hello, bad customer service, this. clerk faby, she took off my phone cover n left it on the counter, then ask me where is my phone cover, told her she took the phone and she left my cover on the counter without telling me, then she told, don’t blame her for her stupid mistake, listen clerk customers are always right.
you clerks needs to drrss professional, your clothing today was like you clerks are working in a dancing hall,
your sales rep, he’s so unprofessional, asking the same questions twice and staring in these clerks low cuts clothing, even one clerk said he was weird.!!

This place is absolutely awful!!! I wish it were possible to give it NEGATIVE stars! I have a galaxy S4 that was just bought in August. Its a relatively new phone that, aside from the cracked screen, had ZERO problems. I dropped it on Tuesday and cracked the screen. On Wednesday Oct 21, 2015 I took my phone into this location to get the screen replaced. I dropped it off at 11am and the girls quoted me $ 140 and told me it would be ready by 2pm. I waited until 3pm just to be safe as I don’t live anywhere near this location and didn’t want to wait around if it wasn’t ready. When I showed up they told me my phone wasn’t ready yet. At this point they’ve now had my phone for 4 hours. It doesn’t take 4 hours to replace a screen and this isn’t a busy location. That being said, I left and came back at 4pm. It STILL wasn’t done yet. So I waited another 20 minutes. When I finally got my phone, I noticed the bottom buttons weren’t working. I told the girls behind the counter and the «technician» (if you can even call her that) about the problem. They took my phone into the back and did something to it. When they brought it back up the bottom buttons were working but there was a Safe Mode icon at the bottom of the screen. I asked her what that was and to take it off my phone as it wasn’t there prior to bringing it in. She couldn’t figure out how to do it and was just randomly going through apps and settings trying to figure it out; and in the process she reset my phone. When she got the safe mode icon off finally, the bottom buttons weren’t working again. She took my phone apart and told me the strip that controls the touch sensors is broken and will need to be replaced. Then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay $ 60 to replace it. Basically SHE broke that strip ripping apart my phone and expected me to pay for her mistake. We argued about it and she ended up agreeing to fix it for free. But then told me my phone wouldn’t be ready until 6:30pm. I left and came back at 6:30 and my phone was still in pieces. I waited around for another 30 minutes for her to put it back together. At this point she had my phone for EIGHT HOURS! I got it back and at first glance it seemed fixed. But then I went to use the camera and the frontal facing camera doesn’t work at all!!! The fact that this crappy store caused so much damage to my phone and still charged me is ridiculous. Their technicians are absolutely incompetent and untrained. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONES TO THIS STORE!!! Learn from my mistake and take it elsewhere!

Long wait time and poor customer service. I took my Iphone 5 to have the screen replaced. The quality of the cover and the service is not good. The cover is flimsy and the edge of the phone is scratched and curled where they pried off the screen. There are cheaper places that do better work and use better quality parts.

Very slow service! No sign in sheet (meaning nobody knows who’s next) long wait times! Will not recommended or shop here anymore!

I really don’t like to leave bad reviews. I purchased an iPhone 5 charger I thought was new on November 29^th. I haven’t had a problem with it until early this morning. I woke up and the charger was plugged into my phone and about to catch on fire! I called this morning and talked to someone who didn’t seem to want to help. I asked if they sold refurbished iPhone chargers and he said yes, I told him what happened and he said okay… Okay? My house could have caught on FIRE! I asked if I could bring it back and get my money back. And he said they will do an exchange. After I told him I didn’t want an exchange he told me to just bring it in. His answers were short and his tone was rude. He almost seemed bothered by my call. It was only $ 16 but I don’t think I care enough to take it back by the way I was treated on the phone. He didn’t say his name on the phone. BUYER BEWARE! They didn’t mention it was refurbished at the time of sale or I wouldn’t have wasted my money…

They had my phone for over a month… couldn’t do anything with it. Did it really take a MONTH to figure that out?! Never once had a phone call from them with any updates on status. Every time that I called, they said that they would call me back in the same day or the next… NOPE! Nothing! Find another place! I would never go back here.

Thanks!!! I smashed my phone last night and got there 1^st thing this morning and they repaired the glass, speaker, and camera in about 20 min great place. I will be going back there from now on
