«The very best» — a few short words with a huge meaning. That’s our goal at Aspen Home Improvements. We never tried to be anything else. Aspen Home Improvements was awarded the exclusive dealership of the world’s most advanced energy-​efficient window, the Starmark.

Established twenty-​one years ago in Reading and moved to Lancaster three years later, Aspen has built a solid foundation and an extensive customer base. We specialize in external products for your home: Windows, Siding, Doors, Roofing, Decks, Sunrooms, Soffit, Facia, and Gutters.

Our installers are not «Jack of all trades» but Certified Master Installers. Our non-​prorated warranty applies not only while you own the home but for subsequent owners as well. Should you experience accidental damage to your Aspen windows? No problem, Aspen products and labor are covered for life. Our triple-​pane Starmark feature a .13 U-​factor.

Called Aspen after our neighbor recommended them after her install. Mark was very helpful and worked through our myriad of questions. David came in and validated measurements. We only bought some the first go-​around but as time went on went through four different orders from small windows to front and sliding doors. Even had David make some recommendations on unrelated home improvement considerations. They worked through an energy loan scenario with me and really just went overall overboard to ensure our satisfaction. Since then we had some warranty repair work done and are very happy with the results all around. i wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Aspen.

Aspen Home Improvement is who you want to call to get your home improvement projects done. Professional, conscientious and courteous employees make them the only company I would call for my home improvement needs. I had front and back entry door done and they did a fantastic job!!!

Called to request an estimate for windows. Artie showed up. He quotes one price and then tells you it’s a today only price and tries to get you to make a commitment. He did not do any measuring or anything. My wife showed up mid conversation and he began arguing with her. Needless to say it’s good he left or we would kicked him off our property. Would not recommend, shady sales tactics.

Stop calling me!!!
Received an estimate for an entry door, which was way too high for my budget, so I passed. Two weeks later, I get the typical follow-​up call about how they are running a promotion, and I can save money. Still too high for my budget, so no thank you. About 3 weeks after that, another call, and yet another discount! I can’t stand companies that operate in this manner. Quote the lowest price you will offer the first time!!! I continue to get calls about special financing, zero dollars down, etc. I asked to be removed from the list due to the relentless soliciting. I understand sales, but if you are confident in your product, service, and pricing, quote a price and stick to your guns!

One star based on the lazy woman going door to door soliciting business by walking through everyones yard to get from house to house, too lazy to go up homeowners steps or to use driveways to get to the front door to hang advertisement, she literally covered the entire street in the development by walking through each homeowners yard, plants and flowers. Would not hire this business based on the disrespect shown by this woman. «Allyson» — be on the look out for this clueless woman she’ll destroy your beautiful landscaping without thinking twice.
