Triple 7 Movers

Yikes. Do NOT use this company! Ever!
I had ordered a bedroom set from Costco, and Triple 7 Movers was the local delivery company. They called to schedule a delivery and showed up on time. Good, so far. They bring up the furniture, and then tell me, «oh, the mirror and the rails for the bed are missing.» OK… The guy calls his boss and tells me that someone is coming out with the missing pieces within the hour and that those people will finish putting together the furniture. He tells me that his boss will be calling me.
Two and a half hours later, nothing. No call, and nobody has showed up. I call the driver back after waiting for two and a half hours and he tells me he’ll look into it. Never calls me back.
Three hours later, I get a call from a supervisor. He doesn’t acknowledge any fault on the company’s part and says guys are 15 minutes from my address. 45 minutes later, still nobody. I try calling the supervisor back and he’s not answering his phone.
Three and a half hours later, I call the company and am told the supervisor is out. The lady says she’ll try to find out what’s going on. Never get a call back.
Four hours later, the original guys show up. When I ask what happened to different guys brining the missing pieces and finishing up, they mumble something about the supervisor being busy, blah blah blah.
On top of that, they only had one drill so I had to lend them one of mine so that one guy wasn’t just standing around waiting for a drill. Then they started attaching the mirror to the dresser without centering so I had to get measuring tape to show them where to put it so it was centered.

We moved from Vegas to Reno about a week or 2 ago and used triple 7 for our move. My boyfriend had the task of finding the movers and of all the companies he found triple 7 was the cheapest for our needs. He spoke with Jason who gave us a quote that was accurate to what we paid. Aaron was in charge of our move and everything went as smoothly and perfectly as moving could be. Aaron and his assistants were super friendly and took great care of our stuff.
Triple 7 called us 2 days before our move to give us a time window and showed up right on time the day of the move. Our move consisted of furniture we took apart and plastic wrapped ourselves (I didn’t know they do it before putting it in the truck), and boxes of our apartment. What I didn’t have in boxes were bags of clothes and like a laundry basket and storage box (no lid) with miscellaneous items. I didn’t know that they can’t put loose items in the truck and it has to be in a box so they provided me with boxes for a flat fee of like $ 15 – 30 or so, not bad bc it was several huge boxes and they shoved all my clothes and the other miscellaneous stuff (not fragile whatsoever) in no time at all. And they did all this for me, I didn’t have to lift a finger, I just had to sit there and drink my coffee. So, in my opinion paying extra for some huge wardrobe boxes is no problem at all. They finished loading in about 2 hours and headed out to Reno. So far, so good.
They called us to let us know they got to Reno no problem and confirmed the unload time for the next day. The next day comes and again right on time.
Unloading our stuff went quickly and efficiently. They asked where I wanted things and put everything where I asked.
Some not so great things that happened were our bookshelf broke, my tv stand got some tiny scratches and my nightstand also got a scratch. Some people I notice on the reviews expect all their stuff to arrive in one piece. I do too but realistically it isn’t going to happen. Because our career, we move a lot and no matter how careful I am wrapping everything up the truth is sometimes stuff breaks. I’m not saying I was happy about the breaks but in the defense of the moving company, the bookshelf was a cheapo from wal mart and I’m not surprised it didn’t make it, my boyfriend suggested we take it apart to prevent breakage but I didn’t really want to. I didn’t take the shelf off the inside of the tv stand and on the drive it shifted and scratched, the nightstand I don’t know how it got scratched bc we plastic wrapped it, but on both pieces it’s nothing a furniture marker can’t fix. Everything else, I had very fragile ceramic glassware from Mexico, made it. So all in all, we were really glad we went with triple 7 and I would recommend them.
Tips: Have everything you can boxed up and if you don’t mind taking apart your furniture and wrapping it, I suggest you do. It not only makes it easier for the moving guys but it goes by faster and you’re paying them on an hourly basis so the least amount of time is, in the end better for you, the client. Especially if you expect your price to be accurate to the hours you got quoted for.

