Vizcaya At the Trails Hoa

My opinion, its not right to have them fix the broken window, when it hailed in July. Have not fixed anything The Hispanic maintaince guy creeped and brushed up on me since I was 15. Currently 19. No reason for having a gated community if nobody says anything.

I didn’t even want to go on the tour of the apartment because the office lady was beyond rude to me. She didn’t even get up to shake my hand or even make any eye contact to meet a potential customer. Not even an introduction or ask what I was looking for!!! No way I would live in a community like that I can’t even imagine how bad the management is there.

Run!!! they have an infestation of bed bugs in who know how many units. People that live there are losing there minds not knowing what to do. So if you don’t care about this then go for it! The office that rents you the place will not tell you or help you with this problem! So beware!!!

I was really interested in these apartments until I visited the office. The woman barely took a look at me. I told her I was interested in learning more about the place. And she just handed me a list of the current prices and didn’t take her eyes off the computer screen. I was hoping for a tour but instead I just sat there thinking of things to say so that we could continue the conversation but she kept trying to cut it short with me. So I was like f*ck this place. Never considering it again. First impressions and the way the leasing office treats you really make a difference. This woman could give a sh*t if a new lease gets signed or not. Living here is probably as ghetto as the b*tch working at the office. Rude.

My nephew’s first birthday was held in the rec room of the apartment complex. but why 4 stars. because it supplied all the convenience of a home, it had a kitchen, bathrooms, plenty of space and there was even a movie theater (which we did not utilize) but was more then spacious for the 100+ guest that attended my nephew’s carnival theme party. I can’t even complain that we had to clean up after ourselves and vacant the rec room by midnight, even thou we took a cab, there was plenty of visitor parking and look forward to other events here if my brother so chooses too.

Came here last week for a birthday party at the Rec Room. The facility is really nice. There is a nice little lounge area, mini theater screening room (which was closed). Small kitchen area and rest rooms with doors on each side leading from the Rec Room area to a small mini gym and swimming pool.
This is definitely a nice place to hold events.
