Very nice, honest people here. I called about a chip in my windshield and Auday said to bring it over. I could only make it there at lunch time and he said he would wait for me.
When I got to the office Auday stopped what he was doing and came over to meet me and look at my windshield.
He said the chip was too deep and old to fix. They don’t replace windshields there but he was happy to give me options on where I could take it to get a good price and reliable work.
Auday was extremely helpful and pleasant. If I ever need collision work on my car, I am taking it here!

Auday, is a hands on owner. He will go out of his way to accommodate you above and beyond. I formally worked at Lexus San Diego in the Pre-​Owned Sales department for 12 years. We had them do our work, and I referred a lot of my customers there. All were very satisfied. In the last two years I personally used them, one for my lady friend’s car that Geico Totaled, it was a 2012 Camry Hybrid with low miles. I called Auday, he had it towed to his place, had Geico come out to reevaluate it. He was able to get it back to perfect. A good friend of mine had a similar accident with her Tahoe. She had to go out of town, we had it towed to Auday, from a body shop in Carlsbad that she had always used. She got much better service with Auday. I recently had an incident with my 2013 Tacoma. Geico let me take it any where I wanted. I chose Collison Experts in Lemon Grove. At Lexus we also referred to a couple of other prime Body Shops closer to our area. The difference is Audys hands on ownership.

After my first collision, I did not know what to do, I took my 2005 Volvo S40 to 3 different shops in the Kearny area to get an estimate but was not comfortable for various reasons. I decided to visit 3 additional shops in my local Lemon Grove/​Spring Valley area to see if I got a more trustworthy vibe. After reading reviews and visiting the shop — I took my car to Collision Experts and hoped for the best. I am very satisfied with their work. They replaced front, rear bumper, and a dent on the trunk lid. Staff was professional and did not try to upsell me or waste my time with unnecessary items. They were also very true to their projected timeline and did no surprise me with any fees.

Auday and his team did a wonderful job repairing my car. He was very helpful in explaining the process to me and answered all my questions, when there was damage the insurance didn’t catch, he worked with them to have it covered. So happy with this business! I got rear ended and received a very reasonable quote from Collision Experts. I was worried because a new bumper for my particular vehicle was no longer available but the Collision Experts said they will handle it. Told me they needed 3 days but had the work done in 2 days. I was so impressed with the work! I was worried it would look weird or different since it was the same bumper but it, honestly, looks better than even before the accident. Auday and his staff are very friendly and take the time to help you. It really put me at ease. I highly recommend and I hope I do not have another accident soon but if I do, I would go back to them.

Unfortunately I have had to have some body work done a couple times. The owner is so nice and honest. This is where Bob Baker sends their cars for body work. If you want a professional job bring your car here.

These guys are great! I got into a collision where I rear ended someone and I was worried my car would never look good again! But I brought it to these guys and they were very helpful and honest, said they couldn’t give me a complete estimate right away because it would take opening up the hood and looking at every part. I was worried but they helped me out and were extremely willing to help me out with my insurance and the rental. If you don’t have rental in your insurance they will still try to help. As for the repairs, I was told it would be about 2 ½ weeks, they did it in 1 ½. I couldn’t be happier enough and they make sure that you are 100% satisfied with your car even after you drive it back home. There’s always there stereotype that some mechanics/​body shop owners will overcharge you or that they only work for themselves… well you won’t find that here. Collision Experts are amazing, and most importantly they care about their clients!

Auday is my hero. He took excellent care of me and worked well with my insurance. He even fixed me up with a low-​cost rental rate and walked me over to the car rental place around the corner. Auday walked me through the whole process of what it would take to repair the car door. He called when he promised and communicated when there were changes after he got a closer look inside at the damage. He was totally professional and courteous.
When I picked up the car, I was blown away by how great it looked. My car hasn’t looked this good in years. The quality of the work was spotless. If ever I need this kind of work again, I will return without hesitation.

I had just bought a used car with some tail damage from the previous owner. As a result of the damage, I couldn’t attach one of the tail lights that was broken nor could I open the trunk from the latch inside the car. I liked my new car but those two things were bumming me out. I didn’t want to have to spend $ 500+ to have it all fixed.
I called a mobile car guy and he referred me to Collsion Experts. I’m glad he did! I was very pleased with my experience. Auday, as other reviewers have stated, is a genuinely nice guy. Very personable and conscientious. You don’t always find that in businesses like these. They fixed the car at a reasonable price. When the time comes to replace the bumper, I’m definitely going back to these guys.

Auday is incredible! For any car repairs I will ALWAYS take my car here!
I have been in a couple accidents where I have been rear-​ended on the freeway and have gotten the side of my car hit by a driver who wasn’t paying attention. Both times Auday fixed my car up to look like new! He matched the color of my car perfectly, and he is so fast! He makes working with the insurance company so much better and does everything he can to make it a less stressful experience!
Not to mention, Auday is genuinely one of the nicest guys you will ever meet! I just got my car worked on again and he remembered me and my boyfriend’s name from when we came in the last time and that was 2 – 3 years ago! ALSO he remembered what vehicles we both drove! He’s amazing, and really makes you feel special, and he truly cares about the quality of his work!
Auday and his team are also on time when when opening their shop. I dropped off my car prior to going to work, and I was stoked to see them show up right before 8 and greet me with a smile and a «how can I help?»
I should have written this review A LONG time ago, because I have always had a wonderful experience with Auday and this business! Like I mentioned above, for my car and any future car I own, I will always take my car here. Great pricing, fast service, and high quality!

Good body shops are hard to find. I needed some work done on the hood of my BMW Z4. They did an amazing job matching the color on the paint and you can just tell that it is really good work. They also had it done on the day that they promised it would be done. I only spent a total of 10 min at the place including dropping off and picking up. This is the only place I will ever bring my cars back to.

I’m waaaay overdue writing this review. I took my Honda Ridgeline here with some significant damage on the front left side — hood, quarter panel, lights, etc. They were pretty busy, and it was close to Christmas so I knew it would take a little while. But Auday had the estimate and the work with the insurance company done very quickly. He’s very professional, the shop is really clean, and my truck looks like new. The alignment of everything, color matching, pin striping, all excellent.
I had one issue, that my horn sounded strange when I got it back. It turns out the low note portion of my horn had fallen out after the collision (and before I got it to Auday). So they didn’t know it was missing, and once I pointed that out he was right on it and got that replaced too.
I hope I never need this kind of repair again, but if I do I’m going back to Collision Expert.

This is the only place I would use for Auto Body work. They are extremely professional and very fast. I had to have my fender replaced and the work was flawless. Aday the owner is always making sure you are happy with the work. trust me this is the place to go if you are in need.
