I’ve been here twice now, the first time a few years ago. The very first time I was there the guy kept burning my finger. I went again yesterday to give them another try and I went for an acrylic fill and pedicure. It was my birthday so I wanted to relax, no while she was doing my pedi, another girl was doing my fill so my right arm was all the way on my left side not comfortable at all! She cut my finger, I kept telling them the water for my pedi was to hot; they totally ignored it. I also brought my own gel polish and they still charged me for gel. My bill was 81.00 and I only got basic pedi and acrylic fill nothing fancy. When I asked why so much she said 15.00 extra for gel I then said I brought my own gel; she again said 15.00 extra for gel. By now I was getting a little upset feeling a little ripped off, I took my gel polish out of my purse and again said I brought my own gel polish. She looked at me with a very nasty look. So I paid it, no tip and I told her I would never be back. Most horrible experience I’ve ever had in a salon!!!

I have been going to this spa twice a month for full service nail and pedicure services and had been extremely pleased until the response that I received for unsatisfactory service. For a service that typically takes just over an hour turned into an over two hour service with multiple mistakes. Within an hour of leaving the spa I noticed that my nails had air bubbles and that the polish turned colors. I immediately called the spa to report the problem and advised that I was leaving town for the weekend and left my name and number for a manager to return my call so that I could have the color corrected upon my return.
I didn’t receive a call back and called back today to ask for a simple corrective polish change, I was told that I would have to keep returning to the salon until the person who created the problem was on schedule so that she could learn from her mistakes and that no one else would correct a simple polish change without an additional charge.
I, as well as multiple family members, spend a significant amount of money for services on a monthly basis; however, due to the lack of concern for overall customer satisfaction I will no longer support this business.

never going back. They did a horrible job. I got a full set & the nail polish was done horrible. Also he did it in such a hurry but did the worst job ever. I had a small cut and he was filing my nails & made the cut big it wouldn’t stop bleeding so he glued it so it will stop bleeding. Who does that. Never ever going back. Thanks

I went their for my first time.
What i liked was they were so quick to get me in a chair, their was no wait.
But my problem was they are super expensive for how little effort they put into their service. It was $ 33 for a refill. All i had was acrylic with a solid 1 color gel polish.
And ontop of all of that the guy nicked me 4 times with his drill.
I literally watched him go around my cuticle with his drill and was looking around the room and not focusing on not cutting me!
Like who does that?!
Im sure every client would agree. The worse thing that would happen to you when your getting ur nails done is gettn nicked on the cuticle.
And this guy didnt even care to pay attention.
My finger is swollen cuz i got nicked really bad.
And I probably have ocd. But if im going to pay $ 33 for a HELLA simple refill. U better make sure my nails are bomb! He didnt even bother to make sure the length and shape match my other hand. Also when he put the gel polish on it came out clumpy & one nail has a hair in the gel polish stuck. :(
The people are nice but this isnt worth the money or time.
They need to put more love in there client experience!

Enjoy getting my manicure done here. It was really nice for my first time. Will come back here again for sure.

Well, that was disappointing. And I’m out nearly forty bucks. Not the most I’ve ever paid for a pedi, but… still. NOTHING special happened to justify nearly twice the cost of the average pedi in town. Well, they did have a soul-​settling plastic liner in the foot bath to make me feel as though the risk of funk was perhaps lower than normal.
Perhaps.
And I was in and out in about 25 minutes, which I would appreciate, IF:
1. I was in a hurry and had requested quick service (I’m totally not, and I splurged on what was advertised to be a fancier-​than-​basic pedi, completely understanding it would take a little extra time. Now I’m using that extra time to write this review in the parking lot.)
2. I hadn’t been gypped on the «extra 5 minutes massage» described as part of the fancier-​than-​basic pedi I requested. Basic pedi includes 10 min, so if my math is accurate, the extra five should put me at 15 min of massage. I got 7 minutes total. That’s not «extra» — not even with my arguably sub-​par math skills.
3. I wasn’t feeling like I was an utter disappointment after refusing the top-​priced pedi on the menu. And yes, I understand that the rich-​people pedi includes callous treatment. And yes, I caught that sideways glance and eyebrow raise when I refused the callous treatment, apparently intended to suggest that I am an ignorant boob and unaware that my hooves need callous treatment.
4. I hadn’t noticed that my service was being rushed along in order to accommodate some sort of arrangement you had with the lady in the chair next to me, which she was apparently growing impatient to receive as you fulfilled your professional obligation to another paying customer: ME.
All in all, it’s Sunday, not many pedi spots are open, and I took a chance. One star for being open on Sunday, and one star for the plastic liner.
I won’t be back.

