The worst customer service ever!!! Long wait and I had an appointment ended getting less services than I wanted. Find another place don’t waste your time. I did I mention their massage chairs don’t work!!!

I recently moved here and could not wait to get my toes done and it’s right down the road and I must say it was the worse experience ever! My self and two friends went and got our nails done and the short hair woMAN doing mine was wearing a mask because she had a runny nose she said this way she didn’t need to wipe it, so I said ok fine. But then she cut me and said nothing and put something on it to stop the bleeding. I said wow that really hurt then she finally said sorry. Next as my feet are soaking a little more she gets up and starts killing Flys, then has her mask off and whips her nose with her arm from elbow to wrist I am biting my tongue to say nothing then she stopped and then was trying to put a piece of a tubs part back on before returning to me! After all that I watch her put all her tools in her container and place them underneath her nail desk all three of us are finally done and sitting at the drying area and 4 ladies walk in and request for pedicures she sat them down in the chairs we were just in they did not clean the tubs they just filled them. I watched her pull out the same exact nail kit she just used on me that she cut me with!!! I spoke with the owner and she just told me ok I will speak to her… I will never go there again and hope others don’t go or just stop going there too. So dirty germs spreading ext.

Can’t give zero stars or I would. I would never get my nails or toes done here I just wanted my eyebrows done but when I walked in I seen how dirty it was behind the scenes I left

This is my 3^rd time visiting this place. I was there at 12pm since my husband has a dental appointment nearby. I was PATIENTLY waiting when they called me around 12:30 to sit on the pedicure chair and soak my feet. My feet has been soaking until 1:20pm and still there’s no one coming to do the services. What pisses me off is that the lesbian looking lady who suppose to be doing my services (she’s the next available nail tech), is picking her customers! I came in first but she chose to do the other 2 ladies FIRST. I let it pass and waited for the other lady to finish, but unfortunately, the next available nail technician didn’t come to me and went to another customer who came later than me. So I told them that I’ve waited long enough and I’m leaving. THEY ARE SLOW AND INCONSIDERATE. I have been there for an hour and a half! I’m never coming back again!

Went there because they are the only nail place in town. They told me to wait, which was fine. But then they had me sit down and soak my nails as if they were ready for me. 20 minutes later they told me they still had 2 people ahead of me. Also, I watched one of the women who worked there (and may have been the owner/​manager) reuse her nail tools on a 2^nd client after only rinsing them in water which is incredibly unsanitary. So I left. Really poor management. If you don’t have the staff, start taking appointments only. Walk-​in means you can do the job shortly, not an hour later. Thanks but no thanks.

New to Lathrop decided to try someone intown and it was a mistake. First night I got a pedicure which was ok not much in the way of massaging and focusing on the heels, once I was done she went to move me to get my fingernails done but the woman decided to skip me and take someone else so I left and said I would comeback a day later since I couldn’t wait 45mins for her to finish since I was already there first. Went back got my nails done acrylic with gel, gel wrinkled and fell off within hours and nails chipped because they were prepped so thin, returned day after thanksgiving other woman redid my nail polish and apologized and two days later gel chipped off again and nails broke. I’ve had nails for 15 years and I’ve never had these experiences before very very disappointing. I hope my experience was a fluke situation because it was soooo disappointing.

I noticed the day after my manicure I still had hang nails caught under the gel! And now almost a week later I have the gel polish lifting and chipping! Crappy job.

They are over priced $ 35 for a full set, I broke a nail and they want to charge $ 5 to fix it.

I always go back to them, I tried other places they don’t do the same. They really take their time scrubbing, exfoliating & massaging your legs. And also their chair massages. It’s also good to make an appt they can get really busy.

Don’t go here unless you want to spend $ 25 on a pedicure and walk out with dry heels and uneven toes nails. There is only one person that can deliver a quality pedicure here and she is usually busy, Thuy. I overlooked the fact they don’t have a large variety of polishes or up to date designs, since it is close to home. However, today will be the last day I ever come. I felt like they rushed even though I showed up 2 hours before closing. I use what they call is a callous remover for an extra 5 dollars and still they did not take enough time to buff my heels. I tried to tell the woman, Tam my toe nail’s were uneven and she argued with me instead of fixing it. Then she stopped and starting sweeping preparing to leave for the day. Worst customer service ever!

Didn’t like it. I made an appointment beforehand and she was doing my manicure with gel on it when people just started coming in and she said she would be available in 10 minutes. I was so pissed when I saw her in such a hurry! And as a result she didn’t do a good job! It was manicure for my wedding day! So the gel leaked on each finger. After paying money to them they didn’t do a good job so I had to file my nails at home! Besides I asked about the same color on my hands and feet and in the end it wasn’t. What a shame! I’ll definitely never come back!!!

I called to get my money back she said no and didn’t want to give me her name and hung up on me I am gonna take it up with better business Bureau they messed with the rong person

The owner deserves the star quality, the shop and it’s workers do not. The space is roomy with a total of 5 spa chairs in poor to fair condition, 4 sets of manicure stations, and a room for wax services.
I’m not from the area, so it’s not that I’ll be visiting any time soon. However, I would like to note, that if the service was up to par, I would have given them a second chance. So here’s what happened:
1. Asked if they can do a design, (lips, or moustache, or checkerboard), owner said yes. So I sat in the spa chair, dipped my feet in the warm water and showed the technician the designs, she said no to all 3. Defeated, I opted for only clear top coat nails.
2. Technician does a botched job on my cuticles, and even cuts it deep to bleed and add antiseptic.
3. Lots of chatter.
For these 3 issues, I will not be returning.

Kaly did a wonderful job fixing the terrible job done by true touch nail salon in Lathrop! The customer service I received when I stepped foot in the door of Diva Nails Salon was warm! I was comfortable and satisfied with the finished product!

Came here for the first time. Walked In and was told they were closed by a butch looking person very rude. But few minutes later Tri came outside looking for me apologizing and taking me in. She was AWESOME !! My gel nails came out nice. Thank you Tri !!!

Tam! She is the best! Always accommodating my schedule. Always does a great job! I have tried getting my nails done for years and never faithfully went back for fills. NOW I cant wait to return!!!

I came here and I was able to be helped right away. However, instead of you feeling relax the employees are talking to each other as loud ass possible across the room, making it not relaxing at all. I got a pedicure done and they did it in such little time and so sloppy they didn’t even clean off my cuticle as much as I usually do at other places. This the first and last time I come here.

Never had a bad experience here. Thuy is detail oriented and thorough. They’re nice as well. If you live in the Lathrop area, you have to try this place.

Two stars is generous. Only because she exfoliated my feet during my pedicure. Other than that, she rushed on painting my nails because she had another client come in?! Wtf, I came here because it was close and convent to home but I definitely will never be back. I’d rather take the drive to tracy at Bella Nails

I came here for the first time and was able to get help right away, didn’t have to wait. I originally was going to get a regular manicure and pedicure, but ended up with shellac nails. The workers were interacting with the other customers which was nice because it wasn’t silently awkward. More people came afterwards and I felt the lady who was doing my nails started to rush a bit but my nails ended up turning out nice. I would come here again when I’m in town. Was happy overall with the service and the workers.
