Cathy helped me both buy and sell a house and did a great job at both.
When buying a home, Cathy listened to what we wanted and sifted through countless listings to show us only the houses that would work for us. After several weekends of showing homes, she found the one for us and made the purchasing process as easy as can be. Other relatives I have used made me do all the leg work, making me wonder what I hired them for. Cathy on the other hand does all the leg work for her client.
Three years later I was relocating and so I brought Cathy in to sell that same house. Before listing the house, Cathy helped stage the house, making it look incredible in the photos she had done. Within 48 hours of listing the property, Cathy had gotten us multiple offers for over $ 50k more than we had bought the house for only 3 years before.
I highly recommend using Cathy if you need to buy or sell a house!
