I’ve been getting haircuts from Ray for years, he always does a great job and the conditioning scalp massage with a hot towel on my face keeps me coming back. The gym and spa are always nice, clean, and never too busy. You get what you pay for here!

I had a wonderful spa day at Encore yesterday. The facilities are absolutely gorgeous! There are plenty of amenities-lounge areas, dressing rooms, experience showers, cold plunge pools, heated whirlpools, dry sauna, steam room, and water, towels, and snacks. The attendants were super-helpful and friendly. All of this is great, but the true draw of this place is the amazing therapists. I hate nothing more than paying fancy spa prices and then ending up with mediocre or even bad treatments. In this case, both my massage and facial were perfect! Mi did my 100-minute Thai massage. She started out by asking about my trouble spots and the level of pressure I like. She then proceed to work the trouble spots and use the perfect amount of intense pressure. Dallas did my Vitamin C Facial – this too was awesome. She gave me several recommendations without being sale-sy at all. Every single thing about my day at The Spa at Encore was fantastic!

I loved this Spa! The best massage I have ever had. My therapists name was Marek and I would highly recommend him. In addition to the amazing service, the spa itself is beautiful and tasteful. They have amazing facilities. I would definitely come back here next time I stay at the Encore.

Could not be more beautiful! Great amenities and snacks. Loved the face wash and lotion for use. I got a massage by Uriel. Highly recommend him, excellent skill and service. I returned the next day for a spa day pass as I was staying at Encore(I’ll be staying there again for this reason)

This is a beautiful spa. Separate area for men’s and women’s. No common areas if you go with a spouse. Very clean and calming.

Went there just for the amenities such as the hot tub, sauna and such. Décor outstanding, love the heated stone recliners, hot tub nice but not a lot of relaxation rooms, only where people are waiting for massage .Cost 75 dollars with no locals discount. Would go again but it will be awhile

This was a nice relaxing spa… I spent the day here with my bestie… we soaked, had snacks, got massages, took naps on the heated chaises… no one cares how long you stay… no one bothers you… it was clean, relaxing, and perfect!

This spa is a must. Very well decorated. The staff is extremely friendly. I had the 80 min bacial which is a facial and bacial and it was wonderful. Very nice facility. I am definitely coming back to this spa the next time I am in Vegas.

Beautiful spa, especially the area leading to the treatment rooms. I had 3 massages there during my 4 night stay. The spa was most relaxing when I went on the Wednesday. There weren’t so many people there. Friday and Saturday, there were more people, including a group of three talkative doctors in the jacuzzi who detracted from the ambience. My first 50 min massage from a female masseuse was just kind of meh. Weak for a deep tissue massage. I decided I would go back to the spa anyway because I loved the facilities so much and requested a male masseur. Lucky me, I got Marek for my next 50 min deep tissue massage. He is really top notch. A true deep tissue massage. I immediately booked him again for the following day for 80 min Custom massage plus aromatherapy. It was so relaxing! I have had many massages due to some chronic pain issues. Marek is one the best I have had and a pleasant surprise. I always get massages when I go to big resorts just because I have time. Usually they are just OK. I am really looking forward to returning to the Encore spa next year and hope Marek will still be there.

I wanted to love this spa so much because it’s so pretty and«luxurious.» Despite the excellent service, the $ 600 couple’s massage was not worth the money(in my opinion). The spa wowed me, the heated stone chairs wowed me, but spending the money on that massage did not wow me. I fell asleep during the massage and it was nice, but not $ 300 nice. For those of you that have $ 300 to burn on a seemingly ordinary massage, go for it, for the others who are staying at Encore, definitely go to the spa, but use the amazing facilities instead of getting a treatment.

Relaxation! I enjoyed an 80min deep tissue massage as well as full use of the Encore Spa on my last visit. It was well worth the high prices! The Encore Spa is pricey, even when compared with similar resort spas in other US vacation hot spots, but it’s your best luxury spa option in Vegas. The spa surroundings are luxurious and spacious. The spa itself is separated by gender and each includes a relaxation area(with couches, tv, and fireplace), locker area, bathrooms, 2 sets of shower areas, wet sauna, dry sauna, 2 soaking hot tubs, cool soaking pool and cold soaking pool. Each side also provides a very comprehensive list of spa services and each guest is provided a plush robe and sandals. Fresh clean towels are everywhere, and I mean everywhere and bottled water is stationed throughout. My female masseuse was extremely polite and skillful. I had an extremely relaxing and refreshing 80 minute massage. I also thought the attendants that were stationed throughout the spa were helpful and very polite. Overall, the experience was everything you want in a resort spa — luxurious and relaxing.

