Zombie Apocalypse Store

A can’t miss, Las Vegas original zombie experience! Zombie Apocalypse is a great place for zombie lovers, survivalists and weapon lovers alike! Minutes from the strip with easy access to the Interstate and some of the best restaurants in the China Town district!

This place is awesome!!! You can get freeze dried emergency food packs, knives, swords and pretty much anything you would need for a zombie apocalypse. Also if you want a fun bumper sticker or t-​shirt, they have those too. It’s definitely worth stopping even if you are not afraid of the zombies taking over the planet in the near future. And he had a great deal on knives.

It was kool took my kids here nd they liked it. Nothing really to do but it was fun to stop by.

Dayna and Anthony were super cool and very friendly. The outside of their store is very zombies Ishmael and if you check in with FB you get a free bumper sticker.

Def worth a trip in. If you don’t have a car or rental and you’re on the strip take a Lyft or Über. Worth the trip.
They have more than just zombie stuff. They do have survival books not zombie related and other things.

This store is located on the corner of Polaris and Spring Mountain if you’re driving West like I did. You’re better off turning into Polaris if you were driving in the evening trying to find the place. My experience of the store was okay, I bought a few things from there. I didn’t come here the first time, when I went to Vegas last time so I made sure this time I did!
I signed up for the Zombie Apocalypse event, and I’m sorry it wasn’t WORTH the $ 41 I paid for it. You’re much better off playing cards or slots. The event itself last an hour, and while I am glad there is type of store in Vegas I’ve been to better places where I live than this one.
And the zombies aren’t the ones we see on The Walking Dead, nope. The zombies are the ones that are sheep that continue to vote thinking our voice matters and just deny the real truth! Things aren’t exactly as they appear, and I’m afraid the same people will be in for a rude awakening when the crap hit the fan!

Mike, the owner, is awesome! Just bought some throwing knives… He taught us how to throw and how to perfect the throw! Spent hours shooting Zombies and throwing my new knives

REVIEW UPDATE FROM SATURDAY 1/23RD…being a parent of a teen boy, this place is always fun to visit and look around. On Saturday ¹⁄₂₃^rd I walked in and was approached by a very friendly employee named Michelle who told me about a t-​shirt sale.
What interested me to visit today was not to buy t-​shirts, but to inquire about a fun tour the store offers of a cruise to a zombie infested area and annihilate the walking dead hordes w/​realistic looking & powerful paintball guns. Sounds cool? Yup!
Knowing I had an Unofficial Unilocal Event to go to this evening and was nominated Team Captain responsible for my teammates all matching some kind of themed apparel, I thought the «eat your heart out» t-​shirts seemed appropriate to purchase for a timed eating contest, UYE — Steppin Out The Pawn Plaza Team Challenge reviewed here

If Michelle never told me about the sale, I most certainly would never have seen the t-​shirts, nor had so much fun wearing them at the event where we definitely ate quite alot of everything. Thanks Michelle!

Unilocal 100 REVIEW CHALLENGE 2016: #41

came here for the 1^st time to buy someone a birthday present and i eneded up buying something for my self also! the lady behind the counter was very helpful with everything i wanted to see and gave me alot of infos about it especially when i was looking for self defense toys for my wife and daughter. im definitely gonna come back with my wife.

I kept passing this place on a recent visit to Vegas – as an avid fan of Walking Dead, how could I not stop and check out the blood-​spattered army vehicles and cut-​outs of Daryl and his crossbow?
The store entrance is a little spooky for skittish types (my shopping partner opted to stay in the car). Nothing jumps out at you, just lots of zombie props and sound effects. I was curious about the $ 1 mechanical zombie dog!
I enjoyed perusing the giant cans of survival foods, bizarro weapons, and fun zombie-​themes tchotchkes. Lots of shirts! Bonus points for the Cranberries’ song «Zombie» playing in the background.
Bob the owner is super nice and jokes with customers. I found a great Daryl shirt for $ 11. They were out of Unilocal check in wristbands, but Bob was kind enough to give me fun zombie stickers instead.
Love that the place started as an artificial grass store! There is still a part of the building dedicated to that business – with lounge chairs and a vending machine for any zombie-​shy companions!

