Absolute slowest McDonalds Ever! What’s the purpose of double drive thrus if it’s still going to be backed up… Rarely eat McDonalds and when I do I won’t visit this location again

Waited 4 mins at the menu, then was allow to place my order, then rushed for my money at window 1, waited ten mins for two small fries, cheeseburger, and 4piece chicken nugget. Wow. All to have a cashier play on his phone then prepare my food. Then when I questioned him, oh he washed his hands. And when I challenged him he buckled. No he didn’t wash his hands after plvbjplaying guttaa. Sawwwqg1hgaying with his phone before preparing my food. But end result no food, cashier that said he was the manager and really didn’t care one wi or the other if I was serviced or even satisfied

This location service is getting bad. I wouldn’t spend my money there anymore. Customer service is really bad. They need to be retrain.

I had to ask myself, am I really going to review a McDonalds?
Unilocal, I guess so.
This is one of the nicest McDonalds or fast food places I’ve seen, has a kiddie playland — and a fireplace, LED flatscreen TVs, wifi, shoe shine…(ok maybe not shoe sine). Mind you I only go to McDonalds once a year so maybe they are all fancy, clean, and cook to order now adays — but, They do cook your food to order here it seems, it does not sit on a shelf, so it took about 5 minutes to get my order (to the other person who blew a fuse and gave a one star for waiting 5 minutes — I guess you like your food quick and stale-​shelfy instead of fresh made?)
They made a mistake in my order but made up for it by giving me an apple pie, that’ was pretty nice.
The other time a year I go to McDonalds, I’d chose this one.
Overall I think fast food has outpriced itself, hence the 4 star. I’d much rather walk into a healthy, sit down place where I still pay $ 6.50 for a sandwich /​meal than go to McDonalds.

While waiting for ONE cheeseburger I was able to download the Unilocal app on slow 4g and I still have no gotten my cheeseburger, a 5 minute trip turned into a 30 minute trip and for a burger… Won’t be coming back here like ever do yourself a favor and go to the McDonald’s on turner hill road 5 minutes away because it will save you time.

Wow this Mickey D’s is nice! Interior looks very new, complete with an indoor fireplace, play area, flat screen sets all over and a friendly staff.
A co-​worker and I stopped in for a quick bite and I was happy with the service and that the servers listened to me (grilled chicken sandwich, no mayo was served with no mayo, and fast).
This McDonalds will always have a special place in my heart though, because it’s when I found out I was accepted into Pharmacy School, but in truth, it’s one of the first really nice looking Mcdonalds i’ve seen
