I just had my son’s speakers replaced and stereo reinstalled. The price was fair but not a steal. The work seems to be done very well. Time will tell.
I am very grateful that the installer fixed some issues with the work my son did putting in his own stereo. Let us just say my son could have caused more harm than good when he and his friend did the original install.
The staff is a mixed bag. Some are great and one has a little negativity around him. Your milage may vary. My best advice is if one person is rubbing you the wrong way then come back and try again with the other guy.
The installer was awesome. Nice guy and saved me from more damage.

Came through to get my stereo changed and I love it! Definitely coming back to get my windows tinted. They were affordable, quick, and super friendly. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family.

Don’t come here at all, all the negative reviews were exactly right. My experience there left me frustrated and fed up. I came there just to get my car tinted and they sent me home twice for various unprofessional reasons, one of which was there tint guy was simply tired and wanted to go home keep in mind its only 5pm and they close at 8pm. When I do come back the guy said the job would be 30 minutes, I was there 4 hours but I learned several important things. First if you pay more there going to treat you better than someone who just gets a tint job namely me. There going to work on your car first and make everyone else who was there previously wait longer. Lastly there going to try and swindle everyone who even walks buy there shop. True story a guy walks in and says you quoted me 110 over the phone for a amp I, when he gets there they won’t sell him that amp but says he has to buy the more expensive one for 130 because the previous amp is garbage. They were actually arguing about it. This review isn’t as cohesive as my other ones but that should demonstrate how rattled and flustered yet angry about the worst service I’ve experienced anywhere ever!!!

In the San Diego area this is one of the most affordable places to come and get custom work done. I appreciate the help with my car. I will definitely be back soon for more upgrades. :)

I came to Audio Masters in Lemon Grove about a week ago to have my back windows tinted. They came out sick, I appreciate the attention to detail and the quality put into the installation.

Andy and his crew took great care of me. They installed a new double din head unit in my truck when no others would take on the job (because technically my dash wasn’t set up for it). Not only did they install it, they created a custom mount for it, and at a great price. Cannot brag enough about these guys and the job they did for me. This place is THE most shady «car stereo» shop
I have EVER been to. From the second you walk in, the «customer service» doesn’t exist. It’s like they don’t care if u are there or not. I had to literally ask like 5 times for help with 3 guys that worked there just talking about random stuff and then yelling in a different language. There was a few guys that were actually standing in «line» ahead of me and just waiting to be acknowledged! The place is really small, so it’s not a size issue. This sounds completely crazy (trust me I know), but it was that bad.
I found out later 2 of the 3 guys there at the time are the owners!!! One guy has longer hair and the other has a bald head, and I think they were speaking Egyptian.
This is the kicker… one of the owners would give a customer a quote in English, then the other owner would yell in a different language across the store acting all Pissed off, and then they would tell the customer a higher price in English!!! I am NOT racist, my dad is English and my mom is South American. My wife is Mexican and my son is half. However I am a business man, and what they do is not only rude, but unethical business practice. They just don’t care. Just so I could make sure my thoughts were valid, I got a detailed quote from one of the guys written down. When he went in the back room, I asked the other owner the exact same thing, and his quote was $ 100 MORE!!! It was written down!!! I made sure I asked the same exact questions.
They also yelled at the Hispanic guys doing the REAL work in the back like they were trash. They belittled them right in front of me and another «customer». One guy asked if he could watch what they are doing in the back but out of the way
Like in the driveway, and they said «no».
Unfortunately this place gives small stereo shops in San Diego like theirs, a bad wrap. Most of these places in the same area, the owner (s) not only provides u with service, but they often are the installer. A legit small shop is cool with the customer watching what they are doing, as long as they stay in the distance and don’t get in the way of the work space.
ALL AROUND SHADY!!! If you just go in, you’ll laugh because all that I said here will happen!

Quote u prices over phone and give u appt and then jack up the price when u come in and make u wait 2 hrs longer while they work on someone else’s car who paid more $ that walked in behind u!!! Scam artists. Saw them overchg 2 customers while waiting and tell previous customer who bought amp last week that he needed a 2^nd amp now. Why didn’t they sell him the right one in the 1^st place! What goes around comes around.

Has Got To Be The Worst Stereo Shop I’ve Ever Been To!
Low quality work and didn’t get what I paid for I went in to get speakers and have them fix my stereo only to leave with horrible ‘rigged’ wiring a stereo that still doesn’t work and speakers that are not even wired right I’ll never come here again and don’t recommend any one to go as the service/​quality of work is garbage!

This place does not even deserve a star. The customer service is very slimy sleazy and unprofessional. I had my car headliner upholstered there for 260 bucks like they say you pay for what you get they completely destroyed my headliner and now have to get it professionally done. Please save your money these guys are a waste of time. I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. These guys should no longer be in business for their malpractices

I’m not sure what everyone else is talking about. I had a set of Lambo doors installed on my car and everything was fine. Andy was nice and the price was actually very reasonable compared to other places. I’ve had my lambo doors for about 4 months now and I love them! The only issue (and this wasn’t a problem for me) was the length it took to install them. I dropped it off in the morning and it took until after they closed. However, they were committed to completing the job and making sure I left with my vehicle even though they had to close. I say that’s great customer service!

My pass experience with this place is below advantage. Costumer service wasn’t very polite and helpful. The work quality are poor. I brought my Audi tt here to get the convertible fix. One week later it broke again in the same spot. Also window tinting my Audi two months later it start to get bubble. What a wast of times and money

This guy doesn’t even deserve a star. His name is Andy he’s a thief, lier, gambler and doesn’t keep his word about his warranty. I went in to get his cheap Window tint off because it faded away and he told me he’s going to have to change me for the film. I wanted to flip but I didn’t I paid 75 for film he re did my window but when I went in the first time he said if you have any problems I’ll take care of it if you don’t like how your tint sits I’ll do it over but he lied just to make a sale. Don’t go to this guy he just wants to take your money.

I should have but I didn’t. Still they get 2 sorry stars from me. I brought my car for tinted windows and noticed bubbles and a bit of a mess later on that day. I brought it back and brought it to their attention and even though they were not happy correcting their error, they did clean it up.

WARNING! DO NOT GO HERE! I should have checked Unilocal!and if you decide to test the waters! DO NOT PAY UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETE!
I was promised the best equipment installation for two ten inch subs, an amplifier, stereo, tinted windows and a light bar that goes across the windshield.
When I went to pick up my truck, the light bar was not installed. my windows were the wrong tint, I was told to come back in two days and they would fix everything. I went back today and I was told that until ANDY came they couldn’t do any work/​repairs or upgrades and that he had the brackets that were needed to install my light bar. I waited an hour and half and when he showed up he said that I had to leave my truck with him and when the brackets came in he would install it. I was supposed to head out to the desert this evening as I told him the very first day that I had plans on doing so with those lights, that won’t be happening.
ANDY mimicked me for being a MILITARY VETERAN and told me I should take him to see judge Judy!
THIS BUSINESS DOES NOT BELONG IN LEMON GOVE
I will be taking him to small claims court.

Not as great as we thought It would be. First, we were expecting the car to finish in 3 hours and it wasn’t done after 4 hours, secondly I won’t mention any name said that the guy who tints the car was a pro and we see bubbles and errors on our tint. I won’t say who said the bubble will clear in 3 days which it didn’t lied.
