Mark spent almost 30+ minutes with me explaining everything about what I need (and no not need). He did not upsell anything; gave me good referrals and all kind of advice on how to maintain pool etc.

What is there to say about Mark? He is a true pleasure to work with. He cares about his business and has been so willing to help with any issue that comes up. I bought this house with a pool that needed some TLC and he helped with getting me set up. Then when my pump needed upgrading, he did such a great job that I would recommend him to anyone.

When we purchased a new home in Livermore, Mark Bailey was referred to us by the «pool inspector» who assisted with the disclosures of the property, and noticed some work needed to be done. A good sign already that this was B2B referral.
We have been so impressed with Mark over the past 6 mos, we just had Mark upgrade our entire pump/​filtration/​computer system. His work is absolutely outstanding. He is meticulous and gets the job done RIGHT. So that it looks good, and works perfectly.
We manage the entire operation of our pool from our smartphone or tablet now. AWESOME… and just in time for Summer.

Don’t usually take the time to write reviews. Also, I don’t always trust the reviews I read on Unilocal,but maybe you’ll believe this one. Heard about Mark from my neighbor a few years ago. My neighbor is very do it yourself type and Mark talked to him on the phone for about half an hour until he (my neighbor) figured out how to fix the problem himself. No charge. Later Mark diagnosed my pump problem as just the big charging capacitor and told me where to go to pick one up and replace it very easily. Small charge for service call. Again, cleaned gas jets another time from spider webs. Small service charge. This time went to my house, diagnosed failed pump and had it replaced by the next morning.
Hopefully readers won’t take advantage of his good will and good service, but as far as I’m concerned, he’s the best, most trustworthy person you could have fix anything.

Mark is so friendly and promptly returned my call, and came out the same day to fix our sensor on the hot tub.

I would just like to say that Mark Bailey was very quick in response to my voice mail I left this morning. Even though they were not able to perform the work I was looking for. Mark was very nice to give me two referrals for company’s that can. Very helpful folks.