Luxurious pampering at its finest. My full body massage was one of the most relaxing, stress relieving experiences of my life. Lani found places and points where I could Literally feel the tension dissolving from my body. My face massage was equally as incredible, rubbed my jaw at the exact right place. My facial by Dallas was also a perfect experience. My skin is literally glowing, she knows exactly how deep to go to prevent any breakouts or redness. The wet eucalyptus sauna, the dry sauna, the jacuzzis at different temperatures, the impeccable service make this the perfect place to escape. Everyone deserves a taste of luxury and encore spa is an easily accessible way to make it happen. I will definitely be a regular.

I go here because the facilities are second to none in Vegas. The therapists are fine. But the spa itself is spectacular.

There is no doubt that the spa is absolutely beautiful. But my massage was terrible. For $ 150 I expected medium pressure at least. I know it was a Swedish but still. I had to ask her 3 times to be a little more firm and she never was. I’m a local and I won’t be back. My massage guy for $ 60 bucks for 90 minutes is 100% better. Very disappointed!

Great salon and spa! I got a great relaxing manicure pedicure. I also had a shave and haircut from the barber which was A+, and to top off the spa is amazing.

Needs improvement for the price. Very low amenities to use. 1 flatiron for 20 + women to use. Dirty towels not being picked up. Snack and beverage could use some improvement on presentation and more accommodating to guests. Steam room was beyond scary. Many of us left right away. None of us could see or breathe well ! And I like it strong lol ! We thought we were all going to pass out after 3 mins(no one near to help either) Spending almost $ 300/massage I expected much more in the spa area. My massage therapist was nice and efficient. Highly suggest checking out the M resort(off the strip) for spa. Much more comfortable & lots of amenities to use.

Amazing. Simply amazing. It’s spendy, but worth it. The therapists are top notch, the facilities are 5 star… My only tiny gripe was they need better/more diverse magazines and maybe a more dimly lit relaxation area. And hotter water for the tea. If you get to go here, you are blessed!

The spa’s interior décor is outstanding and one of the best I’ve ever seen. It is luxurious and beautiful and the massage there was standard(not the best) but I guess your paying for the ambience and décor. The massages are about $ 200 for an hour and don’t forget you have to tip as well. Couple massages will cost a pretty penny($ 450 – 500 that includes tip). Honestly nothing can compare to the massages I had at Bali. They were cheap($ 15 – 20) for a whole body massage and you feel as if your floating on a cloud. ObviouslY VEGAS overcharges 10x with mediocre massages but hey if you don’t know what your missing out on then you will never know that american massages kind of suck. On a better note, I did enjoy my massage because I didn’t have high expectations. When you get your massage, they lead you into another chamber of the spa that has twinkling lights at every door. It is very tranquil and the atmosphere is second to none. For those that feel the massage prices are to steep, you can skip these and just opt to use the facilities instead. The facilities and spa are still beautiful. They have a steam room and vanity room and just about eveyrthing you need to relax. To use the spa/shower for a day is about 40 bucks. I was almost tempted to knock off another star because I left one of my sunglasses on the vanity table. When I came back to retrieve it, it was gone. I notified the workers but nobody came forward. I was disheartened to find that a high class facility like this, people still steal stuff.

Utmost luxurious spa I’ve ever experienced. Just being there made me feel so relaxed and happy. I loved everything about this spa. The massage therapist was amazing! I had Lisa and I can’t say how perfect she was. Ive had my experience in some one the top notch spas in Beverly Hills and this place is nothing in comparison. Only wish it was closer to home so that I can be a regular. The facilities are clean and nice. Love how the showers are in it’s own seclusive place. The details are impeccable. Must experience for anyone in town. Plus so worth the price! In comparison to Qua Bath at Caesars(which was my go to spa) wish there were more amenities like Qua and the tea service at Qua is amazing. Both spas are really good but I definitely in love with this spa!!!

Absolutely love love love this spa. Like the Wynn and Encore hotels, this spa is lavish, beautiful, and excessive. It doesn’t hurt that everything is golden and ornate. The locker rooms and relaxation areas are pristine. My massage was the best I have ever had in my entire life(above the mandarin in NYC for sure). The masseuse seemed to be able to read my mind as to what I wanted… a relaxing hour for a hungover and slightly nauseated bachelorette. :) The pressure was perfect and the mini foot massage at the end was genius after a night in heels. And yes, it’s expensive. But it’s vegas where everything is grander and a $ 200 massage is on par with other venues. Will 100% be back when I return to vegas!
