I thought they did a good job. I booked a facial and ended up getting a mini back facial as well… it was spring and I was looking forward to all the tank tops and halters of summer! They broke the skin for extractions… which I like but I ssume that some people might not like. The actual spa facilities were clean and tidy. The snacks could have been better! All-in-all it was a good spa experience for all of us girls that went together. No one had any complaints. I have, however been in better spas for less money — hence the three stars!

I went to Wet 2 years ago because we were staying at Treasure Island. It was my first time in Vegas. I hated TI’s casino but everything else especially the rooms were fantastic so I thought the spa would be too. It was small and felt crampt. I had a wrap and it was amazing but was disappointed with everything else. I’d wanted a mud bath but it was broken. The facilities were nothing to sneeze about.

Searching for a good deal on a massage, I thought Wet Spa at TI was a a great find after comparing it to the $ 200 massages at the Venetian and Wynn. I wasn’t expecting the same level but still nice, since it was a pretty brand new spa at the time. I was excited, especially since I just had a baby 3 months prior and needed to get pampered. But the experience was a huge disappointment. The front desk was not friendly and they were just plain rude. They were snobs. The facilities were nice and clean. But the snack and beverage bar wasn’t stocked and needed a replenishment, in which the staff failed to do the entire 1 hour I was waiting for my massage. Yes, my masseuse was 1 hour late. When I asked the girls(who were chatting away about their personal lives) every so often about my masseuse, they just kept saying yeah she’ll be here in a minute, not even bothering to check. FINALLY, my masseuse was ready. Right away I got a bad feeling that it wasn’t going to be a good experience. She failed to turn down the lights like other places do, and I had to stare at her dirty sneakers. What was worse, she was sick! Her nose was runny and she started sneezing. Immediately, I stopped her and asked if she was sick and she said yes, really really sick. I had to stop the massage and asked for my money back. The front desk was rude about it and asked me what I wanted to do. I asked for a manager. She came and was kind enough to apologize and give back my money without question. But I will never return to this place again. You get what you pay for I guess.

I was going to make a visit to the pool at TI, so I figured I should probably book an underarm wax at Wet before I inflicted myself upon the other hotel guests. The spa was clean, and I was shown to a private room relatively quickly upon my arrival. The waxer(I can’t remember her name, but she’s from Hawaii) was so sweet and friendly. We had a nice conversation and I gave her a few suggestions about things she could do on her next visit to San Diego. She did a great job waxing me(no stray hairs left behind), and I had a relaxing time. If you need to get waxed, Wet at TI is the place to go! Just be forewarned: They don’t offer Brazilian waxes, so if you want to get that service done here, you’re out of luck.

This place is ok. I was expecting a lot more. the fitness room is mediocre. the spa facilities are nice and clean but not opulent at all. The clientele seems to attract guys who wear swim trunks in the spa. Hello, this isn’t the community pool. The spa at Bellagio is much better.

I made a reservation for this spa as my fiancé and I had decided to stay at TI this time around on our visit to Vegas. The receptionist was pleasant when we arrived. I did actually liked the fact that they included gratuity in the price I paid at the register; I didn’t have to worry about carrying cash on me for the duration of my stay. I decided on the shallow end package, but added 25 more minutes to the massage. The spa in itself was small but pleasant and tranquil. I liked the décor, and it was also an added bonus that they had all kinds of juice, water(including lemon water and cucumber water) as well as snack size muffins sitting around for the guests to partake in. They give you your own comfy robe as well as spa shoes to walk around in. They also had a small jacuzzi and a sauna, as well as a fitness area. It was quiet, hardly anyone was around for the weekday we went on(Fri). It was well worth it. I thoroughly enjoyed the massage with my masssage therapist! It has only been the second time I’ve actually gone for a massage, but he was wonderful. He didn’t leave any body part untouched(well of course except the obvious!) but was very professional. My fiancé questioned the butt and stomach massage he gave me, but never once did I think he was being a perv. Besides, my mother had her butt massaged by a massage therapist at Glen Ivy so I wasn’t thrown by that. Anyway, he was great and if I was giving separate reviews he’d be getting a 5. But I was really quite unimpressed with my facial. I think her name was Nadia or Natalie or something like that. Let’s just say she left much to be desired. The facial was supposed to be 25 minutes, but it was more like 15 at the most! She also didn’t do much of anything to address my pores, etc. I had a much better time at the other spa I went to. There was much more included in the steep price(hot stones, pore shrinking, blackhead removal, shoulder massage, etc). Not that I had such a problem with black heads, but honestly, when you are going to be paying $ 300 for a day at the spa, they had better address ALL skin issues! I also had a mani and there was nothing special about that, but since it was included in the package I went ahead with it. At least the manicurist was nice and we passed the time with talk of marriage and babies(ahh, so girly). All in all, I rather enjoyed myself.

