Lysa is my go to girl! I always leave happy and I am never disappointed. If I don’t like something she will fix it, plain and simple. I recommend her to everyone who asks where to go!

I had a good experience here on Friday. I wanted a manicure done and was seated within 2 minutes of walking in the door. Nail technician was very nice and did a great job. I am starting a new job and can actually have my nails done (other position I couldn’t over 9 years) so it was nice

My fiancée got me a certificate for christmas for this place. I loved it! I walked in, was seen right away and out with in 30 mins. They did a wonderful job. I got the mood changing color and this time it actually changed like it was supposed to. the last place i got it at, it did not. Prices are very reasonable too.

Walked to my car&wanted to cry. Was charged $ 60 for a full set! It was such a terrible rushed job by the owner… Tammy is her name I believe ! She told me one price then when I got to the counter it was different making a scene embarrassing me in front of everyone. Very unprofessional will never be back.

I received a gift certificate in November for my birthday and moved and the gift certificate was mixed in with some stuff I found it in October the gift certificate was only valid for 6 months. So I called and asked about it the person who answered the phone said that it was ok they would still accept it so I made an appointment when I came in 3 days later the owner wouldn’t accept the gift certificate so I had to pay for my nails to get done. I was upset because most gift certificates are a year before they expire. I think it is a game they play. So I showed the nail lady a picture of how I wanted my nails done and the nails I got look nothing like the picture. When I told her I didn’t like my nails she asked what do u want me to do about it. I told her nothing I will go some where else for them to repaint them. She said ok have a good day. I literally was tempted to ask her to just cut them off I don’t want them nor do I want to pay for them but I didn’t I just paid and left I am so disgusted with this place horrible customer service.

Not happy with my nails. There’s nail polish all over my cuticles and fingers. The lady who did my nails kept mentioning that she thought she was going to go home early but I walked in and now she had to stay. Very awkward. And my cuticle was accidentally cut by her and she said it was my fault. I get accidents happen, but it was immediately 100% my fault. I showed a picture of what I wanted. And she completely ignored me, and I had to literally pull my hand away for her to listen to what I want.

First time customer– very satisfied. I walked in without an appointment, they took me right away, and I was in and out with a full set acrylic within an hour. My manicurist kept her station clean, and took her time to make sure every nail was the right length and shape. She was very friendly. Unlike many other shops, she spoke to me and had interest in the customer rather than speaking to the other manicurists in another language. To add on to the wonderful service, the price was very fair and I will definitely be back.

I wish I could give this place negative stars ! I just got my nails done last week & they’re already lifting, also while getting my nails done the lady kept trying to convince me to get something I did not want, telling me that it would make my nails more pretty. I was also over charged. I asked the woman if she could do the designs I seen on their Instagram page she lied & told me yes. I also told the lady I wanted two of my nails with designs done not all 10.

If I can give a negative star that is what they deserve. I been going to this salon since it open and since they went under new management this place is going down the drain fast and I go back to see if they get any better and nope still the same old poor service but today was the worst. I know 30 dollars ain’t a lot of money now a days but when you pay for a signature pedicure I expect a little extra. No this lady was more interested in the conversations of others then actually doing a pedicure. It got so bad that I had walk out and will never return. People if you are looking for poor service than this is defenity the place to go

Ok, I starting going here four years back in 2011, they were good and clean, the message chairs were all working and the plae was relaxing and spacious with ventilation. Now Oh My God, Dirty, They have way too much furniture crammed into the salon, no air conditioning on. What happened Tammy have your staff take pride in were they work, clean up the place (it’s filthy), get Rid of all those Pedicure Old chairs that don’t work, (some ripped, some fixtures not in use, some chairs the message do not even work). I like the staff there, but the Owners trying too hard to make $$$ and forgetting about a cleanly environment, and a relaxing enviorment. Clean house, get rid of all that old stuff thats not in use and please turn on the air.

I commute from Modesto to Stockton for work and on my way home I always stop by this shop for my pedicure! I was referred here and I get my pedis from Willie! He is great! Love the massage and he actually knows how to paint my nails n file them straight! I get Mani’s with gel n I go to Tammy or Lysa for it because they know how to draw whatever designs I want! Thank you!

Lysa is my favorite nail girl, so I basically go where ever she does whether it be in Sac or Manteca. I’ve never been at this salon, but I knew I was going to like it. My cousin and I walked in and got greeted within 5 seconds. As usual, Lysa did an amazing job. She is quite the artist! Another girl did my cousin’s nails and they were beautiful as well. Nice prices, friendly staff, and clean! Will be coming back soon.

Poor. Massage chairs are ripped and non-​functional. Went to get a pedicure and manicure .The one doing my nail design didnt know how to make a star. So i went back the next day to have them fix my paint, and one other customer stormed out complaining «I don’t know why you offer appointments if you’re going to make you customers wait 30min!» Then another lady came in complaining that her acrylics were coming off after a day.
Don’t bother with this place.

One of the worse nail salons in Manteca. There is zero professionalism in this Salon/​it was a third world country experience for sure. I walked in about 3 hours before closing and was there the while time. I felt I was a hindrance instead if an opportunity to make money. When two customers walked in for a wax– the girl got up and was gone for 30 minutes!!! On the verge if walking out– a residue started building up on my hands. Long story short– Go to Queen Bee Nails. At least you know you have higher chance of dodging Hepatitis– and getting your nails done properly.

Came in on a Thursday after work for a fill. I’d been to a Stockton location by the same name and had always had excellent service. Looks nice, but don’t judge a book by its cover. One lady started my fill and then had someone else, Tam or Tammy, take over. This is by far one of my biggest pet peeves. She pushed that I get gel polish. I like to change polish colors frequently, so it doesn’t make sense to pay the extra. After I refused the gel polish, her whole attitude changed. She eventually finished. There was excess polish on my cuticles and even on the palm of my hand??? Fine, whatever, I can fix that. Saturday rolls around and my thumbnail chips! The acrylic itself, NOT the polish. Sunday, my middle finger chips. I was out of town for the weekend (which is why I got my nails done in the first place) or else I would’ve come back right away to have them fixed. It is Monday and I am in the salon writing this. I am being charged to have these nails fixed. … Never again.

The only salon for me. I have been to a few manicurist here, but my girl is Lysa for nails and Willy for toes. I have fibromyalgia and it hurts so bad sometimes. I told them and they understand. Very caring… Lysa can draw a design on ur nails from a pic. she is great always gets me in. Willy will give me the best massage and takes care if my toesies… amazing, caring family owned shop… thank you for taking good care of me

I went there to get a fill and miley talked me into getting a new set. So i did and am i ever sorry. 2 days later they started lifting. A few days later i lost a nail. Exactly 1 week after having them done i had lost 2 nails and every nail was lifting. So i went back there and showed her and she said «i fix for you» i then told her i wwanted the other gal to do my nails that was sitting next to her doing nails the day i got them done. They proceed to tell me she doesnt do nails, only pedicure and manicure. They played stupid, so i walked out. Never will i go there again. Plus it was $ 38 for a new set. Thats high. Theyre high!

I recently went into La Orchid to have a Nail fill and Pedicure. I am very pleased with the service I received. A gentleman did my nails and he took his time and my nails looked great!
The facility had a very nice feel to it also. I enjoy when I go into a Nail Salon and it feels like a Spa. If you want a professional experience, I recommend La Orchid.

I have been going to Lysa for years! I followed her here from Queen nails. Lysa and her mom are great! Lysa does my nails exactly as I ask (I am super picky) and I always leave as a happy customer! Call and ask for Lysa or her mom! I highly recommend them!
