Absolutely HORRIBLE service.
I was stranded on the grapevine and called for a tow, and I explained my situation to the girl on the phone. She asked me twice after that what I needed, I proceeded to tell her a third time. She asked me where I was and I told her around 15 miles away and after ALL THAT she told me, «well, I have no one available, ma’am,» and hung up.
So rude and wasted my time.

Called in asked for a towing service quoted me $ 400 and my insurance was covering $ 100 of the towing cost which left me paying the overage charge of $ 300 which was fine I didn’t mind. And it was scheduled for the following morning as my car was in my driveway and it didn’t start was nothing urgent just needed it towed to a mechanic shop. The following morning when they had to come out I called to confirm pricing they told me I was to pay $ 780 overage charges!!! That was outrageous we had a deal of $ 300 the night before. I canceled and got my car towed for $ 200 total without my insurance ended up paying $ 200 flat out of pocket. These guys are thieves I wouldn’t recommend at all even in a time of distress there are many others to choose from that provide excellent service!

Where should I begin. Well ill go straight to the point. Would never use again or recommend to anyone. Broke down on southbound I5 and made it to the rest area near Lebec. Blown radiator. They sent 2 trucks since I was towing a 32Ft travel trailer. While loading my truck on flatbed the younger of the two started messing with winch controls and released winch causing my truck to roll back from the top of the ramp onto my trailer causing serious damage to both my truck and trailer. LUCKILY I had moved about 5 seconds before if not I would not be here to write this review. Older gentleman with the white handle bar mustache.. Good to go. other GUY. Hell to the NO. Hope you get fired. Not Joking.

Scumbags. Wish I could give zero stars. Stranded with 5 and 8 year girls. Freezing cold. Said they’d be there in 1.5 hours. No show. Called after 1 hour 45 mins to see where they were. Guy said he’d check and call me back in five minutes. Waited 15 more minutes — he never called so I called again to what what was going on. He never picked up and sent all my calls to voice mail.
They never showed.
I ended up finding a stranger who knows a guy who knew another guy to come by and help me out for an out of pocket cash fee. This should have been free through my insurance and Panorama but I was happy to pay it and get back on the road.
These losers cost me about four hours and $ 100 bucks. No return phone call and a no show. I don’t hate anyone — I really don’t — except you.

If i could give no stars I would!!! I was stranded on the side of the road for 3 hours with my 5 year old son, then when the tow truck guy gets there apparently they did not know it was going to be a rear wheel drive so while I was on hold with my insurance to approve the new cost. The tow guy says“I got other jobs, if they get it figured out then I will com back for you” and he leaves us, ok on top of that the guy reeked of alcohol. Of course my insurance approves it but I am not waiting another however long with my hungry child in the car so I call the closest place that could tow me. After that my insurance place calls me back and says the guy told them that I moved my car and that is why it took 3 hours to find me … No you were F*cking drunk!!! Screw that place I hope all the bad things in the world happen to them and no one else but them!!! Total hours on the road 5 before my car was fix thanks to some amazing 18 Wheeler mechanics who helped me out of the kindness of their hearts! And they will get an amazing Unilocal review!!!

Do not use this service!!! They left me on the I-​5 for 3 and a half hours. Very difficult to get an ETA from them — I would have found another company !!! Poor and rude service

I was stranded, eleven miles from Panorama. Despite numerous calls, it took them ninety minutes to reach me. They were unable to locate their driver for at least an hour. They also neglected to give me an estimate for the service.

Had our first break down on the Grapevine so I called Panorama for the first time at 3:30 am to tow a tractor trailer about 50 miles, said they’ll be there about 5 am to beat the traffic… they showed up after 7 am hooked up and of course hit LA traffic at that time. Took a few hours to go 50 miles because they were late then when all was said and done Panorama billed me about $ 2000 for there bad customer service! That price of course was the discounted price with 2 hours off @ $ 200/​hr so I should feel good? I run many trucks on that route daily and will never use them ever again and will tell every business I work with to stay clear of them.

I was stuck on the Grapevine with a flat and Panorama Towing rescued me. He went way above and beyond the call of duty and escorted me to a hotel in heavy snowfall. I am so thankful!
