I have been here twice and unfortunately the massage therapists were not great. 6 months ago I had a massage from a lady who had long nails and although the massage itself was good she let out a silent fart(oh yes did)! This time(yesterday) I had a masseuse Claudia who did not make eye contact when she spoke to me, also had long nails, massage did not flow(very choppy) and kept bumping into the table while she walked around the massage table and this was supposed to be a Relaxing massage! My friend said her masseuse Gina was great though! I would give this experience a 1 star but both times I had a fabulous Esthetician named Karen that deserves the praise. She has a calm, professional demeanor and explains the products she will be using and services she will be performing. I would go back to get a facial only by Karen since the entire facial was relaxing and beneficial to my skin. The spa itself lacks in basic products such as face cremes, steam room body scrubs etc. so make sure to bring your own.

Located next to the outdoor pool at Las Vegas Hilton, the Spa is very relaxing and comfortable. The last time I visited, I had a 25 minute Swedish massage which was relaxing and got all the knots out. I had the therapist focus on my shoulder and back because I woke up with lots of pain. She did a good job and was very professional and pleasant to chat with. I would come here again if I was staying at the hotel, but otherwise, I like to indulge in the other awesome spas!