It was interesting. It’s basically a surplus store mashed up with an un-​dead theme. They had some useful items there such as knives, utility tools, some ammunition, but it’s mostly a novelty store. You’ll find all kinds of Walking Dead memorabilia strung around the store. There are also a couple of interactive games inside. One being a shooting game, kind of the like the ones you find at Bass Pro Shops or at some carnivals, and they had an interactive zombie door thing-​a-​ma-​jig.
It’s something worth visiting if you have some free time, but I wouldn’t make a second trip.

My wife and I have been wanting to make a bug out bag, for just in case of emergencies. Nothing to elaborate just something practical. We noticed the outside zombie décor & decided to check it out.
The question is «do you have what it takes to survive?»
Bob was the one to help us out. They had a lot of novelty stuff such as weird make shift brass knuckles formed into a machete but There wasn’t a lot of practical things to make a complete bug out bag. But Bob was very helpful and showed us some cool things. And even gave us ideas to add into our bag. He was a very nice guy.

Great place for anyone into this type of thing lots cool stuff to look at ! Bring your family or friends to check this place out the staff is very friendly and helpful too. I will be back again I saw stuff that I want to get not for a zombie apocalypse but for fishing. Some of these things are good for camping or fishing

An awesome store that puts the FUN back in function! I had a great experience with the friendly and helpful customer service, intriguing variety of products, and the entertainment to top it all off.
Keep in mind, the store name is «Zombie Apocalypse Store»… make sure to have realistic expectations when coming here, as there’s clearly a bit of novelty to its purpose. This is not Outdoor World or an Army Surplus store, so the selection is limited in comparison. If you want serious Doomsday prepping, there are certainly bigger/​better options.
However, this is not a bad place to start and the quality of their functional items are respectable. The ammo is a good price in comparison to most places. The weaponry selection has an interesting variety. Most of your basic survivalist necessities can be found here. The décor and activities are pretty cool, to say the least. Free wristband with check-​in for a souvenir! The shopping experience is one of a kind and definitely a place that children, and adults alike, can enjoy. It’s worth stopping by and seeing it for yourself, as there’s something for everyone from seasoned vets to Walking Dead fan girls and boys.

My friend and I bumped into this store after having phở in the area! This is the funniest store ever!!! There are zombies outside you can take pictures with! Inside they sell all kinds of zombie related stuff! You can also shoot zombies for a dollar! lol They sell knives, books, pictures, shirts and a lot more stuff! It was a very fun experience going to this store! We also got free zombie wristbands!

The store was very small. Had a variety of different things but not a lot to offer. Cool for little kids. They have to animated displays you put $ 1.00 in each of them and they start moving and «scare» you. I think the zombie shooting would be fun. It is only offered on weekends. You use paintball guns and run around shooting zombies in an off site location.
«the last bullet you will ever need» ammo is there. That was cool. Think you might find it cheaper at other places although it is still new to the market so might be hard to find.
they can make t-​shirts for you from the designs they have on hand which are really cool ones. When we go back to Vegas, we will most likely stop by here and let the kids explore it.

Fantastic store a must go to store. We took pictures and got a tee shirt. Great place to come visit and see and talk to Bob. He was great tool our picture and made it so exciting and fun. From the tasers to amo to the numbered zombie dolls. Thanks Bob we had a great time. We will be back when in town.

