Took my phone to have the screen replaced. Was told to return in 1.5 hrs. Returned 2 hours late and was told the replacement didn’t work, but they’d take it to another store nearby (which was nice). I was told to return in an hour. I called to make sure it was ready but was told to wait another 20 mins. 30 mins later I called and was told it would be another 15 mins. After another 30 mins just drove down. The edge was scratched and curled from prying the screen off. There are other places that use better quality materials and do better work for half the price and in less time.

My Verizon Palm Centro had an earpiece volume issue — it was stuck in the lowest volume even though the screen displayed full volume. Verizon store could not help — it was out of warranty — so they had me call Palm. Palm wanted $ 150 just to begin diagnosing the problem. So I began to search for local repair options. A review for another Wireless Toyz store mentioned the internal repair department. Serina got me checked in, and the helpful technicians got my phone’s speaker replaced in 15 mins for $ 25! GREAT JOB!!! AAA+++
