The Mirage Spa & Salon

Came by the Spa during a Staycation with my boyfriend and was definitely pleased! Got a day pass for $ 30 and was able to use the fitness center there. Everything was really clean and well kept. The staff are definitely well trained and have customer service as a priority! Craig was really friendly and welcoming. And Q was very attentive. He came by and brought me a towel and a pair of headphones!
Would for sure recommend to friends :)

Had been looking forward to this spa day all week… an 80 minute massage and then a manicure and pedicure. The spa called me the day before to say I needed to shift my appoint to 11 due to some construction work. No problem.
Had my 80 minute massage with Michael and it was 5 star fantastic! Then walked over to the salmon where I was offered a glass of champange — oh yes please ! And out of the corner of my eye I see that the spa and pools are closed WTF !! Your kidding — I was going to go in there afterwards and swim and relax and have a steam… anyway has the best manicure and pedicure ever

Can’t give it a full review — but I was less them impressed with contact made. I tried to book this so two weeks ago, no return email/​call was given. I inquired to the services — and at no point was I advised they were not fully opened. I found the staff to be a tad in the rude side (I am the client correct?) so I will wait till we check into the the Monte Carlo. Their staff has been very helpful.

Lounge: Yes, 2 TVs and 8 chairs, main hub of the spa.
Overall Impression: Descent sized facility, very clean and well attended. There are 5 lounge chairs in the room with the jacuzzi pool, as well as a muted TV. They have very large towels and robes, which bigger men will appreciate. Water, tea and fruit are also available. Aside from wishing they had a cold plunge, I also wish the showers were closer to the saunas for rinsing off. The $ 30 guest price is less than ideal, but if you’re staying at the Mirage, the spa is worth a visit.

Got the day pass to the spa for some chill time with my aunt. We didn’t get services just the spa. I’m a spa junkie and I wasn’t expecting much from the mirage but was pleasantly surprised. We came during the week and actually had the place virtually to ourselves on Thursday and a little busier on Friday with 5 or 6 others. There are 4 little jacuzzis with different temps which was actually nice to change it up from the super hot one to the cooler one when we came out of steam or sauna. The lighting and décor was calming and relaxing. The girls were super helpful, especially the blond and I can’t remember her name, Erica, April? Sorry. She was very attentive and really genuine and sweet. The place is very very clean, modern and well stocked with Aveda face products Moroccan oil shampoo, etc. would highly recommend during the week, heard it was madhouse during the weekend.

Very relaxing time with a buddy of mine. She enjoyed it more than I did. Well worth the day pass rate and sparkling h2o and trailmix to enjoy in lounge. Ill prolly go back if staying at mirage again.

This spa felt overall small. There were many people throughout the day. So much so, that I had to stand in the waiting room. Not part of my relaxing plan. The facial was really great and she really took the time to explain everything she was using and doing. She customized everything to all my skin needs. I left with beautiful glowing skin, less redness, smaller pores. I’m always nervous because everytime I’ve had a facial my already clear skin leaves with some sort of break out. I made it out totally clear even days later! My hot stone massage was nice. The heat was great but I think I would prefer a deep tissue. The jacuzzis are super small. 3 hot ones and the cold had no water while I was there. Just two of us in one felt like we were too close to eachother. Only two lounge chairs in here and nothing great or relaxing about the ambience. It would be okay if you were here alone. No space to relax with friends. Moroccan Oil shampoo and conditioner was really great! Plenty of fruit and trail mix. Only two vanity stools. Expect a lot of standing around here. No toothbrushes only mouthwash. For services only, I would give 4 maybe 4 and a half stars.

If I were to rate the Mirage spa for its services (I’m a frequent Mirage guest and I’ve had a body scrub, two facials, and two massages here), I’d rate it a solid 3. They’re decent, but not great, and of course because they’re in a major hotel on the Strip, they’re pricey. That said, they’re much more affordable than similar services at other spas. (For example, on my recent stay I was at the Aria and the spa there charged at least twice as much.) Plan on arriving at least 30 minutes before your appointment, earlier if you have one later in the day, so that you’re not rushed changing and have time to hang out in the relaxation areas.
That said, the spa itself is an extremely pleasant experience. I’ve seen it empty and I’ve seen it crowded, but I’ve never had issues with other patrons — everyone was always quiet and polite. The reception staff is also very helpful and friendly, though beware the automatic gratuity they try to add to your bill. I have always tipped for spa services but I don’t think I’ve ever had one here that was worth the $ 40 – 50 they’re adding now. They didn’t used to try to do that and while I understand their reasoning (not everyone tips or tips even decently), I wish they’d go back to not trying to add such a chunk of change to patrons’ bills.
The showers are great with awesome temperature variation and water pressure, and the towels in the shower area are to die for! The products supplied in the showers and bathroom are high quality as well.
I also love the steam room and the spa tubs with the different temperatures; additionally, there is always plenty of tea, bottled water, juices, granola/​trail mix, and fresh fruit available.

