Another event at the Palmetto club where the exclusive caterer «Puff and Stuff» F A I L E D miserably. Second year in a row where the buffet line, as managed by the caterer, ran out of food after the first rotation was served. This left guests standing around for over 15 minutes with half filled plates and food getting cold. Some many things were wrong with this caterer, stale rolls (yes, old, stale, inedible breads). Meats and vegetables were cold and not kept warm. Steer clear of this location as long as they use this caterer.
