Amazing and wonderful caregivers. I just love Ms. Josie. She looks after my little demon (dogs) and its always a relief to know they are well taken care of. Been a client of Ms. Josie for 5 years now. Love, Love, Love her! Believe me, with a Plott, and Lab and a Texas Healer, she is wonderful with them!

I contemplated giving Pets R Us two stars, because we really did love the sitter who took care of our dogs, but Josie, the owner of the company, is not someone that I would recommend doing business with.
Our first issue with Josie occurred when she failed to schedule our initial visit with Alex, our pet sitter. He never showed up, because she didnt put it on his calendar. She was kind enough to admit the mistake and we gave her another chance.
My real concern comes in probably 3 months later (this past week). My boyfriend and I were out of town and we hadnt heard anything from Alex, so I texted him. He seemed surprised that Josie hadnt told me that he no longer worked for the company. At this point I was quite concerned, not only did I not know that Alex had left, I now didnt know if my dogs had been taken care of or who had been in my house if they had been taken care of. When I called Josie, all she did was discredit Alex, tell me how busy she was, and how she meant to call me. But at the end of the day she didnt call me, she never told me that someone else was in my house or even that my dogs had been taken care of. Had she even just sent a quick text or email I would have understood, but she got quite defensive when I explained my frustration.
To further aggravate the already stressful situation, Josie told me initially that she billed every 2 weeks, but after our phone call about Alex’s employment status, she promptly sent me a bill from June until the beginning of September! When I asked about the delay she again got defensive and told me to pay my bill so we could part ways.
All I ask in any professional relationship is transparency and reliability. I am not sure that Josie is reliable and she is most definitely not transparent.

Josie took such great care of our little man. He was older & had some health issues. She new exactly what we were facing & I am still so thankful we found her to help us out when we were away.

I absolutely love Josie. My best friend and I use her whenever we go out if town. She makes our pets feel extra loved. She follows our directions to a tee, will call us if she has any questions, or if something isn’t right. She always goes out of her way too. There are little things that make me feel like no matter what, when I leave, my pets are in great hands.
My friend had a large reef tank, and Josie is great at making sure that everything is working with the tank. That takes extra skills and expertise.
I would not leave my pets in anyone’s care but hers and the sitters that she employs. Thank you Josie!!!
