From our consultation up until now (testing and etc…) Dr. Severino, my nurse Briana & Sharon, have been absolutely wonderful to my husband and I.
Every email is replied to, every question is answered, no matter how silly the question may be. The receptionist, the scheduler, to the ones who take blood, have been all wonderful. My husband and I have had that warm and fuzzy feeling since the beginning and we are so excited to be working with such a great team. As soon as I emailed and mentioned I wanted to start treatments right away, Briana was on it. Talked to me and emailed me all the details.
We have been through a ton of treatment, and have had so many let downs int he last 5 years, but the minute we shook Dr. Severino’s warm hands we knew this was the place to be.
I know that we are in good hands and that God will bless us with our first child, and had blessed us with this wonderful team.

We are beyond grateful to Dr. Sher and the staff at the Las Vegas office for making our dreams come true last year. We came to the office feeling overwhelmed and helpless about our struggle with infertility, but we felt immediately reassured after our initial phone consultation with Dr. Sher. We were a bit nervous about traveling to Nevada from California to undergo the procedures, but the office has everything streamlined so well that it turned out to be much easier than we expected. The staff and nurses are truly amazing and always took their time answering my many questions, and we couldn’t have asked for a kinder, more skilled and knowledgable doctor than Dr. Sher. Dr. Sher is very knowledgeable about his profession. He works with a range of reproductive specialists across the country to keep up to date on the latest practices. He provides his patients with the best services based off of individual needs. He also orders the correct tests. We have had unexplained infertility for 5 years and 3 previous failed attempts with 2 other doctors. Dr. Sher ordered a water ultrasound for my uterus to check for scaring and Killer cells blood testing. Our issue was the killer cells. He simply put me on some shots and we were successful with our first IVF! His protocol of medication also produced more mature eggs than previous attempts. They key is to get mature eggs and have them reach the blastocyst stage. Other fertility centers will give you an egg that doesn’t reach that stage on day 5 just to give you the full IVF. Dr. Sher finds that unethical. In addition, he doesn’t try to get you to go with IUIs first. He tells you that they are pretty much a waste of time and money if you have been trying as long as we have. Dr. Sher also has more reasonable prices. My previous IVF at Red Rock was 16k and he did mine for 8k because I am a teacher and under 35. There will be additional costs if there are any eggs to freeze and for the extra fertility tests. But overall, Dr. Sher has decent prices. If you are in Las Vegas, go to Dr. Sher. If you are willing to travel, go to Dr. Sher.

Dr. Sher is the best infertility doctor there is– period. He gave us hope when we had been broken and beat down after failed procedures and very bad experiences with other doctors. He’s compassionate, loving and very knowledgeable. I trust him whole-​heartedly and I know he has my best interest at heart. I wish we would’ve found him sooner!

Very happy with this whole practice Dr Sher is great and so is his whole entire staff there helpful compassionate and always get back to you in a timely manner so happy I found them !

Dr Sher is a pioneer in fertility. He does a simple immunologic test that identified the likely reason why my 4 previous IVF attempts had failed. Both the test and solution are simple and inexpensive, so why other fertility doctors do not do it is a mystery. I am so glad I didn’t waste any more money anywhere else! Dr Sher is also the pioneer of using Viagra to treat thin uterine lining which also contributed to my success getting pregnant on my first attempt with him.
The fact that Sher Institute constantly breaks ground and leads the way in fertility contributed to my 5 star scoring, but the BEST PART of my experience was Dr Sher himself (and his staff). He genuinely cares about his patients. He took the time to get to know me. I felt like his favorite patient (but I suspect he makes everyone feel that way) From our very first phone consultation, he has encouraged me to call his CELL PHONE with any questions… When was the last time you were given a doctors cell number… I highly recommend Dr. Sher. In fact the entire staff was great at the Sher institute, Las Vegas.