I came in for their spa mani and pedi and left with a bigger dent in my pocket and expectations than well, expected. The only luxurious thing here is the strawberry scrub that they used. My technician even packed up a tube of it for me to take. The salon was completely swamped, staff so over booked that two of the forgotten soaking pedicure tubs overflowed spilling into the salon area. What a disaster! My manicure was harsh and abrasive leaving me with blood tinged cuticles and rushed service. My experience left me disappointed and unimpressed.

Came for massage, facial, and pedicure. I enjoyed that they had fruit, tiny muffins, and tasty cucumber water(tea, juice, etc) so I could eat and rehydrate after the massage during this marathon spa trip. I was very disappointed with the robes — they need replaced, or at least checked for holes. Kind of rough. The shoes were like thick jellies. At least they had nice showers and products for during and after the shower. They are well stocked, clean(as far as I know) and polite. Got a 90 minute Swedish Massage with one of the guys(preferred a girl, but they weren’t available at that time) — I really wish I knew they were going to tear into my hair so much so I could say«No lotion stuff in my hair!» Ick, too late. Well now *you* know to ask :) Facial was nice, relaxing, and comfortable. They don’t really get too much into skin issues with the basic 90 minute unless you ask to focus on some problem. Pedicure stations were nice big massage chairs, and they had a nice selection of polish. Not too spectacular, just a pedicure. I would go again if I was staying in TI just for the convenience, but I think I’d rather try somewhere else.

this spa was fun. clean and sufficient but not the fanciest. got a swedish massage(oh man painful but felt oh so good) and wanted to take a long nap! marie was awesome and a total sweetheart. the place gets a tad confusing as to where the bathroom, showers, etc. are. i wasn’t really digging the gross feeling plastic slippers. other than that, okay spa if you’re staying at TI.

3.5 really. Wet Spa is your typical big-city semi shi-shi neighborhood spa, only it is inside of a Vegas hotel. For a 50-min facial at the price of $ 110, it is a Vegas bargain. The facial wasn’t exactly bad or good— more of a washed down version of the best facial I’ve had in San Francisco. The free sauna room was a nice treat though. Overall satisfying— some kind of pampering before and after drinking yourself numb.

This is a baby spa that’s trying to play with the grown ups… TI is promoting its pricey new spa«Wet» with a sexy, slick ad campaign. Not so slick. The facilities felt like they got the Home Depot stock overnight makeover with a fresh coat of paint, a couple of zen fixtures, and a fiberglas hot tub. The sinks were two doors down from the multi-stalled toilet room(ewww). No quiet room, no sitting room, just a locker room with an obnoxious double sided sofa in the center(every time someone sits down, you get knocked on the other side). Towards late morning it was VERY crowded and noisy. As for the massage(Swedish, classic), the technician knew what she was doing and was attentive. I’d give the treatment itself an A-. The rest of the staff had the professionalism of high school interns. My advice? If you have to get a treatment here, enjoy it and then head for the pool. At least there you can get a daiquiri and some sunshine.