I’ve been twice and won’t be going back. I had a gel manicure that was pretty good but overpriced for $ 32. I got the deluxe pedicure yesterday for $ 46. Again, too expensive for this town. Manicures and pedicures run $ 20-​$ 32 where i used to live (Vacaville). My pedicure chipped twice already and it’s only been 1 day. For $ 46 I would expect it to last more than 1 day. Also, you must tip cash, they don’t have that option if you pay with a card, which doesn’t seem right to me bc not everyone always has cash on them.

Okay. First time here. Thought it could be better especially with how pricey they are. Paid double what I usually do for a pedi and walked out not happy. Polish was a mess she didn’t even clean it up afters. Flower she did was okay. When I first sat down and put my feet in the water was freezing! I do like how they put the bags in the tub so you know it’s clean. I asked her to warm the water more. She did but it was still just okay. Could have been a lot warmer. I was freezing the whole time after that. Will not be coming back ever. Wouldn’t recommend this nail salon to anymore for a pedi either.

This place is weird.
It reminds me of the nail salon in Hayward on hesparion Blvd, I think it’s called queen bee as well.
I felt weird and awkward here. They kept trying to up sale their pedicures and manicures. This place is ridiculously overpriced! Like crazy!
More expensive then some bay area places. The man that did my pedicure was very sloppy. The polish job was all over the place. At the end he didn’t get any remover to clean around the edges, just left it. My review went from a 3 star to a 2 as I finish writing this review.
I do hope there is a place around here that is much better. Try number one at a nail salon in Manteca and it was a fail.

Ana was so great, very personable and made sure my nails were perfect. So pleased to have found her and this nail salon… I’m new to the area and tried another salon with extreme disappointment. I’m so thankful to have found this gem.

Fantastic pedicure this is my go to place now they are so friendly and do an excellent job and take you as a walk-​in really quick thank you for your good service

My first time n last time! Very expensive n after getting my pedi done, usually they wait for your polish to dry but they tell me they’ll just air dry n woe n behold polish already smudged!!! I’m not a happy camper… it’s only been 30 min.!! They should have waited for polish to dry!

I feel really bad giving this place a bad review. I really wanted to like this place after having a horrible experience at la belle in Manteca. First time there was okay just did a regular fill. Second time there I got a full set and pedicure with gel cost me 110.00. The person who did my nails did not do them even and get gel down the side of my nail and the paint on my toe the white French part wore off in one week and my nails started lifting after about 9 days. I went back after two weeks for a full and for them to fix my toes and still walked out with uneven nails not to mention the gel bubbled up four times and they had to keep reprinting and drying finally I got frustrated and excepted the bad thumb nail and left. I still tipped very well. I’m still in search for a good nail place.

Not pleased with this place anymore. I went to get my eyebrows done 10÷12÷15 and they made 1 eyebrow smaller then the other and uneven. I used to love this place good people, nails always came out good. This place has gone to crap since don’t recommend this place for amyone.

Prices are a tad bit more expensive. But the work is incredible and I will keep coming here:)

Worst experience ever! I don’t mind paying a lot for my gel mani and pedi ($ 75), but I expect good quality at that price. The lady who did my pedicure got gel on almost all my cuticles, when she finished and I told them I was unhappy with the way it looked, Mandy came over and rudely yanked off my (leather) flip flop and threw it in the wet tub where my feet had been soaking! I got multiple cuts and all of my finger nails are ridged and still seem unfiled. I very politely asked for them to fix the mistakes and every employee had a rude attitude. I wasn’t complaining to get any of my check comped, I was just simply letting them know the service was done very poorly, but they just kept trying to argue with me. Very disappointed at their service and how rude all of the employees were. Still looking for a good nail salon in Manteca.

The worst full set I’ve ever had !!! Nails were not shaped properly or filed right many of them at slants. They were left so thick I couldn’t believe it ! Not to mention they left gel paint everywhere.
I went here because it was convenient for me at the time my daughter has her nails painted with gel not even a manicure and my bill was $ 70.00 for a gel set (that was the worst) and my daughters paint job. I don’t mind paying a little extra but usually that is followed with quality not the complete opposite went today and had them fixed at la belle. In total this experience with this nail salon has cost me over $ 100.00.
By the way I didn’t see any cosmetology license anywhere !!!

It was an amazing experience just extremely expensive. I paid $ 78 for two pedicures. I know it’s a luxury but still. That’s a lot.

This place is huge with 18 pedicure stations so we were able to get in right away.
They did a good job… just seemed a little pricey to me.