If you are not ready for the Zombies to come out, then you need to come here and enjoy this crazy but serious store.
I decided to give this place a try and see what this was all about, and look at this amazing store. They have everything from survival equipment, weapons for protection and ammo. However the lighter side of the store, is the crazy bumper stickers, cool poster and t-​shirt they have. I walked in the store with no idea what I was getting in to, at the end of my visit, I came out with some bumper stickers for the car, a couple of t-​shirt (yes my kids have a couple too) and one or two posters. We had a blast visiting this store.
The employees were very friendly, you can ask anything, like what do i use this for, and they will be more than happy to help explain it to you. They are happy to show you around the store and find something that is cool in your house, but something that can be used when the zombies finally come out. If you are in the area, this is one of those store you do need to visit and find a little something for your house. My only wish was the store was bigger, and had more cool stuff to show.

I’m a huge zombie fanatic, so of course I had to check out a store called, Zombie Apocalypse Store. On the outside it looks like a make shift survival camp, you also have your Zombie Response Team vehicle.
On the inside you have everything from tourist stuff, you can pay a dollar to incinerate a zombie, or a shooting arcade game. You also have t-​shirts, books, MREs, knives and more!
It wasn’t quite what I was expecting, but well worth it if your a Walking Dead or Romero fan like me! The Guys were also very nice and friendly!

What to do when the world ends? (Do you believe the show, The Walking Dead will become reality?) What’s that, you aren’t prepared? Well that’s why the Zombie Apocalypse Store exist for all of you nonprepared individuals.
Zombie Apocalypse Store is roughly 2 miles away from the strip, headings towards Chinatown (where there are some amazing eats by the way, why not make a trip out of it and grab some grub after you add items to your apocalypse collection). You may miss it while driving on Spring Mountain Rd. Look for the store that has the camouflage material on the fence and the «Cash for Gold» sign. This store is also right next to a store called EMC (not sure what type of store that is).
So pull on up into the gated store and park the car (Parking for zombie hunters only). Then walk into the front door, where you will be greeted by a friendly zombie hunter specialist (aka employee). Make sure you check in on your Unilocal app (to alert your friends where you are in case the zombies get to you and you need some back up) so you can pick up your free wrist band (your choice of I heart zombies or I hate zombies and your choice of color). Then browse the store to stock up on your end of the world gear.
What items would you need you ask? Sharp knives and other zombie appropriate weapons, a large food supply that may last up to 200 servings and other food rations, emergency water, emergency kits, the bible for your time of need during your darkest hour, everlasting twinkles that doubles as currency, gas masks, solar panels for a continued electricity source, flashlights, emergency flares and a zombie survival guide. You can also pick up some interesting zombie themed books like Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. But if you aren’t much of a reader (you must be if you are reading this review) you could always pick up a few zombie themed movies to help brush up on some techniques.
And while you are at it, might as well pick up some zombie themed t-​shirts (like the Hello Kitty Zombie shirt for the lady or little girl in your life), bumper stickers to place on your car to warn future zombies and a few target posters for shooting practice. You can also do some target practicing in the store as well. Make sure to also check out the zombie dog (I believe its $ 1 to use).
The Zombie Apocalypse Store is definitely a pretty cool place just to browse. Be sure to check out the zombie displays outside, in front of the store. Take photos (because you know you want to and of course all of the cool kids are doing it) and don’t forget to write a review about it.
Oh and if you have any money left, for a mere $ 15, you can take a photo with your loved one (s) all decked out in official camouflage with a gun. And if you play your cards right, you may even get some zombies to pose in the photo.

I’ll admit, I had my expectations pretty high when I went to this store. It was fun and it’s worth checking out if you’re a fan of zombie-​themed stuff. However, it was much smaller than I expected and it felt like a small army surplus store with a zombie theme to it. The staff were quite nice and the prices were reasonable (keeping in mind that it’s Vegas). My awesome friend did buy me a souvenir mug from the store and we ended up having a good time, but I doubt I would frequent the store.
One other thing. I don’t recommend attempting to walk to the store from the casinos. While we did walk it (because Siri said it wouldn’t be a long walk) I don’t recommend it. Unless you enjoy narrow, feces-​covered sidewalks.
