Our experience provides you with programs designed to reduce operating expenses and real estate tax liabilities. Maintenance is a planned function, not crisis management. Scheduled maintenance is handled by maintenance contracts with landscaping, security, HVAC and lighting contractors. When the unexpected occurs, we provide the owners with our own in-house service technicians to respond to emergency maintenance needs 24 hours a day.

The Tiehen Group, Inc. was established in 1995 to assist property owners and investors in the acquisition, renovation and management of residential and commercial real estate. The firm offers unique hands-on real estate services for homes associations, condominiums, office buildings, retail strip centers, and apartment communities.
As President of The Tiehen Group, Inc., Jim Tiehen currently oversees more than 100 properties. These properties consist of over 1,000 apartment units, 50 homeowner/condominium associations comprised collectively of 6,000 units and 300,000 square feet of office buildings.
