Established in 2012.

After years of working in the HVAC field, Nick and Christy Uzer wanted to start a business that went back to the basics. That was when Cool Atmosphere Heating and Air was born! Cool Atmosphere is a woman licensed and family owned business. As a husband and wife team, customers get the best of both worlds. Nicks years of experience, quality work ethic, and honesty and Christys eye for details and pride in customer service excellence. Treating each customer as they’d want their family and friends treated. Honesty, Integrity, and Quality!

I’ve been working in the HVAC business since I was twelve years old. My father taught me all I know and still works with me today. My wife and I wanted to start a HVAC company built on integrity, honesty, and great customer service. So, that’s how Cool Atmosphere Heating and Air was born.

Howdy!
I have used Cool Atmosphere on two separate occasions, both system replacements (one upstairs, one downstairs) and can recommend them for your AC needs. I am responsible for taking care of my friends home, who is with the Army in Germany, and as luck would have it, both heat pumps went out within a couple of years of each other. I had the 2nd unit replaced in August of 2015. Just like before, their price was fair, they communicated well — every step of the way, and cared to make sure the install was done properly. I’m not the type of person who expects perfection in all things, but they exceeded my expectations for both installs. Christy at the office, their installers, and their follow up tech were very polite and professional.
I will use them again for my maintenance and any future system replacement needs (hopefully not soon :))

This is the absolute WORST company we have ever dealt with. I have never in my life had such bad service. Our AC has went out time and time again, but at LEAST when it was covered under the warranty they would come out eventually to fix it. We just had a major leak in our ceiling not even 4⁄5 months ago, and they admitted it was their fault that it happened. Now the SAME exact thing is happening all over again causing our ceiling to fall all over the floor and the owner Nick Uzer (which is the RUDEST man I have ever spoken to) refuses to come out, says we’re out of warranty, no longer their problem. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Our normal a/​c guy was out of town, so we called Cool Atmospheres. On a Sunday… Mother’s Day, actually. They had someone at our house in less than two hours, and he had the problem fixed and our system checked out in less than 30 minutes. That’s better than good service… that’s excellent service!

I called Nick five years ago and he got me a great deal on an outside AC unit. I noticed last night that my ac was not blowing cold air. Nick’s staff came out and fixed the problem in 30 minutes or so at a great price. I will always use them for my heating and AC needs. Great company, great people.

I hate giving 5 stars to a business because y’all think that I got paid to do it. Well with that said we are very satisfied with the company and level of service. First of all Nick was great, after hearing how long we had the unit he asked me to verify that the system was out of warranty before I spend my own money. Needless to say I had a crappy 1 yr warranty with a builder’s company that was up. Second his tech Dan took care of business and unclogged the drain, checked the system, and gave me a couple tips to keep the unit working in top form. Once again very satisfied with the service, speed, and professionalism. The service was about 50% off because I bought the $ 65 voucher on Unilocal

We were in the process of selling our house and had a few things come up with the buyer’s inspection on our A/​C. Some very confusing terms and «problems» that had to be addressed. We contacted Cool Atmosphere and gave them the info over the phone and they knew right away what was being called out. They came out a few days later and took care of all of it at a very reasonable price. The technician was courteous and clearly knew what he was doing as he was able to explain the minor issues to my wife so clearly that she was able to explain them to me later (amazing). After my experience and the reviews of others, I see no reason to go elsewhere next time I need any work done. A the bonus is that it is a locally owned business and so supporting them since they do a great job just makes sense.

Very happy with the whole process. We used Cool Atmosphere because they were referred to us by a friend. They were beyond professional. We needed 2 units installed and they came out, looked around and provided us with their recommendation for moving forward. Their quote was very competitive compared to the others we received. The installers were on time and very nice — they knew exactly what needed to be done and got it done with the time they said they would. They even installed our new Nest thermostats for us. Definitely recommend them — and would definitely use them again!

Our AC stopped working yesterday morning and we picked this company for service. Glad we did :). The technician came on time, was very professional and knew his trade, instead of up selling us a new unit, as most now do, per reviews, he triple checked the entire system and sorted out the problem, a minor overlooked detail. If we replace our system, this is the company we will DEFINATELY look at first. I would recommend all in the home owners sector to try them. Thank you, David!

It’s a nice feeling to know you can get your AC/​Heater fixed quickly, for a fair price, and without a big headache. Usually when something like that breaks you tend to freak out and not know who to call, how long it will take, and if you’ll get taken for a ride. When our heater wouldn’t turn on we knew to call Cool Atmosphere since they took such good care of us with our AC unit last summer. Nick was at our place in an hour (we happen to live in the same neighborhood). He had our ignitor replaced in about 15 minutes and it didn’t cost much at all. He squeezed us in on a Saturday between his hunting trip and volunteering at church. This husband/​wife team really goes above and beyond. I am happy to support their business and even happier that we’ve found someone we can count on for our heating and cooling.