The best in the business, take my word … Called them on 11÷2÷2015 and asked for a quote, they sent someone the next day, did the walk through with him it took 15 minutes to quote me to move 5 bedroom furniture plus lots of boxes and I mean over 50 large boxes, he looked at me and told me it will take 6 hours to move everything, 3 man job and boy they were moving, they showed up on time 8 am at 2 pm they were done .
Nice clean work disassembled all furniture rapped it in shrink rap and assembled it at the new location with no scratches everything went to the right place at the new house .
Try them you won’t regret it.

I recently moved from Las Vegas to Texas. While shopping for a moving company, I obtained many quotes that ranged from $ 7 – 12 K. Triple 777 was the lowest bid so I decided to go with them. I want to
Commend them on the entire seamless move. They showed up on time with six men to move my furniture. I waited 10 days to receive my furniture. When the movers arrived, they did an outstanding job unloading our furniture. Tony and Joe were the best movers that we could have. They were patient and extremely nice. I highly recommend them and Triple 777.

These guys absolutely made our moving experience! They made what can be a stressful and frustrating thing into a wonderful experience. They were professional and friendly. These guys even went so far as to make sure my 3yr old son felt included and enjoyed moving into his new home. Above and beyond in every aspect. I cannot say enough nice things.

I scheduled my move with less than a week’s notice. I was told if I wanted a day earlier, to just call. Great customer & professional service from the office to the three movers, Aaron, Javier and (oh dear, I’m sorry but I forget) — Aaron’s team! Fantastic experience and will recommend Triple 7 Movers to my friends & co-​workers! As a matter of fact, it was twow co-​workers who told me that they both had the best moving experience with this company. I will definitely use Triple 7 Movers when it’s time to move again!!! s

Considering what my recourse is at this point. Charged $ 500 for a shuttle truck that was still too big for my delivery street, even though my paperwork said $ 250, and they still sent an enormous truck that they spent an hour trying to park (after already being two hours late). Mover asked my husband to help them remove blankets from furniture (um, what was I paying for, exactly?) and proceeded to not place the furniture or reassemble what my CONTRACT commands them to reassemble upon delivery. I was told by the movers that someone else will be coming to resemble all my furniture, but I never received a return call from a Triple 7 confrming this. I called them, but «Alicia» (?) was gone for the day due to a family emergency (uh, sorry, but not my problem) and no one has returned my call as of yet. I, so thing here with stacks of boxes in my living room and u assembled furniture. I was assured I’d be called back today, as to not leave me hanging over the weekend, but that seems to be a no-​go, since I haven’t been called yet and my furniture is still sitting in my apartment, unassembled and in disarray. Also, boxes were crushed when delivered and they make you pay cash for the balance and sign documents before they bring anything in. Thank god I paid the deposit by credit card and the first half by check because Im obviously going to dispute the charge and stop payment on the check, if I can. Just beware; I don’t think is is a bad moving company, per se, they just need to be watched. There were discrepancies on the amount of materials they used as well as the pricing. This is my first cross-​country move, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I’m not impressed so far. Hopefully. I will be able to rectify the situation, as I clearly overpaid for the services rendered.

Best movers in town. Joe and his crew moved my 2 bedroom apartment today in only 3 hours. They worked hard. Everything was safely wrapped and transported. There were no hidden fees or surprises. Thanks guys! I would hire them again in a heartbeat! Thanks guys! :)

If I could give negative stars I would. I’m not really sure where to begin with the issues I had with 777 movers, so I’m going to start with a simple list.
1. Items broken BEFORE getting them on the truck, and they didn’t bother telling us. One of our table legs was broken off, then they went ahead and wrapped the broken table leg!
2. Split up our load, and didn’t bother telling us until 1 day before they were supposed to deliver our goods.
3. Had to wait 3 extra weeks to get the remainder of our things.
4. During that 3 week span, 777 Movers DID NOT CONTACT US ONCE! Every follow up, status update, any info at all I had to call, and I had to call daily.
5. When I did call, I was put on hold, or told the dispatch manager would call right back. Again, once the initial load was delivered, NOT ONE CALL FROM 777 MOVERS!
6. The dispatch manager straight up lied to me multiple times. The reason he gave that our delivery was delayed was first because he couldn’t get a hold of the driver, so didn’t know the status. Then for the next two weeks it was delayed because their truck was broken down and they were waiting for parts. But when that second delivery was finally made, it was from a completely different company based out of California, with a rental truck.
Before payment they were talking to us daily, assuring us everything would go smoothly, typical salesman stuff I guess. But, we bought it.
If you are looking to use 777 Movers, RUN AWAY! Customer service is non-​existent. They truly DO NOT CARE that you are trusting them with all your possessions. Multiple broken items, boxes clearly marked fragile were pulled off the truck upside down or sideways. Absolutely no communication. They also charged us an extra $ 700 for boxes. We looked at this after and could not see where most of those boxes came from.
Horrible, Horrible, Horrible experience. Stay away!

