Charity has helped me and my family members with all sorts of home loan information. The reason she is the best is because she is HONEST and TRUST WORTHY. She gives us the best advice that actually benefits us rather than what’s best for her. For example, for a past loan issue, she has actually given us advice that another lender would be a better fit for us.
Whenever I think about home loans, she is the first person I think about!

Charity Shehtanian has helped my husband and I through the loan process several times; during a refinance, a sale of a home, and a purchase of a new home. She always goes above and beyond, never leaving us alone in the process. She is very hands on and we appreciated her being there while we signed all of our paperwork – be it in our home or at a title company. During the sale of our home, Charity even stepped in and helped our buyer when it looked like their loan wasn’t going to go through. She came to our rescue and theirs to make the sale of our home possible, and as a result, the purchase of our dream home possible. We have recommened Charity and will continue to do so. I had the privilege to work with Charity Shehtanian as my Loan Officer. She is thorough, quick to respond, easy to work with, and knows the real estate business like the back of her hand. She always let me know what I needed to get to her, via fax or email, in order for the process to purchase my first home be a success. She met with me before we started the process and I knew right away I could trust her and that she was looking out for the best interest of myself and my family.
It took about 6 months from the time we met to the time I closed escrow. I am now in my first owned home in Tracy, Ca and we are enjoying it very much. I would definitely recommend Charity to my friends in family when they are ready to purchase a home.
