.
