Went there this morning and the service was very bad. This location need some better training please.

I feel very disrespected by this location. After ordering at the drive-​thru, we forgot one item. When we pulled up to the window, we kindly asked the gentleman if we could add one more item, just an orange juice. He huffed and rolled his eyes and without any word or comment he strolled away. No response from him. He didn’t give us a new tota. No «yes sir» or «No sir.» He just walked away. We were so bothered by his response that we decided to just drive off and find somewhere else to place her order. It doesn’t matter if it’s day or night you should always respect your customers. Thank you.

This is got to be the worst McDonald’s ever. food was awful and customer service is even worse. took us 15 minutes to get mayo cause they didnt have any in the packs. the manager needs to be fired because it clearly shows that he or she is not doing there job.

Lol wow I never thought I would review Mc Deeees, yeah I’m doin it, I give a rats ass what you think, but dammit those early morning chicken biscuits are on hit! 2 for $ 3? Cmon it gets no better then that! I never go in to see the staff folks in here so called ghetto from the other reviews, im always hittin drive thru in the early morning for my biscuit fix with cheese may I add. Sure there’s some heavy eyelashes flapping around some forearm tattoos but I don’t judge, I’m tatted all the way to from my neck down to my fingers, just hand my biscuit and we all good! I’m usually in and out even when it’s packed at the line less then 4 minutes or sooner. I don’t really expect any kind of superb 5 star treatment type of deal, here’s my card… can I get some strawberry jelly with that, thank you, I’m out and on for the day, I got my protein and my carbs. Usually a pretty fast mcdonalds but today they are having some difficulties! They are out of ketchup in the dispencer (big surprise I know) and they re out of the kiddie lids! Place was pretty empty so it was nice to have the playland to ourselves!

So ghetto-​stay away. Transgender with too much makeup working drive thru window & thugs work with uniform pants saggin to show their drawls.

They rarely get my order right. When they do, the food tastes as though it had been sitting out.

This location is one of the worst ones I have ever been to. I have only been 2 – 3 times and I will not go back. One day, I chose to dine in. They had some kind of area supervisor in town who was hanging out with the local management. Even with the area supers presense the service still blew. The employees are rude, have no sense of urgency and just flat out do not want to be there. The drive thru always has a big line every time I drive by. I used to think it was a high volume McDonalds but now I realize there is always a long line because the service is always so stinking slow. Another thing that erks me is that they do not have unsweet tea in the dining room. You have to wait for some attitude queen to get it for you from the drive thru even though you are in the restaruant. And a refill… forget about it.
Although I have not witnessed any drug deals as another reviewer mentioned, it does not surprise me in the slightest.
A coworker of mine informed me that if I want a decent McDonalds, I just drive another mile or two down the road to Evans Mill. He says that one is solid.

I don’t normally hit up McDonalds on a regular basis, but I was in a serious pinch for time. The Chick-​fil-​A across the street was where I originally was planning on eating, but the lunch rush there was insane and I was running out of time. The food was standard McDonalds fare, but the service was horrible and the people there were very rude. I was very surprised!

Seriously, no cups for water? Automatic one star. This isn’t a Vegas night club. Corporate needs to come down here and clean house. A little dirty too. Seriously, it almost worse than Checkers. Almost.

They Take Damn Near 30 Mins To Make A Fuckin Burger & Rather «Yell» To Their Friends Hanging Out Of Cars Like Monkey’s In The Drive Thru Rather Than Take Your Order !
