I just read the previous review and I thought that maybe it was just me that thought their staff was a bit strange. I was not greeted either. I thought perhaps it was because I was wearing sunglasses. I had a reaction to a mosquito bite and my face was swollen.
I thought their selections were pretty good. I am petite so I was glad to see they had many sizes available and a variety of options. I even used my twenty coupon since I spent $ 100. I usually shop at Riverhead or Deer Park.
The cashier was a bit friendlier. Was it pity because of my face?

It makes me sad to give any Talbots store a 2-​star review (except for the big store in Wellesley MA, but they deserve it), but I was underwhelmed by the outlet.
Stopped in yesterday since I was in the area for a few hours and about to hop on the Mass Pike, and figured I would check out this location. I usually go to the outlet in Wrentham, Hingham or Woburn, but have also been to the GIANT outlet in Springfield VA (for comparison purposes here).
The really odd thing about this location? Not a single employee said a word to me. Very strange. Especially on a weekend when the whole store is on sale — including new Fall arrivals — wouldn’t they want to tell people that? Very strange to not be greeted at a Talbot’s.