Disclosure: I am reviewing the company NOT on their moving services but on the process of getting a quote and follow up.
I got walk throughs and quotes from 6 different movers. After I picked one, I sent regrets to the other 5, including Triple 7. However, they were the only one who emailed back and called (Jason specifically) asking if there was anything they could do to save my business. After discussing further, I still went with my chosen mover but I have to give Jason, my relocation specialist, props for follow up, for the additional concession as well as for being gracious enough not to insist on their company.
I would definitely consider Triple 7 again for moving services.

…Beware you have been warned…
I was quoted $ 220 for a move with three guys from 12×10 storage unit to upstair apartment. Than given a grand total of $ 385.00 with a total drive time of 10 minutes from my storage unit to my apartment. When calling and speaking with Amanda to state my concerns of the over price move. Well let’s just say «I can send you a claim form.» No kind of care, nor apology, bottom line it fell on deaf ears… mind you I set up my own beds and at the ends boxes were left in my walkway. I provided the guys with water during the time they were moving me, I believe i should be charging Triple 7 for that. Including the bathroom breaks since it was all on my dollar… Never will I use or recommend them.

I just had a great experience with the 777 guys. I called them today about doing a job they came over and picked up all my stuff and charge me a fair price based upon the quote they gave on the phone. My pick up was in Las Vegas in my drop off is in Orlando so the Las Vegas portion was an excellent experience. The three gentlemen were polite strong trustworthy and funny I enjoyed my afternoon with them feel free to send me a direct message if you would like to have a referral

The price was great and the staff was friendly and courteous.

BEWARE! Here is my PSA for moving companies!
So we recently moved from Nevada to Texas. We choose to use a moving company to try and make life easier with the craziness that the move created. My mistake! Here’s what happened:
I found Triple 7 Movers through a friend of a friend. I also checked them out online and the reviews were ok. I called to get the process started and got amazing service! Everyone was happy, nice, and friendly. It was so easy and smooth… I should have known it was a TRAP (Sorry, I have to squeeze in Admiral Ackbar whenever I can)! After doing all of the preliminary work, I had a price quote and some dates for pick up and delivery.
The pick up guys arrived on time and seemed to do a pretty good job. I had a lot of boxes already packed, but they had to pack up some of the bigger furniture and the garage. They seemed to pack everything with care and somewhat efficiently.
Of course once the truck packed up, the head guy told me that the guy packing the truck wasted a lot of space and he has to charge me for an extra 50 sq ft of space because he didn’t pack the truck as well as he could of. He told me he didn’t have time to repack the truck since it wasn’t a huge amount of space wasted. This goof cost an extra $ 300 right there.
So these guys told me it from 5 days to 2 weeks for the stuff to arrive in Texas, depending on travel routes. So once it hit 2 weeks and i hadn’t heard from the company, I started to try calling to try and get a time frame on the delivery time. I had to call and leave messages 5 separate times over several days before someone called me back from the dispatch office. The person who called me then told me he could give me the driver’s cell number and that i needed to call him directly because he couldn’t. Weird… I tried calling the driver, but didn’t get a call back from him until he was trying to schedule drop off.
The driver finally called me and told me he would be at my house the next day. We set up a time and we were good. Until he called me back an hour later and said he would be by that day ay 4pm. Then he called and told me 5pm. Then 6pm. He finally showed up at 7:30pm. That’s when he asked me how many stairs i had to my front door. I told him i live on the second floor, one flight up. He told me he didn’t care what flight, but how many stairs. This was strange because i was supposed to get the first flight of stairs free. He then informed me that 7 stairs is considered a flight. My flight had 19 stairs, so i would need to pay for 2 additional flight of stairs to get my stuff. That was $ 150 extra. Of course i didn’t have that much cash, so he sat in the truck and refused to do anything until i got back with cash. I had to do it or lose all of my stuff. I tried calling Triple 7, but of course couldn’t get anyone on the phone, surprise! I ended up paying the guy to get my stuff. Annoying highway robbery.
They then unloaded everything. Some of our stuff was obviously broken. They told us to just submit a claim and it wasn’t their fault. Sure it wasn’t!
They were also supposed to put together some of the items like my daughter’s bed frame. Once they left, i found a lot of the screws just laying under the bed. Thanks for your hard work fellas!: /​
As we started unpacking, we found more and items that were broken, including a 2k treadmill. I made a list of what was broken and then emailed my contact at Triple 7, since phone calls didn’t seem to work. I emailed several times before i heard back. She then told me that she didn’t do claims and she would transfer me to someone else. The other person then emailed me and asked what was wrong. I sent the list of what was wrong. He then told me to fill out paperwork for the claim that he would attach to the email. Nothing was attached. I emailed back saying it was missing and never heard back.
After numerous unanswered emails and phone calls, my husband told me to give up because it was turning me into a crazy person and it wasn’t worth the stress. I am just so disappointed with this company and how they handled me and my stuff. I ended up spending over 5k and feel like I was treated like garbage. Horrible costumer service!
You have been warned.

