The Get~it~Done Gurus LLC, a multi-​faceted company, offers both business support and personal concierge services. Whether you need someone to assist in your business goals or a personal concierge to get you through the day, we have you covered.

As your business partner, we’re here to manage outsourced activities – such as consumer marketing research, training, and ghostwriting – while handling your office administrative needs. Small business owners especially appreciate taking advantage of our services. There’s no need to add employees or pay expensive temp fees when the Gurus are a call or click away. We can be on-​site or serve as a virtual assistant.

As your personal assistant – working in person or virtually – we give you the benefit of an extra pair of hands around the house and the neighborhood. When you must be two places at one time, we handle things at the «other place.»

History

Established in 2009.

Patt and Kathy founded the Get-​it-​Done Gurus, LLC to save you time and to help you manage the details of your life and business. This desire is reflected in the company’s mission statement: «Simplify and enrich the lives of our valued clients one task at a time.» Kathy and Patt serve as lifestyle managers and personally handle most requests.

The Gurus are members of the International Concierge and Lifestyle Management Association (ICLMA), the Naperville Chamber of Commerce, and the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce. We are bonded and insured.

In 2011, Get-​it-​Done Gurus added Etiquette classes to complement the efforts and influence of parents by teaching kids and teens etiquette skills and manners. Kathy and Patt have studied with The Protocol School of Washington, are certified by the Etiquette Moms, and serve as «honorary cops» with the Etiquette Police. Further, the Gurus have been approved by the State of Illinois to provide continuous professional development units (CPDU)

Business Owner

Patt has been offering personal assistance to family and friends, clients and colleagues for years. She applies her unique blend of organizational skills and can-​do attitude to all customer requests. Patt was practicing out-​of-​the-​box thinking long before there was a term to describe creative problem solving. Further, her keen attention to detail has allowed Patt to successfully plan various corporate and personal events. Her honed interviewing and active listening skills help Patt engage customers and draw out important points and expectations.

Kathy finds joy in helping people. As a busy homemaker and young mother, Kathy worked hard to capitalize on her time, energy and gasoline! She carpooled, got involved with Brownies and Scouts, and organized monthly get-​togethers to welcome newcomers. Kathy’s a list maker and has a sharp eye for details – characteristics contributing to her achievements as a professional editor.
