Andy and his team have done it again. Years ago my friend took me to the Laveen Nail Spa at 51^st Ave and Baseline and I was hooked. Excellent customer service along with a dedication to quality services and a clean salon made the difference. I never went to another nail place after that. Then the salon was sold to new management and it wasn’t the same. Enter LV Day Spa at 35^th Ave & Baseline. Closer to me first of all, with expanded services but the same incredible crew I’d grown to know and love. No detail was spared here– gorgeous crystal chandeliers to a back room for the upgraded pedicure services. Water & a glass of wine are included in most nail services but upgrade to the organic or jelly nail services and get to the VIP room with mimosas, snacks, and a calmer, quieter environment. I feel like this is my «Cheers» of nail salons. They know my name and take care of me. Try the Organic pedicure ($ 55) and 60-​minute table massage ($ 50). Worth every penny & then some.
Extra tip– bring cash & receive 10% off spa services. If you forget, there’s an ATM on site with a modest service fee.

I rarely write reviews but after visiting other spas for mani-​pedi services, I felt I should share my thoughts so others get the best experience the first time around.
I’ve had gel French manicures at other places but this is the absolute best! They only use quality products so there is no need to worry about peeling or chipping polish.
The technicians are very attentive to my needs, ventilation is good (never have the extremely overwhelming nail remover smell in the air) and they have very friendly staff.
The owners believe in excellent client service and it shows not only with them but also their staff.

As far as the massage goes, Erica is the best! I have done my tours of massage places and therapists over the past 6 years and I am glad I stumbled upon this place.
Erica listened to my concerns, was able to provide a firm pressure massage paying special attention to my areas of concern. $ 50 for a one hour massage, no membership pushed or needed.
I will definitely be back… now I wonder if I shouldn’t have wrote the review, you guys will be seeing her too and I might not be able to get in! Uggg

Massage was amazing. Erica is amazing. Feeing like a million bucks after. The sad thing is after I couldn’t pay with my credit card and leave a tip. I had to pull out cash of their ATM for a fee. Said if I pay in cash they would give me 5% off which didn’t matter because it’s offset by the ATM fee. Then I asked for a receipt and said there machines were down and couldn’t give me a receipt. Super shady and someone needs to investigate this place for pocketing the money and not paying taxes on their services. Can’t believe I couldn’t get a receipt and made a lame excuse they had someone to fix their computers the next day.

I had high hopes for this salon based on the reviews listed, however I was very disappointed by my recent visit. I arrived at 1010 and it was busy so I had to wait a bit which was understandable. They sat me in the chair and began my pedicure. They had to then stop and take an appointment. Again I get it, it’s busy. Then I waited an additional 30mins in what was now cold water. Another nail technician came with no sorry for the wait and began a rough pedicure. I also got a manicure. I just wanted my nails to be even and shaped. They cut then crooked and barely filed them. By then I just wanted to leave. When I was asked if I enjoyed my visit I began to say no only to be interrupted by someone trying to make a joke. I really wanted to like this place as it is clean and looks really nice inside.

Great place! Always nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this place. They offer a wide variety of services and accept walk-​ins.

I love this family owned business. I go for nails, pedicures, waxing and massages. I’ve never had a bad experience. I drive past like 5 salons to get to them. They’re totally worth the drive. The new salon looks brighter and fancier … I love it!

Went for the first time with a girlfriend and it was nice. I don’t do the mani/​pedi very often because of work but this place was clean the staff was friendly. Check-​in was easy enough and walk-​ins are welcome. We didn’t wait long to get our toes done. They were very polite and I appreciate that they were willing to conversate with me and not just each other. I am definitely going back to try some of their other services.

I get my nails done here sometimes, and I’ve referred family members. Everyone has nothing but good things to say about their services. Good customer service too.

Absolutely live my nails, i highly recommend this place. I got a B12 shot and got my nails done, i showed a picture of what i wanted and got exactly what i asked for.

This is my second time here and I love it! it’s super sanitary everyone is super nice and upon arriving you can electronically put your name on the list and see the wait times of the people ahead of you. I got a pedicure this time around but will definitely be back for a manicure. My technician needs special attention to detail (no smudges left on my skin, the color was placed on smoothly & well trimmed) and the prices are extremely reasonable. The only drawback is that you cannot add a tip if you are paying with a card. They have an ATM that charges a two dollar service fee however, upon paying cash they give you that service fee amount off of your bill. At least that was my experience.

I’ve been here several times, and I will continue. I’ve had pedicures, manicures and massages… all were fantastic. The staff is very friendly, and the owners truly care about the clients. I’m pretty picky, I actually am in the beauty industry and own an upscale day spa of my own on the north side of town. I live in Laveen and am happy to have such a nice place to visit where I know I will receive great service.

This the best ever in Laveen. Andy you out did yourself on this new shop (Kelly) you are the best my hubby will not get his pedicures unless it’s by you. We will miss you come back soon.

I came here for a gel manicure. Everyone was very nice, but the guy who did my nails did a horrible job. The polish was all over my cuticles, a couple of days later the nude polish appeared discolored. After about a week the polish was falling off. I also did the eyebrow threading which I was satisfied with. Overall, I would return for threading.

BEST massage I’ve ever had in my life!!! As soon as we walked in, someone greeted us and asked how we could be helped. Wanted two massages, for my cousin and I. I got a massage by Bobbie, and she was amazing! Very nice, made me feel very comfortable and had great suggestions. Let me add that I’m not a big fan of massages (because they kind of hurt) but she used the right amount of pressure. I guess she used to work at Laveen Nail and Spa (so if you’ve been looking for her, she is now at LV Day Spa). Bobbie could tell where I was really tight and focused on those areas. I felt like a million bucks after she was done with me
As soon as my cousin walked out after her massage, she looked half asleep and had the biggest smile on her face. She got a massage from Chrissie and she said she was also REALLY good. She said Chrissie really knows your pressure points and knows where you need work done on.
Very nice staff. I’m not from Laveen, but would recommend anyone from the area to come check the place out. I will be coming back to see Bobbie whenever I’m in town!

Love it here. Everyone that I have interacted with has been friendly and happy. I’ve had a pedicure and gel manicure and they did an excellent job. Today I went for a prenatal massage. My masseuse was Nicole and she was amazing. The fact that this is a 3 minute drive from my house makes me even happier.
I will definitely be a regular customer.

Love the new shop. The original owners of Laveen Nails have made a huge transformation with their new Spa. Always friendly and service is on point. Love my pedicure with design by Cindy. So glad they moved closer but I would recommend making an appointment if your coming on the weekend.

I came in for a gel manicure a few days after the grand opening. Although I was late, they still were able to accommodate my appointment. Very friendly staff and electronic check-​in system eliminates the previous card system used for the old business’ rewards card. There is a huge variety of polish colors to choose from, including gel polish. Everything is clean and new, I will definitely be back for another manicure.