This is the worst mover i ever hired. I travel and live in different cities every year so every year i hire movers to help me move. I would never ever hire them back again. They gave me an estimate around $ 1100 and picked up all my stuff. They told me my furniture will fall in same range as the estimate as it doesn’t look too much but they will take it to weighing station and call me if there is a change in estimates; I did not receive any call and i took the flight to my destination. After few days i called them to know by when can i expect my furniture here. They said they don’t know when the truck would be available so no timelines. After couple of more weeks they called me for more payment and said price is $ 2500 not $ 1100, it weighs more. After long talk with their manager, they reduced it to $ 2000, which is way way more than they agreed on.
Finally i got my stuff delivered after more than a month. All my kitchen items, nice glasses, vase etc were missing. I called them and reported but they didn’t took any action. Driver who delivered was such a bad person to deal with, he doesn’t listen, doesn’t care. He also asked me to sign the delivery beforehand so i cannot even check if the number of boxes received same as shipped. He said sign it otherwise he is throwing everything on the road. He also demanded $ 100 extra. The whole expericence was painful, I would not recommend it to anyone. Please don’t fall for low price as its not true, they are going to take way way more than any reputed companies. I wish i would have read the reviews before hiring them. People who i dealt with are Heidi, Amanda, Itay and William. These are bunch of crooks and thieves. They also go with the name Full House Movers in Sacramento, CA.

BEWARE… they moved me today and then proceeded to STEAL my ipad, my blu-​ray player and several Wii games. I hope Etai, Carlos and Serafin enjoy these items they stole from me and… then even had the nerve to suggest that I tip them well so they wouldn’t charge me for the plastic wrap they used to wrap some items. Filing police report in the a.m. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY EMPLOY THIEVES (& felons, as the amount of merchandise they stole from me puts it into the felony range)
UPDATE: I’m discovering even more items they stole from me… I hope their children have a very Merry Xmas… a new ipad, a Wii and lots o f Wii games, and a Blu ray. I am so disgusted by these people… what horrible human beings. Such am incredible violation. I do not have faith that these people nor the company will make any of this right. I do plan to share with everyone I encounter that Triple 7 is a company that hires thieves. Just disgusting!

