Trent came to our rescue on Monday when the car started smoking on the 5 freeway. I don’t even think we sat there for 5 minutes before he called and said he was almost there. I couldn’t believe how quickly we were on our way. When we got to the repair shop he helped us and made sure we were all set before leaving. He made a crappy situation SO much better. I will definitely be keeping this place in mind for the future.

Had an issue with my car door not shutting after having just made a stop at the gas station a few doors down… the guy came out… tinkered with it at least 10 minutes and discovered it was broken… he didn’t have the part since it was so specific a piece but helped me tie it off safely so I could get home and he would not take even a tip. stand up guys just wanting to do right. I like that!

Car broke down on a road trip and we ended up here. Edmond’s was friendly, clean, and accommodating (thanks for letting me set up my pets’ play pen in your garage while we waited!). Good work (and FAST!) and fair prices – I appreciate it, thanks!

I was pulled over from a Highway Patrol Officer (won’t even start that story!) And while sitting on the side of the fwy, my car died. AAA was called and sent Edmond’s out. Turns out there was a problem with my transmission, but a relatively easy fix. «Sam» diagnosed, told me approximately what it would be to fix ($ 60) and showed me how to get it home in event it stalled. With no bill! Didn’t have the part to fix at closing time, but I wish he did! First time I didn’t feel like a mechanic was taking advantage of my lack of car knowledge. Very, very happy with how I was treated!

We broke down today in our truck while towing our fifth wheel. Mike came out and fixed our problem roadside then followed us to the shop to reset something in our truck. Best service ever. If I lived there I would take all my autos to them for service. They were so professional and caring.

Edmonds came to the rescue and towed my husband’s car (overheated on freeway) to their auto shop (they partner with triple AAA). They offered to fix my husband’s car at a reasonable rate, after sourcing the parts from the actual car dealership elsewhere. Took about 2 – 3 days to complete all repairs.

Super friendly and helpful. They gave me a ride to the hotel across the street since my car had to stay over night. So glad I came here, super fast and honest.

Having your car towed is not normally a good experience but the driver and the wonderful lady at the front desk were both so very friendly, helpful and professional that it turned out not to be so bad. I feel very fortunate to have found such a good company to help me get my car back on the road.

Professional and courteous. An all around A+ business. When your vehicle needs attention take it to Edmonds Auto Repair they are honest and highly knowledgeable. I am extremely pleased with there services. I’d recommend them to everyone.

If you’re having car trouble in the middle of nowhere, come check these guys out. These guys are honest and awesome! My car was acting funny going up the grapevine so I pulled over to these guys. I planned on getting it towed 100miles south. Several people came up and asked if we had been helped. I wanted it diagnosed, but Sam was honest and told me to save my money since the parts weren’t guaranteed to be there so I might as well get it diagnosed with my own mechanic since I was getting it towed.
Trent (?), our tow guy was great. I had a huge shepherd mix dog with me who had to stay in my car while being towed but he offered to make stops for him if needed. The two hour ride was not boring. Learned a lot of interesting things. Cool guy. I was sketchy about going anywhere in the middle of no where, but I’m glad I came to check this place out. Thanks guys!

I was in Lebec for some WWI reenacting and on my way back down the mountain when I got a flat tire about 16 miles short of the freeway. I got a ride down into town and was directed towards Edmond’s for a tow and repair service.
Here is where they came in and saved my day — I had a huge fiasco getting my AAA to go through so that I could use my roadside assistance, takes a half hour for me to deal with AAA, during which the wonderful lady Michelle who greeted me and listened to my issues with the vehicle. She directed me to the towing manager Mike who was more than helpful and quoted me the mileage and pricing for the tow. Before long him and I retrieve my vehicle and return to the shop to fix my tire.
As I found out on the road I did not have the tools to switch out my tires properly and safely. Sam, the auto mechanic manager was beyond generous and swapped my tires along with the 4×4 hub cap that I didn’t have the tools to fix for free! He understood I was broke and in need of some help. Dude was super helpful and I cannot recommend this business enough. If you’re ever in the Lebec/​Gorman/​Frazier Park area and need some automative repair, servicing or even a tow — they got you covered and you’ll be satisfied and feel good about it. No gimmicks, no BS, you’ll have a honest mechanic to take care of your needs.

They were pretty on top of things. They came an checked my battery. «Matt» was great. Friendly. He did what he needed to do and left. he replaced my battery that was bad. It was 117. Way cheaper than what some other places offered. I have AAA as well. So that may have helped with the price.

I was stranded in Bakersfield due to car trouble and John towed me all the way down to Burbank. He was professional and super friendly. I regret not having the cash to give him a tip.

I needed a tow from my mountain cabin in Frazier Park to Granada Hills. AAA sent Edmond’s Towing to do the job. They used a small tow truck to get my car off the hillside and then a flatbed for the highway part of the tow. Jamie (the Edmonds tow truck driver) was prompt, courteous and professional. Thank you!

Family trip up north. BIG leak in new tire on a Sunday. Drove right in and they took care of us. They pluggged the tire while family still in car. Thank you!

If I could give these crooks 0 stars I would. They charged my insurance 95 to take a half mile and said once it is hooked up that they won’t take it to where we were asking to go. They said they will only take it to their yard where they will store it so they can charge huge storage fees which I wouldn’t pay so they say it is an additional 100 to take it to where we want which is right next door. Absolute crooks!!!
