I spent weeks getting prices from Lowes, Home Depot and other glass door suppliers to replace one of the panels of my six foot wide sliding glass patio doors. All of the suppliers recommended replacing the entire door and frame which was in the range of $ 1,400 — $ 1,700 which was significantly more than I expected. Upon leaving my community one afternoon I noticed a Glass Guru van and gave them a call. They came to my house in two days to provide an estimate and the cost was a fraction of replacing the entire door and frame. I placed an order and they installed the glass panel in 90 minutes and it looks as good as new without having to have the mess of ripping out the old frame and patching and painting afterwards. Glass Guru was professional, on time and cleaned up after their work and I would seriously consider their services for glass replacement.