I had such high hopes for this business from CA to TX but good god are they a horrible disappointment. They picked up on October 21^st and I am still waiting. They started well, they were really helpful and even took my deposit via credit card (how convenient!).They (Heidi) also discussed how easy and straight forward the move is going to be since I had the equivalent of one bedroom to move.
It was explained to me that I pick my first available pick up day. They call me 24-​hours in advance but they may call to pick up the day before or the day after. That was fine. I also got to choose my first available delivery day (¹⁰⁄₂₇?) and she explained it the same way. I noticed there was a 14-​day notice on the quote, but I asked if that was 14-​days of storage or did I misunderstand. Heidi said I was correct, but I should choose enough time to make sure they don’t arrive before me and I don’t end up getting charged for storage. How nice of her to be thinking of me, right? Did I forget to mention I have to pay the carrier directly for half in cash or money order and the other half when they deliver in the same fashion?
I chose a Monday, October 20. I received no phone call on Sunday (since Monday was chosen), I did not receive a call on Monday. I had to call them and Heidi kindly followed up and emailed me to let me know the local carrier would be showing up on Tuesday between 8 – 11.
Tuesday rolls around. Some dude in a tiny pick-​up truck shows up to my house, because he left from his house. He was friendly, but explained he came from his home and he was waiting for the truck as that came from West Sacramento. He said he’d wait in his vehicle until the truck arrived. That was also fine. A little odd he wouldn’t come with the movers, but, whatever.
The movers (local sub-​contract) themselves were kind and courteous. I shrink wrapped and blanketed everything so they seem pretty nice since I did their work for them. I went over the contract the carrier had which looked like the contract I signed with Heidi. I even bought a separate insurance plan for moving just as they suggested. The guy asked when I wanted the goods, I said the next week was cool but I spoke with my rep and chose a date, he said «perfect. It’s all settled.» Good god was I wrong.
I drove my car from Texas the same day as the pick up (¹⁰⁄₂₁) and arrived by Friday (¹⁰⁄₂₄). I expected my things by next week. I mean, why wouldn’t I, I choose that week. ¹⁰⁄₂₇ comes around, since I can’t remember the delivery day I chose I ask the previously lovely Heidi to remind me of what my chosen date was. She forwards my email to Amanda. Same day, I get a response from Amanda That the goods haven’t left and that they are working on the teams to get all the moves started. My first thought is… WTF? That’s not the phone convo I had.
Nov 2, I email Amanda for an update. I get a response stating the 9^th-​12^th is the estimated arrival. I called Heidi November 3^rd and left her a VM to ask what’s going on because that did not make sense. I emailed her again since I didn’t hear from her. She called me back on ¹¹⁄₄ stating she didn’t understand my confusion and sorry for the delay but her daughter had some kind of problem. I explained to her the discussion we had regarding the delivery and she says «Oh, we have an up to 14-​day delivery window from your chosen date» I tell her how I understood it and how she agreed with me. She apologizes and says she’ll look into it.
Nov6, I follow up asking for an update. She emails back stating, we can’t get an arrival any sooner it’s still Nov 9 – 12.
Nov 11, I send another email to Heidi, I get no response to I send one to Amanda as well to let them know I haven’t heard from the carrier and it’s getting irritating because their service is terrible in regards to follow up. I was promised updates by phone from the carrier that picked up and Heidi.
I get a response from Amanda on the 12^th saying there are «truck issues» and all deliveries from the bay are delayed. I received her voicemail at the same time. I responded letting her know that I am really frustrated and have asked for some help on this but no one seems to be acknowledging my frustration and asked for compensation since there has been nothing but issues after I hired them. She basically says «I’m sorry, I’ll pass this to my manager to see about a credit» and leaves it at that.
Nov 13, I asked about any updates about the credit or the arrival date. I get a response saying they should arrive around 11÷17−11÷19. Her manager said he would approve a claim where I would then be sent a check for a credit. I still have no clue how much the credit is supposed to be.
I wait until the 17^th to email again to ask if the trucks have at least left Sacramento. She responds on the 18^th, yes. On the 18^th I get a call from the driver, he’s CO. He should get to TX in 5 – 7 days.

I must say that I’ve been extremely please with triple 7 movers. This has been the 3^rd time I’ve used there service and they have always accommodated my needs. Their service is top notch when it comes to customer needs.
I moved from a house into storage into while waiting for my new house. They packed and put my belongings away as if they belonged to them. All my items were placed in the storage appropriately. When it came time to get my furniture, they again treated everything just right. I’m a happy returning customer. I will continue to use their service. Thanks Triple 7 ~Christine
