Bill and Jessica S.

Business Owner

Bill is a dedicated real estate professional responsible for assisting clients in residential, commercial and vacant land transactions. Bill’s more than 10 years of full time real estate experience, hard work and dedication gives his clients the confidence they need with such a large investment. Bill’s goal is to give his clients complete loyalty, commitment and the most trouble-​free transaction possible.

Jessica is in charge of implementation of client accounts, overseeing monthly rental income and prompt disbursement (rental fees, deposits, expenses), coordinating and overseeing general maintenance, repairs, construction and renovation projects. Jessica is responsible for contract services negotiation as well as day to day monitoring of vendor performance. She demands strict adherence to property operating plan ad budget. Jessica performs collection analysis and reporting statistical data, addresses and solves tenant complaints and concerns and maintains good overall customer relat
