Advance Mold Remediation

We hired this company to finish our basement. They completed most of the work but not all and then demanded payment. We made the mistake of paying when there were still a few things left to be done. Then they refused to come and finish the work citing how little they were making on our job. Their poor business decision, not mine. Among other things, they left holes in our drywall and didn’t install a railing when they were contracted to do so. This made the basement unsafe and not up to code. Buyer beware, this contractor is everything frustrating you’ve heard about working with a contractor rolled into one. They also quoted us approximately thirty days for completion and took approximately ninety days to «almost» complete. I don’t know how they do business on mold remediation but do not hire them for contracting services.