VERY busy spa, with patrons who don’t use SPA volume voices. UGH.
I want to RELAX people. Pipe down.
Complimentary: teas, fruit infused water, apples and coffee.
My facial was scheduled for 50 mins and the back facial 25 mins. Both services together was less than 70 minutes. I felt gypped.
The technician also was not the greatest:
–I could hear her cell phone vibrating in her pocket, NEVER had that happen
–She should flutter her fingers when massaging my face, not treat it like a larger body part
–Very rough in general, when she would fold the sheets, they would hit my face
–No technique with massage on face or hands
–Her version of a scalp massage, scratching with her nails
–Very little extraction, I just got home and did some she missed. Uses metal lance, didn’t know they allow in spas anymore!!!
Definitely don’t tip before your service here, I added an additional tip anticipating a great service, but sadly I was mistaken. The gals at reception are great and I had a ball shopping in their retail section. Eminence and Hydro Peptide products.
Loved the size of the steam sauna and the varying temperatures of soaking tubs.

I decided to splurge and pamper myself on my birthday by visiting this spa. It was my second time there, and I was hoping it would be as awesome as I remembered. It was all that and more! I have never been able to match the spa experience I’ve had at this spa anywhere else, which is why I swear I will visit every time I come to Vegas.
My appointment was on a Monday at noon. There were maybe one or two other people there so I basically had the entire place to myself! The robes are plush and so comfortable and the sandals they give you to wear are divine.
The first time I came I just had a Swedish massage with hot stone add on and it was unbelievable. This time I opted for the Restore package which is a Swedish massage and a facial. I arrived an hour early, munched on some trail mix and fruit, and drank some delicious, fruity tea. Then I headed to the plunge pools for some relaxation. Criticism #1 — the temperatures were a little mild for my taste — I thought the hot pool could have been a touch hotter and the cold one could have been much colder. The sauna could have been a bit hotter as well. But this was not enough to lower my rating.
Now what sets this place apart for me is the quality of the services! The Swedish massage is the best I have had anywhere ever! The masseuse was so thorough and clearly knew what she was doing. They also throw in these extra special things like putting a heated pad on your back after they are done working on it, and propping you up with these super comfy pillows while they work on the arms, legs, feet, etc., (and the fact that they actually work on your feet at all!) or the aroma therapy eye mask they put over your eyes when you turn over for the work on the front of the body. I walked out of that room feeling more relaxed than I have been in months! And the soreness in my lower back and quads — GONE. :) The facial was also very, very nice — the extras like the extremely comfy heated bed and shoulder massages were icing on the cake.
The shower area is very nice and well stocked. The area where you can get ready has lots of amenities, but Criticism #2 — they didn’t have much selection in terms of hair care products. I didn’t wash my hair there because they didn’t have any hair care products other than shampoo, conditioner and hair spray. Some sort of high quality leave in or moisturizer would have been nice to have. I also think that they could have had toothbrushes and paste available. But the quality of the service is so high that I can’t bring myself to take this place down a star.
I really love this spa. It is very pricey, but to me it is worth it. And I am a cheap a**, so that is saying a lot coming from me!

Had a deep tissue massage with hot stone add on by Lauren that was probably the best massage of my life! The rest of the spa was on par with others in Vegas.

Got a day pass for $ 28 as a non-​hotel guest. Other spas like the Wynn and the Encore charge $ 40 and don’t let non-​hotel guests use the spa. So the Mirage is pretty smart on that front. The fitness center is great and the spa, jacuzzi and steam room and service were fantastic. Well the worth the price.

Oh my gossshhhh. I would totally stay here every day if I could. This spa is a little small but perfect. The steam room will get rid if any ailment and the four different pools with different temperatures are great for progressive dipping. Chanel the manager is super sweet and accommodating.

This review is for the gym. They have really early hours, which i love. Equipment is fully functioning and are all new! The use of the gym is included in the resort fee. So i guess its ‘free’?

Wow I work out 5xs a week so I’m conditioned but Derris kicked my ass for an hour PT.

My first full spa experience! Scheduling was easy. A warm robe was provided to me. Was also given slippers. Locker with code — for storing of my items.
I got a Swedish massage (50 mins) plus warm stones — the latter added as a massage enhancement. Pro: very relaxing! The background music was calm and set the mood for relaxation. HOWEVER slightly squeaky wheels on the stool the massage therapist was using… That was a minor con. Not a huge deal but the sound was a bit annoying and took away from the calmness of the setting.
After the massage… Four differently heated jacuzzis! Not huge compared to other spa locations on the strip — from what I hear. Not crowded at all — which was nice in a way. NOTE: the steam room was way TOO dim/​dark, therefore my friends and I didn’t spend any time in there (another minor con); seemed a bit scary to sit in total darkness. On the other hand, the dry sauna room was fine and it was adequately lit. It got too warm for me a few times, hence I had to step out, but it felt good; my fave: the ice cold washcloth!
Restroom/​shower area — with lots of essentials including Moroccanoil shampoo & conditioner, body wash, lotion, disposable razors, etc…
The waiting area — welcoming and comfortable. Staff members were very pleasant and helpful. Fruit, snacks, coffee, tea, and water available as well. Note — I deducted one star due to the aforementioned minor cons (i.e., somewhat squeaky wheels and lack of light in the steam room).

Whoa. Top 3 spa experiences in my life. I want to say #1, but I’m non-​commital like that. The location threw me off — it was in what looked like a mall (store front reminded me of Visible Changes, a mall-​chain salon), and it’s possibly just called The Salon and Spa — But after checking in, I was escorted to the back. Whoa. Six individual heated mini-​pools — think hot tubs, but sunken, and classier. Sauna was great, though I couldn’t find the light switch and sat in the dark, and felt weird, fearing I would scare the next guest who walked in who couldn’t see me in the dark. Pretty relaxing wait area, outside of the sauna/​whirlpool area — large screen tv, muted, on the Food Network (woot woot!), with a large sectional and some arm chairs — spacious enough for me.
And then, the real treat began — My massage therapist = amazing. Gah, it was like I was floating on a cloud (or some other fantastic cliché) when she finished. And my aesthetician was the best I’ve ever had — although, I’ve really only had about 3 facials my whole life. But my skin was seriously amazing, and it was the first truly completely relaxing facial I’ve had. I will definitely try to go back.

My first spa experience ever and this place was the best! Great customer service and I walked out with my face so smooth and my body and mind felt rejuvenated.
I made an appointment for a the hydrating facial at 12 pm. I showed up at 10 am to use their spa since you get to have full day access if you are scheduled for one of their treatments (either massage or facial). They provide you with a comfy robe and a pair of sandals to change into. You place all your items in a locker where you input your own combination code. After changing, I used the whirlpool and both the dry and wet saunas! (Heads up: the spa is clothing optional so you might see naked ladies) It was so relaxing. They provided fresh cucumber and ice cold towels in the spa area, along with fruit infused water.
After spending a good 30 min. there I went and used their showers to prepare for the facial. They had all the products you needed to get clean. They even provide a disposable razor! At the vanity area, they had hair spray, face toners, facial moisturizer, hair brushes (they had sterilizers there too to sterilizer the combs), q-​tips, hair dryer, hair curler, and alot of miscellaneous things to help you get ready after you shower.
After showering, I waited at the waiting area and had a cup of tea and a banana. The waiting are had unlimited coffee, tea, water, soda, juice, trail mix, and fruits.
I was then called in for my facial and while the esthetician was providing me with the facial, she explained to me exactly what she will be putting on my face and what it will do. She was so friendly and nice, her name was Nina.
Everything about this spa was very relaxing. I spent a good 2 hours before my appointment just using their facility. I was great!
suggestions: 1. bring bathing suit if you are uncomfortable being completely naked. 2. If you are getting a facial, make sure you use the spa before your facial, otherwise the serums they put on your face will get washed away after. 3. Tip is already charged at the beginning but you can definitely add more tips later.

Don’t come to the Mirage Spa drunk or the receptionist will try to screw you over by overcharging you on tips! I was glad to be somewhat sober to see that sneaky attempt.
But anyway, I just had several drinks at the Mirage Pool and my spa appointment was just an hour away. Thank God I woke up in time after being passed out for a few hours and the spa was only several minutes away.
It’s located in the Mirage Esplanade right across from the gift shop and between, The Art of Music and Misuri, you can’t miss it. The spa is clean and offers separate facilities for men and woman, NO Unisex!
I ordered the Restore Package $ 235, which included:
*Swedish Massage — 50 Minutes
The massage was fantastic! The massage therapist was friendly and asked which areas needed the most attention and always asked how the pressure was on my back. She removed the stress and tension I had from work and etc. Eventually I ended up falling asleep and that’s a good thing!
*Deep Cleansing Facial — 50 Minutes
You just have to look your best when you’re in Vegas, my face needed cleaning anyway so I opted for a facial along with the massage. I was asked what I was allergic to and given feedback on how to maintain my skin, which was very helpful.
I didn’t have time to check out the rest of the spa because I had to run to my room and change ASAP for the Terry Fator show. The spa facilities were very clean and relaxing if you want to get away from the casino or from your significant other. Also, if you charge it to the room, you get point on your MLife card.

The most awesome part of a gals birthday getaway was this spa!
Straight out of a movie I came here straight off the plane, flight delayed no sleep the night before this spa hit the spot!
Highlights:
–Waiting area: Before you start anything they give you a quick tour, you have a comfy white robin +slippers and a locker with a code to put your stuff in. You then proceed to change and wait in the nice waiting area until they retrieve you for your service. There’s a flat screen TV, a nice comfy couch/​chairs, magazines, fruits, nuts and various teas, coffee, juice and water for you while you wait! This is great!
–Facial: perfect! The gal spent a great amount of time on my face and explained everything she was doing. My face was smooth like a baby’s bottom after we were done.
–Massage: Yay for the massages here too! The thing about spa massages anywhere you go is, I believe its always going to be different so it really depends on who the operator is. The person who did mine was great!
–Sauna/​Jacuzzi room: ahhhh we loved it! They are I think 4 jacuzzis’ and 2 sauna rooms which are wonderful! They have lemon water on the side and cucumber slices on ice for eyes. (yay for relaxing those tired eyes)
Overall great spa experience. I’m so glad we chose this place! Mirage Spa keep up the great work!
